In June 2004, Ernest T. Turner contacted the Killeen Police Department to report his daughter missing. It would not come out until about 6 months later, but Ernest wasn’t telling the whole truth.
Danielyelle Jolene “DJ” White, 24, was last seen at her residence by a friend on May 21, 2004 (some reports say May 22) in Killeen, TX. Danielyelle has a history of run-ins with law enforcement, and she suffers from mental illness that led to her being committed to mental institutions at least 21 times. When Danielyelle was 16 years old, she fell into gang life. Danielyelle had no work history at the time of her disappearance. She was known to frequent downtown Killeen (Gilmer Street area). Danielyelle was also known to use drugs, and she lost custody of her son shortly before her disappearance.
Let’s circle back to Ernest, who happens to be a registered sex offender. As a result of Danielyelle’s troubles at the time, Danielyelle could no longer live with her mother and son; she was living with Ernest. He is not her father, nor is he biologically related to her; he is simply described as an “associate.” Unfortunately, and for reasons unknown, Ernest did not give any information about Danielyelle’s real family when he made the missing person report.
Detective Sharon Brank (Killeen Police Department) received Danielyelle’s case at the end of September 2004. She did not begin working on it until the end of November 2004 due to other priorities, namely a string of armed robberies. By chance, Detective Brank ran across Danielyelle’s sister’s name in a police communication database and contacted the sister, Kristy Cansler. Kristy then informed Danielyelle’s mother, Sharon Clark. Sharon did not learn Danielyelle was missing until December 2004 - over 6 months later.
In 2012, there was a tip that a homeless woman resembling Danielyelle was spotted in Indiana. To date, there have been no arrests in this case, and Danielyelle has not been located. Police have informed Sharon that Danielyelle may be dead due to Danielyelle’s past gang associations. Danielyelle’s sister has since died, but the search for Danielyelle carries on through other family members and recently released pleas to the public for information.
Ernest's lie about Danielyelle being his daughter, and his decision to not list any other family members on the missing person report, can be looked at in different ways. In reading the articles, it appears that Danielyelle's mother had some familiarity with him, but their level of acquaintance is unclear.

This is my first write up, but I came across this case and thought it deserved some attention.
Bessie Ann Kutnak was last seen in Cameron, Texas on August 16, 1992. Witnesses saw her on foot on FM Road 486 that evening. She was asking for directions and appeared to be disoriented. She said she was looking for cattle that had strayed from her land. She has never been heard from again. After her disappearance, her vehicle was found at her residence with a flat tire.
Kutnak was a farmer and rancher at the time of her disappearance, and made extra money doing odd jobs at local businesses. She was a loner and had no living relatives. An extensive search of the local area turned up no indication of her whereabouts. Authorities can find no evidence of foul play in her disappearance, but her case remains unsolved.
Kutnak was 63 years old when she disappeared in 1992. She had gray hair and blue eyes, and was known to usually wear a baseball cap and men's clothing. It is believed that she may have been suffering from dementia.
What do you think happened to her? I would say she would be an unlikely target for a sexual predator, although nothing's outside the realm of possibility. If she wandered away and died of exposure, why wasn't her body found? A Google Maps view of the area seems to show mostly flat, open terrain.
I wonder if Kutnak may have taken a bus or hitched a ride with somebody in her confused state and ended up in a town or city far away. She may have wandered among the homeless before dying of illness or being hospitalized as an unknown person. Were there any living or dead Jane Does in Texas fitting her description? An elderly woman in men's clothes would have been somewhat memorable.

