I believe that we can find our soul family groups via numerology.
I believe the people we have the strongest if not the longest connections to have always been meant to be in our lives.
Each struggle we have with one life path shows up in others. We have people that are meant to heal our connections in both familial, friendship, and romantic relationships.
These people are here to remind us of the shadow work we still have to do in order to heal our childhood wounds, that no matter how hard parents try not to develop in us, they inevitably create.

Is there such a thing as an application that monitors the internet in order to give me some kind of generalised abstract feed. So I can keep up to date with the latest news on a disparate collection of things. For example I might want to know about the following random things: the price of a certain product at my local store, new books written by a particular author, changes to the bus timetable for a service I use, research into a medical condition that I have, new construction works in my area, whether or not it’s going to rain tomorrow. All this information will be on the internet somewhere but scattered around and so not immediately available to me.
It would be good if I had one application that aggregated all the relevant news and kept me informed about all these things. Maybe there is one and I’ve missed it! If there isn’t then there should be something like it. There’s no point information being on the internet if I never find out about the bits that would interest me. Or if the only way this can happen is for me to constantly monitor lots of different websites myself. Which is time-consuming and inefficient.
Some of the websites which contain the information I want will have an alert facility where I can give them my email address and they will tell me any news. But, again, this is a rather inefficient way of doing things.

But my 2,5yo has recently learned "blowing rasberries" at daycare. And he does it in my face all the fucking time. Blowing spit all over my face, mouth full of yoghurt blowing it all over my face and shirt. I try to be calm and tell him I don't like that, I will walk away, I will push his chair away from the table when he won't stop.
But god damn, every morning when we have had a nice time, the mood is good, i sit in front of him trying to put his shoes or jacket on for daycare, and he god damn spits in my face again and I just blow up because getting spat in the face every fucking day triggers me so damn bad.
How the fuck do I get him to stop that shit??? To top it off I was already irritated when I was strapping him in the car from getting spat at again, and he kicks me in the boob which is really sore from this god damn pregnancy. I try to calmly say ow that hurts mommy, don't do that AND HE KICKS ME AGAIN. FUCKING WHY.

Hey everyone, not sure where to put this but I'll give it a shot here. My PCP ordered a sleep apnea test from this company called Blackstone Medical Services and I got it in the mail. It's a pulse oximeter ring basically. Anyway, I didn't realize this but they charge a late fee of 25 dollars per day up until 125 dollars and after that they consider this very expensive device lost and you have to pay $1,500 if it has been more than 12 days.... It's been almost a month, I've just been really busy and haven't had the time.... I'm really freaking out here, does anyone have any input?
No one told me about this even though I talked to a rep on the phone about the cost and how the test would work. It was only stated when I got the pulse oximeter in the mail which I didn't open until it was too late. About 3-4 days later I noticed discoloration on my penis head (I'm uncircumcised). I did not have any sores or pain. I had itching and discomfort, and figured it to be a male yeast infection based on symptoms (candida balanitis). I used anti fungal cream and after about a week my penis was back to normal.
The itchiness and peeling of penis skin has actually returned a couple of times, but goes away after a few days with the cream. Still no sores.
Yesterday, I noticed what a thought to be a painful ingrown hair a couple inches away from my anus. It is not at all uncommon for me to get ingrown hairs here. This one does seem slightly more painful and of an "open" sore than a usual ingrown.
Could the symptoms of itchiness in the penis, peeling of penis skin, and a possible sore near my anus actually be herpes? Thank you for any input and I'm happy to answer questions if it helps.
Further info: Concerned from the unprotected encounter, I did as a precaution take both the shot antibiotic and oral antibiotics for chlamydia/gonorrhea the day after.
An additional partner did note that she had sustained a yeast infection after we had sex a week after the initial encounter. This is what made me believe I had the male yeast infection.
I plan on getting tested for herpes this week but am just looking for answers at the moment.

But I'm considering a transition away from C++ and more towards becoming an expert on AWS (I know it's a very vague goal, that's because I have no idea what are my possibilities).
Ideally I am looking for a role that would allow me to leverage my dev skills and at the same time give me a lot of experience with AWS.

I’ve started to notice a trend here every holiday we never have enough people on the floor despite us being absolutely slammed every ten minutes. Thankfully it died toward the evening so we were actually able to get stuff done, but we had three people on the floor nearly all day (including myself as lead) AND I had lunches to give out. We’re a $50k store, I know not the highest volume but busy enough to have more than three people on a holiday??? Yeah you have to pay us extra but I also have the ability to cut if its slow like my manager has been forcing down my throat? So schedule according to plan when you realize every holiday we’ve earned enough in sales and cosds to have extra baristas ??? My manager sat in the cafe doing admin for an entire 8 hours and peacefully watched us get bodied. Extremely appreciative for my baristas today especially because I extended a few of them and they really held it down. (Ofc my manager was unaware of my “eating up labor” :) as he sat buried in his laptop ) Apologies for the long rant, my manager will also be hearing from me as well LOL

