Hey all,
I was wondering if overnight parking was allowed at Brick Church Station, in Zone 32101. There's a huge sign by NJ Transit saying that there is parking between Monday through Friday, 5:30AM to 12AM, but there is usually a number of people parked there on Saturdays.
I also called ParkMobile and they told me I can park there as long as I pay the fee at midnight using the daily rate, since that zone doesn't take reservations.
I called a second time after seeing the NJ Transit sign and told the operator, and they said that if it's not allowed I should park elsewhere. I'm super confused!

Who will enter the Sierra? Who will take time off? Who will skip ahead to NorCal? TIME IS CURRENTLY TELLING and I am reporting.

I will be visiting family this week in NJ. I noticed where we will be (Howell/Lakewood/Brick area) really depends on the day as to whether or not the Phillies game is blacked out. Im wondering if there is an exact location like east of or north of a certain area where I can watch the Phillies games (granted I think the rest of the ATL series is national TV).

As the title says, I've got a data set that I'm summarizing with Power Query. I can use the "Group By" function to group my records based on an ID column, and that works well. I know how I can select individual columns and have it aggregate them (sum, average, etc.). My issue is that I've got about 2 dozen columns that I'd like to average. Is there a way to have PQ average multiple columns when doing a Group By, or do I need to do them one at a time?
EDIT (Sample Data): I'll be grouping by the City column and, within each group, will want to average the columns that have numeric values.

Silo City developer wins Broadway Barns project (buffalonews.com)
City officials have selected a team led by one of the Silo City developers and the former president of McGuire Development Co. to take on the renovation and reuse of the historic former arsenal-turned-event venue, which has been home to the Department of Public Works since 1948.
Their plan is to use a little less than half of the space as a sports complex, including a field house, training fields and workout facilities. There also would be retail and community space, and upwards of 130 affordable apartments.
WNY projects receive $12.8M from Restore NY (buffalonews.com)
In the largest component, Empire State Development Corp. will provide $4 million to the City of Buffalo to demolish 24 blighted buildings with 330 vacant and uninhabitable apartments at 448 South Park Ave. and 339 Perry St. That's the Perry projects, where the BMHA and a developer are planning to replace the aging and unusable residences with 415 new affordable housing units.
Other awards include:

• The Town of Cheektowaga will receive $2.57 million for the Harlem Villa Commons project, which will demolish three empty buildings, combine seven properties and build a five-story, 93-unit affordable housing complex with 1,500 square feet of new commercial space.

Main St. and convert it into five affordable apartments and two first-floor retail spaces, after 30 years of vacancy.
• The City of North Tonawanda will spend $460,000 for a project at 230 Oliver St, involving "an iconic building at a key gateway." Plans include two first-floor commercial spaces and four market-rate one-bedroom apartments on the second and third floors.

Howdy. I’m looking for someone who could bake and decorate a small cake intended just for the bride and groom in time for a late-June wedding.
I should have guessed, but most of the brick-and-mortar places I’ve looked into require a farther heads-up. I’m hoping to find someone who perhaps bakes out of their home on commission and has a consistent reputation in their communities for this sort of thing. Or maybe a baker with a physical storefront you believe would be able to squeeze the cake into their schedule.
Bakers in or near Jackson, Meridian, Hattiesburg, Laurel or Waynesboro would be ideal.
Any help would be appreciated!