Following a drought of leads, negative feedback, hurtful Reddit comments and an unsuccessful “GoFundMe” page, TDTNews is back witha lead on activity in the system J212338 following a weekend of “F1ing” and stuff blowing up.
This event, centred around a corporation called “House of Boom”, started on a planet called Earth which TDTNews has come to understand translates in the local dialect as “dirt” on the continent of “Freedom-for-oil’sville” in the ancient tribal land known as “Las Vegas”, when “Mortcog”, a work-experience boy in a small B274-ganking Corporation know as “Wingspan” provided intelligence to members of House of Boom.
The intelligence centred around a WH Corporation known as “A Band Apart” and EvE illustrator RixxJavix and the fact there were confirmed reports of mining and other Capital class hulls in the system with several structures otherwise referred to as “Loot Piñata’s”.
On returning from Vegas, House of Boom pulled the trigger and immediately leapt into action; roughly a week later; to run intel on the hole. Sure enough, just the tip was true and so a POS and relevant structures were anchored.
Reports on the shield and most of the armour are either boring or sketchy at best but what has been confirmed is that in a heroic demonstration of uncharacteristic might, Wingspan were informed and decided not to partake in the operation, despite a confirmed sole High-Security static WH existing in the system (although the previously mentioned work-experience boy did do his Corporation proud and saw the operation through to completion).
It is unclear how Goonswarm Federation were initially involved but leaks have revealed that one “new to FC’ing” member identified as “Eveess” was quickly involved and turned up at exactly just the right moment with a support fleet… to witness the mixed House of Boom fleet suffer heavy losses.
The next few hours saw multiple casualties on both the side of the defenders and those trying to protect the structures leading to a strong counter-response fleet of Rorqual hulls what can only be assumed to mistakenly warp away form the face of the battle in the direction of “safe-spots”.
The quick-thinking Goonswarm FC’s immediately screamed and barked orders at the fleet, as has become the custom, to start scanning and a pilot TDTNews is yet to confirm eventually led them to the drawn-out destruction of these Capital hull class mining ships.
In a move then precisely calculated to the second and not in any way luck, the bashing fleet of Drekevak’s and LeShaks returned to the Fortizar to continue attacking with 35 seconds of timer left.
Valiant efforts were made by the defending Nidhoggurs, Minikawa, Moros, Ninazus and multiple other ships to bravely fall on their swords (with great success) to the mighty Assault Frigate fleet formed by Goonswarm; allowing the “brave” House of Boom and “moderately attractive but nothing special” ChemiKal’s members to manage the Fortizar under heavy neut and ECM pressure.

With the result of the system determined, allegations and conspiracies of who House of Boom actually are started surfacing.
In relation to a Goonswarm “Alt-Corp”, no request for comment was made due mostly to lack of investigative effort but if a comment WERE requested, TDTNews can confirm it would probably be “Fuck Off Prick! These news things aren't funny!”
Similarly, Wingspan were not contacted for comment but with clear historical connections, one has to ask, can a small WH Corp just make it on their own using connections they have previously made? Or are this rag-tag bunch of flat-earth, moon landing denying alt characters just waiting to bring the next group of people to their aid?

So I like to consider myself good at programming. I’m completely fluent in python and before this class I already knew some Java. I had had the same computer science teacher for my freshman and sophomore year, and while he was very strange, he did teach most of the stuff we needed to know. This year was no different, we had gotten all the way to DeMorgan’s Law and was all smooth sailing to the AP test.
Until this happened
We had known this man watched porn in class before. He had a pop up in the screen before in my sophomore year and all we really did was bully the ever living hell out of him. No one reported because it was just so dang funny. Well this year it happened in a freshman class and he was reported. But we ended up finding out it in fact was not normal pron, it was kiddy pron. In fact, it was his niece.
Anyways that’s besides the point. This man was unorganized and he did not create any sort of syllabus or anything to tell anyone what we did in that class so no one knew what to do. We had a long term sub who just kinda sat there and talked about the good old days of computer science. The beginning of this semester we had a dude who was ok at teaching, but he didn’t know any of what we needed to know since he didn’t have the curriculum, so he just played KOTOR on the big screen most of the time. Now we have another teacher who’s a great guy but doesn’t have a curriculum either so it’s just him playing videos from edx.org. Every time we got a new teacher I basically just relearned everything. I’m so tired of java I’ve learned how to print hello world too many times.
The test is tomorrow, I’m the only one taking it. All four of my teachers have failed to actually go over the test, how screwed am I? If you need some more info feel free to ask

The car of a missing Temple internist was discovered Nov. 26 at an airport, Temple Police Department spokeswoman Ellen Morton said Monday.
The black 2014 Audi Q5 that belongs to 37-year-old Joshua Hull, missing for more than five months, was found at the Port of Portland International Airport in Portland, Oregon, according to Morton.
Hull’s mother reported him missing Oct. 22 because she hadn’t heard from him since Oct. 13. The mother went to his address on Westfield Drive and was informed Hull moved out in July. He’d also quit his job during that same time frame.
The Temple Police Department didn’t have any investigations into Hull before he was reported missing, Morton said.
He specialized in internal medicine at Central Texas Veterans Health Care System-Temple and had privileges at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Temple.
Hull practiced medicine in Texas and Louisiana after he obtained his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. He was licensed to practice medicine in Louisiana from 2013 to 2014 and in Texas from 2009 through 2019. Hull is certified in internal medicine.
He did his residence in internal medicine with Scott & White Memorial Hospital and did a fellowship in cardiovascular disease.