I don't normally post but I just wanna blow off some steam real quick. I was in Tumbleweed watching a group of people team one guy. According to them, the player and their posse trash talked and they didn't like it. After causing the player to leave they proceeded to hang around Tumbleweed. I was just hanging out on a roof nearby when I randomly get shot with incendiary buckshot. I was in defensive so it didn't kill me instantly. I took a health cure and looked at two red dots on my map. It was two of the guys that was killing the other player from before. I didn't return fire till he shot again. Then I killed the one who shot me. His bud ask him "Who killed you?". Like it was in self defense. Long story short I'm running around Tumbleweed trying to survive. When I managed to get to my camp and explain what happened, the guy didn't want to hear it and kept talking over me and mocking me my repeating what I said like some 3rd grader. I get PvP is part of Red Dead but why can't you at least here people out for their reason for shooting someone. It'd be like seeing a dad at a playground with their kid and assume the man's a child molester. It's a little extreme example but you get my point right? People always jumping to conclusions.

I am not sure what to do anymore about my situation. My gf and I have been together for about 3 years now and when we got together we would spend a lot of quality time together, we would go hiking, swimming, walk her dog, go on little dates, and we used to be intimate alot. We moved in with each other fairly quickly (within 2 months) and I felt good about the relationship. When we fist stared dating we couldn't get enough of each other but only about a year and a half in she stared to get more distant not in an alarming rate but it wasn't the same. I moved here many years ago. I must admit, I was terribly unsure of this place when I first arrived though. I spoke with a lot of friends that lived in different countries and none of them had been here before. I liked this idea, because I wouldn't be influenced by their opinions. I guess you can say I'm a bit of a romantic and I wanted to make my own story.
I'll never forget my first few experiences here, right off the airplane and through passport control, my service bus driver couldn't find me and when he did he was furious. We would go on to be stuck in atrocious traffic for 2+ hours after exiting Sabiha Gökçen. He let me smoke a few cigarettes in the back as I was the only pick-up. A language course took a chance on me and gave me a job while I was living in a different country, they arranged the pick-up. To be honest, they had no business hiring me as it was a huge risk for them - I didn't have any experience. But I'm happy they took it because Istanbul, and Türkiye in general, gave me so much I have no idea how to pay it all back.
At that particular language course, I made life-long friends with a couple of foreigners. But I must admit yet again, it was the foreigners (other Americans, English, Australians to be precise) that put me off of this place. Yes, there were some Turkish cultural things I couldn't understand (the Istan-bulldozer, specifically; the guy who walks directly into you was one of them). However, I grew to learn and accept many things here, and even adapted some of them into my character because Turkish people have a resilience, positive outlook (that may have disappeared) and an iron strength to take risks and not be afraid of them.
It wasn't until I met my first local friends that I started to really fall in love with this place. The amount of deep, heart-felt, caring and warm conversations we've all had over the years are fresh in my mind as if they were yesterday. My Turkish friends weren't afraid of their emotions and sharing a part of themselves, these types of moments I had always struggled to find back in the States. We are often hyper-individualistic, opportunistic, and competitive. Not always bad things, but we mustn't ever forget our group identity as well. I consider myself an open person, I like to get to know people, I love human connection - I found a home away from home in a very distant country. My family is close, we speak often, when I opened myself up to the Turkish culture I started to find more similarities between Turkish people and my family. I have an insane great-uncle back in Galicia whom many have stated: "if you needed it, he would give you the shirt off of his back" and that really describes Turkish people in a general sense. I love my Turkish friends, and I will never be able to thank them enough for making me always feel at home. I felt out of place at times in the US, I have rarely felt this way before here. I love the Turkish culture, the language, the food, the nature, the hard-work and can-do attitude.
I've been fortunate to see a lot of the world (at the expense of savings/investments, while I don't regret it, it would be nice to have some of that money now) and I can confidently say there are only two places in this world I ever need to see again and that is the USA, and Türkiye. I've been all the way to Indonesia, up to the UK, down to South Africa; nothing compares to the Aegean coast and I will be happy to visit every year if I can. I thank God a million times, or whoever is up there, that put me on the path that led to Istanbul.
I'm writing this into the void, but it's needed. I left the USA a child and I'm returning to the USA a man. I thank the Turkish people for all of this. I thank them for all of the life lessons, and for giving me my work ethic. No one works as hard as Turkish people in my experience. I'm leaving with my wife, and our future child.
Do we want to leave? No. For us personally, life has fallen apart and only gotten worse over the last 4 years. When the taxi drivers ask why we're leaving, I always start the conversation that things were fine before COVID, but quickly got worse. It's really irrelevant to list off everything that has happened, if you speculate, there's a chance you'll make a list of 10 reasons why we're leaving, and you'll be correct 8/10 minimum. I hate politics, I didn't used to hate politics, I once made it a huge part of my identity. But that doesn't matter, no one should be in power for 20+ years, and it disgusts me that he will get another 5. What's upsetting is that any rational person understands that the only constant is change, so why not change something? Doesn't everyone need it? Haven't every single one of us here lived through enough? Green beans / kilo 60TL? I've watched my purchasing power, my salary, my comfortable life as a foreigner in Türkiye disappear into nearly nothing. This is no place to raise a family, this sends the wrong message. I hold only contempt for the ignorance that continues to enjoy their suppression and lack of vision for their future.
The discussion about leaving began 3 years ago, I don't blame Sunday evening's result on this. We knew that things would perhaps continue to get difficult even if the one who we all wanted to win had won. How can you put back together this mess in a quick manner? No one will be able to do so, it will take years to correct the course economically, and that correction may take another 5+years on top of the 5 we all must wait for. I wanted a simple middle class life, that's always been my goal. An apartment, one car, two kids. That is impossible with the current salary that I make. Impossible. I hear from many supporters that the people here in Türkiye live outside of their means. Bullshit. A 2016 Hyundai does not cost 800,000 TL and any ignorant fool should see that.
There is no freedom to speak your mind here, my boss simply stated "Turkish people love to be controlled and told what to do, they don't want freedom". I'm sorry to say, I agreed with him. This of course excludes the ones who didn't vote for the status quo. If there were a freedom to speak your mind, this wouldn't have happened. One day, I hope you'll enjoy the pleasure to say something along the lines of Fuck you Trump, Fuck you Biden - it's something that is relieving and important in any functioning society. Enough with insult laws, what pettiness.
So, thank you for everything, I'll be back every year. I love this place, and I will never forget what it gave me. I hope for all of you that you will survive this storm. Knowing Turkish people, you will. Türkiye is a safe, warm, and welcoming country, please never forget this. Godspeed, see you next time.