He was convicted of the attempted robbery with firearm and the violent robbery, highest degree. The rest of the above listed charges were dismissed by request of the state after Andre Ogans went missing.

As the public have been informed, CM has been charged in the double homicide of Jenna Scott, 28 and Michael Swearingin, 32 of Temple TX. The friends went missing on 4 January 2019. Their bodies were found on 16 January 2019 on a property in Clearview, Oskfukee County, OK

Jenna Scott filed a petition for a protective order on 27 July 2018. In it she states she's in fear for her safety and that CM told her he killed someone in OK (I believe this to be Andre Ogans) and got away with it. Further stating he could do the same to her.

Furthermore during recorded conversations from jail he orders his girlfriend on the side to impersonate April to find out her location, where she flew to. He was married to his 1st and 2d wife at the same time almost from the beginning of his 1st marriage.
April went missing on 17 March 2009 and on 20 March 2009, CM filed an ex parte custody petition. It was granted because April never showed. CM arrogantly stated that she more than likely relapsed.

On Sunday, 3 February 2019, while being transported by a civilian prisoner transport company, from MI to Bell County, TX, CM escaped from the van while stopped at a McDonalds. He was captured 9 hrs later.

April Pease, who was from the state of Washington, was last seen March 17, 2009 in Bloomington, Minnesota. She had a child with a man by the name of Cedric Marks. Pease fled to Bloomington, Minnesota for safety according to court documents and Pease and Marks were in a bitter custody dispute for months up until she disappeared. April Pease was dealing with long term drug addiction issues.
She has not been mentioned before in Unresolved Mysteries or anywhere else on Reddit (except that I made mention of her in the Meta Monday thread yesterday).
April Pease was 30. Her child Adrian, a little boy, was 3-yrs-old when she disappeared. When she failed to show up to court on March 20 in 2009 over the custody issue 3 days after going missing, Cedric Marks speculated that it was because she had relapsed and Marks, being the only parent who showed up was granted custody of the child.

Pease was last seen on March 17, 2009 in Bloomington, Minnesota. On March 20, the Kitsap County (Washington) court ordered temporary placement of the child with Marks.
The court ruled Marks could take custody of the child as soon as he could make arrangements to come to Minnesota and pick the child up. link

April Pease has not been seen or heard from since her disappearance March 27 2009, and she has not been found.
She wasn't reported missing for 3 months after she went missing because her mother thought she may have relapsed the reason she wasn't hearing from her.
Cedric Marks was not considered a suspect in her disappearance although he has been named a person-of-interest.
2019 Disappearances of Jenna Scott and Michael Swearingin
Jenna Scott, 28, who had also been a girlfriend of Cedric Marks, and her friend, Michael Swearingin, 32, were last heard from at 3 a.m. on Jan. 4, 2019.

Officials in Temple say the two friends were reported missing Jan. 4, and that new information about their disappearance was obtained on Jan. 9. The OSBI (Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation) says it was asked to assist in the case on Friday.
Authorities say the bodies of the man and woman were found in the graves but that their identities will be determined by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
However Temple Police have said they believe the bodies are those of Scott and Swearingin.

Scott filed for and was granted a temporary protective order against Marks in July 2018.
The order barred Marks from communicating or having any contact with Scott and also barred him from possessing a firearm.
But on Sept. 17, 2018, after a hearing on Aug. 15, 2018, Bell Country State District Judge Paul LePak issued a ruling denying Scott’s motion to make the temporary order permanent. link
Channel 6 first learned of Marks' connection to Scott and Swearingin when we reported on Jan. 6 that Scott had filed a protective order against Marks on July 27, 2018.
Scott described abuse and her fear of Marks.
"I believe he is a pathological liar. I believe he is a psychopath," Scott said in a document filed with the Bell County court.
She said her former boyfriend told her about killing pets when he was a child in Oklahoma. She said Marks explained how he covered up the killings and "he could do the same in Texas," the affidavit said. Scott said Marks threatened to hurt her and her family. link