My family is close, we speak often, when I opened myself up to the Turkish culture I started to find more similarities between Turkish people and my family. I have an insane great-uncle back in Galicia whom many have stated: "if you needed it, he would give you the shirt off of his back" and that really describes Turkish people in a general sense. I love my Turkish friends, and I will never be able to thank them enough for making me always feel at home. I felt out of place at times in the US, I have rarely felt this way before here. I love the Turkish culture, the language, the food, the nature, the hard-work and can-do attitude.
I've been fortunate to see a lot of the world (at the expense of savings/investments, while I don't regret it, it would be nice to have some of that money now) and I can confidently say there are only two places in this world I ever need to see again and that is the USA, and Türkiye. I've been all the way to Indonesia, up to the UK, down to South Africa; nothing compares to the Aegean coast and I will be happy to visit every year if I can. I thank God a million times, or whoever is up there, that put me on the path that led to Istanbul.
I'm writing this into the void, but it's needed. I left the USA a child and I'm returning to the USA a man. I thank the Turkish people for all of this. I thank them for all of the life lessons, and for giving me my work ethic. No one works as hard as Turkish people in my experience. I'm leaving with my wife, and our future child.
Do we want to leave? No. For us personally, life has fallen apart and only gotten worse over the last 4 years. When the taxi drivers ask why we're leaving, I always start the conversation that things were fine before COVID, but quickly got worse. It's really irrelevant to list off everything that has happened, if you speculate, there's a chance you'll make a list of 10 reasons why we're leaving, and you'll be correct 8/10 minimum. I hate politics, I didn't used to hate politics, I once made it a huge part of my identity. But that doesn't matter, no one should be in power for 20+ years, and it disgusts me that he will get another 5. What's upsetting is that any rational person understands that the only constant is change, so why not change something? Doesn't everyone need it? Haven't every single one of us here lived through enough? Green beans / kilo 60TL? I've watched my purchasing power, my salary, my comfortable life as a foreigner in Türkiye disappear into nearly nothing. This is no place to raise a family, this sends the wrong message. I hold only contempt for the ignorance that continues to enjoy their suppression and lack of vision for their future.
The discussion about leaving began 3 years ago, I don't blame Sunday evening's result on this. We knew that things would perhaps continue to get difficult even if the one who we all wanted to win had won. How can you put back together this mess in a quick manner? No one will be able to do so, it will take years to correct the course economically, and that correction may take another 5+years on top of the 5 we all must wait for. I wanted a simple middle class life, that's always been my goal. An apartment, one car, two kids. That is impossible with the current salary that I make. Impossible. I hear from many supporters that the people here in Türkiye live outside of their means. Bullshit. A 2016 Hyundai does not cost 800,000 TL and any ignorant fool should see that.
There is no freedom to speak your mind here, my boss simply stated "Turkish people love to be controlled and told what to do, they don't want freedom". I'm sorry to say, I agreed with him. This of course excludes the ones who didn't vote for the status quo. If there were a freedom to speak your mind, this wouldn't have happened. One day, I hope you'll enjoy the pleasure to say something along the lines of Fuck you Trump, Fuck you Biden - it's something that is relieving and important in any functioning society. Enough with insult laws, what pettiness.
So, thank you for everything, I'll be back every year. I love this place, and I will never forget what it gave me. I hope for all of you that you will survive this storm. Knowing Turkish people, you will. Türkiye is a safe, warm, and welcoming country, please never forget this. Godspeed, see you next time.