The day after I read the (directly) above I watched a news report video in which a news anchor stated that Marks told Scott he'd killed a person before and covered it up and that he could do the same to her. Also found an article stating as much.
What have been positively identified to be Scott's and Swearingin's bodies were located in shallow graves in the backyard of an abandoned property in Clearview, Oklahoma on January 15.
Cedric Marks has ties to that area. His father grew up in Clearview and his family holds reunions there every year, once a year, on Labor Day weekend.
Clearview is a nearly all black town and historic. Shirley Nero, who is a cousin of Cedric Marks, is the local historian. She said it is a former agricultural area and a lot of the people worked on these farms that were owned by whites.
Walter Shannon is the abandoned property owner where the bodies were found and said he knew nothing about what happened. Shirley Nero said Shannon is not a member of their family. link
Cedric Marks is not a suspect in either April Pease disappearance or Jenna Scott and Michael Swearingin though he has been referred to as a person of interest in April Pease disappearance and in light of Jenna Scott's recent disappearance will be looked at in connection with Pease' disappearance. An investigation is underway.

The burglary warrant on which Marks was arrested stems from an incident on Aug. 21, 2018, six days after the Aug. 15 hearing on the protective order, in which Scott found Marks in her house after an alarm sounded.
Scott told officers she had her phone in her hand, but said Marks took it and “threw it out of reach,” according to an arrest warrant affidavit.
Scott “yelled for her daughter to call 911,” the affidavit says, and the girl did place the call.
“Officers collected information from 911 dispatch, and it confirmed that (the girl’s) phone made a 911 call on August 21 2018 that was dropped,” the affidavit says. link

I lost track of one of my links that I considered a better one, it had a cool people map (found it), but essentially what it said was that Cedric Marks current girlfriend, Maya Maxwell, has been arrested and charged with third-degree felony tampering with/fabricating physical evidence.

An arrest affidavit said that Maxwell had admitted to police of being involved with leaving Swearingin's vehicle in the Austin area on Jan. 3, hoping to conceal it from law enforcement.

Cedric Marks ex-wife, Ginell McDonough, 37, has been arrested for harboring a fugitive. She let him stay with her knowing (it was alleged) he had an arrest warrant out of Bell County (Texas). link

Editing in a good link. It has lots of more detailed information plus I want to quote something from Marks, and before that should mention that I read somewhere but neglected to get noted in my post that Marks had some kind of nickame like Kung Fu (found it) due to his skill in Martial Arts.

Marks told KCENTV on the phone that he had nothing to do with Scott’s disappearance, and he was saddened by what had happened. “Not only do I have no history of violence towards women or children, I teach free women’s assault programs or did before I went on the run away from her,” he told KCENTV.

I found the reference to Marks being called Kung Fu:

A Killeen Police officer filed an affidavit for Marks' arrest in late August for falsely reporting to a peace officer.

There are no new updates in April Pease's disappearance, only mentions that her disappearance is being investigated and that Marks is a person of interest in her disappearance.

On successful completion of the evening's operation, VE had managed to destroy all seven of Rite's structures and given the materials recovered from the wreckage's , was several evenings they "wont get back" in what TDT has come to understand was supposed to be VE's "Retirement and Mid-Range Hookers Fund":

In what has been described as the greatest comeback in New Eden, delivery agents associated with New Eden's greatest delivery service company manage to lose almost as many ships as they managed to kill.
Galaxy famous agents of WINGSPAN (WDS) happened upon a lone Archon class hull that appeared to be engaged in a pastime only slightly less suicidal than mining; POCO bashing.
Agents were quick to respond to Selena Nasharr's call to arms as he found himself woefully lacking in munitions for the Capital class vessel. For clarity, Selena was quick to provide initial services to the Archon that meant they were unable to avoid their delivery and in TDTNews's opinion, a king among men... and a queen among..... also men.
WDS agents acted without fear for their own safety and quickly lost the majority of the delivery fleet that managed to cobble themselves together to make a delivery.
After losing multiple work vehicles (covered by company insurance), the agents decided a more focused approach was required and in record time, of just (easily over) an hour, they finally managed to complete their delivery:
