TLDR: Hypothetically, “Alex” is worried about the actions of their co-executor regarding Alex’s inheritance. Alex is the sole beneficiary, one of two co-executors of the estate and one of two co-trustees of the family trust.
So, say an individual (call them Alex) inherits a rather large estate from a parent (recently). Alex is the only child of said parent and is the only beneficiary on the estate/trust. Alex is named co-executor of the estate (for a certain number of years) along with one other person, and co-trustee of the family trust along with the same one person, until x number of years passes, and Alex will then acquire sole executorship and trusteeship. Alex lives in a state that does not collect any estate/inheritance tax, and the entire estate exists in the same state. Alex was told by the other co-executor that they will owe a very substantial amount of money ($1,xxx,xxx) to the IRS for capital gains taxes. Alex’s co-executor wants to use the entire life insurance money and estate bank account to pay capital gains taxes, leaving the estate with absolutely no money in the bank after. Alex’s co-executor also wants to pay the taxes immediately, rather than taking out a long-term loan and paying small amounts over a long period of time, which would keep money circulating in the account, rather than going broke or bankrupt. Alex does not wish to sell, disclaim or modify any of the estate, and wants to keep everything. Alex’s co-executor has also been making important decisions regarding the estate without consulting Alex or even informing Alex of the decisions being made. Alex is told that they MUST acquire approval from the other co-executor before doing, frankly, anything involving the estate. Alex is also trying to calculate what the estate is worth, considering they have not been informed of the appraisers results after a visit to the entire property. Alex’s (amateur, albeit Alex is not an idiot) calculations of the estate only total to around $x,xxx,xxx which would fall under the umbrella of exemption. Alex is very worried that the other party may be trying to cause Alex to go broke or bankrupt, and then be forced to sell land or other assets. इस्लामी मान्यता के अनुसार अल्लाह प्रथ्वी से फाफी ऊपर सातवें आसमान पर रहता है .और वहां पर एक भव्य सिंहासन(अर्श ) पर विराजमान होकर अपना शासन चलाता रहता है .और प्रथ्वी के लोगों का मार्ग दर्शन करने और सचेत करने के लिए प्रथ्वी पर अपने दूत (ambasador ) या प्रतनिधि खड़े कर देता है . जिन्हें नबी ,या पैगम्बर ( Prophets ) कहा जाता है .अल्लाह अपने इन नबियों से फरिश्तों के माध्यम से या सीधे संपर्क में बना रहता है .फिर यह नबी अल्लाह का सन्देश ,या आदेश लोगों तक पहुंचाते रहते हैं .यद्यपि कुरान में सभी नबियों को समान माना गया है ,और उनमे किसी प्रकार का विभेद या अंतर करने से मना किया है ,लेकिन कुतर्की ,और चालक मुल्ले इन नबियों में कृत्रिम रूप से अंतर करते हैं . इनका उदेश्य मुहम्मद को नबियों में सर्वोपरि और इस्लाम को सर्वश्रेष्ठ धर्म साबित करना होता है .इसके लिए इन मूलों ने एक चाल चली ,और मुहम्मद को अंतिम रसूल बताना शरू कर दिया . बाद में कुछ मक्कार ब्लोगरों ने हिन्दुओंको गुमराह करने के लिए मुहम्मद को अंतिम अवतार भी घोषित कर दिया .यहाँ पर कुरान और प्रमाणिक हदीसों के आधार पर ऐसे तथाकथित मुस्लिम विद्वानों और ब्लोगरों के इस दावे का भंडाफोड़ किया जा रहा जो मुहम्मद को अंतिम रसूल या अंतिम अवतार बताते हैं ,देखिये 1- सभी नबी समान हैं अल्लाह की नजर में उसके सभी नबी समान हैं ,और उनमे किसी तरह का विभेद करना अल्लाह के आदेश का उल्लंघन है .कुरान में कहा है ,"जो दूसरे सभी नबियों को और जो उनके रब की ओर से मिली (नबूवत ) उनमे किसी के बीच में अंतर (distinction ) नहीं करते और हम उसी के आज्ञाकारी हैं . सूरा -बकरा 2 :136 और सूरा -आले इमरान -3 :84 2-औरतें नबी क्यों नहीं बन सकती लेकिन औरतों के नबी नहीं बनने पर हदीसों में जो तर्क दिया है वह बिलकुल अवैज्ञानिक और महिला विरोधी है .इस से मुल्लों की मानसिकता का पता चलता है ,देखिये .-सईदुल खुदरी ने कहा की औरतों का दर्जा पुरुष से आधा होता है ,और उनमे सोचने की शक्ति का आभाव होता है (defiiciency in mind ) होती है बुखारी -जिल्द 3 किताब 48 हदीस 826 "इब्ने अब्बास ने कहा कि रसूल ने कहा औरतों के ईमान में आभाव होता है ,क्योंकि मासिक के कारण वह अशुद्ध होती रहती है ,और उनकी बुद्धि भी कम होती .इसी लिए वह नबी नहीं हो सकती " बुखारी -जिल्द 1 किताब 6 हदीस 301 3-नबी के लिए योग्यता नबी बनने के लिए किसी खास योग्यता की जरुरत नहीं होती है .अल्लाह जिसे चाहे उसे नबी बना देता था ,जैसे नूह की नाव में जितने भी लोग सवार हो सके थे सभी नबी बन गए थे .कुरान में कहा है "नूह के साथ जितने भी लोग उनकी नाव में सवार हुए थे ,अल्लाह ने उन पर कृपा की और वे सब नबी बनाये गए "सूरा-मरयम 19 :58 4-नबी सचेतक और मार्गदर्शक हैं इस्लामी मान्यता के अनुसार अल्लाह ने आदम से लेकर मुहम्मद तक हरेक देश और जाति के किये नबी या सचेतक भेजे है ,जो लोगों का मार्गदर्शन करते थे .इनको कुरान में नजीर या हादी भी कहा गया है .कुरान में कहा है ,"ऐसा कोई गिरोह नहीं हुआ जिसमे कोई सचेत करने वाला ( नजीरنذيرٌ )नहीं आया हो "सूरा -फातिर 35 :24 "और हरेक जाति के लिए एक मार्ग दिखाने वाला ( हादीهادٍ ) हुआ है "सूरा -रअद 13 :7 यह सभी नबी कोई नया धर्म नहीं चलाते थे ,बल्कि उस देश की रीतियों का पालन कराते थे .जैसा कुरान में लिखा है ,"हमने हरेक गिरोह के लिए इबादत के लिए रीति ( मनसक منسك)बनायीं है ,जिस पर यह लोग चलते हैं ,हे मुहम्मद तुम उनसे इस विषय में झगडा नहीं करो "सूरा -अल हज्ज -22 :67 " हे मुहम्मद हमने तो तुम्हें केवल शुभ सूचना देने वाला ( बशीर بشير) और सचेतक (नजीर warner )बनाकर भेजा है "सूरा -फातिर 35 :24 5-नबी और रसूल में अंतर अगर गौर से देखा जाये तो सभी नबियों के लगभग एक से काम होते हैं . और भाषा के अनुसार नबी ,पैगम्बर और रसूल का एक एक ही अर्थ होता है और बाईबिल में भी सभी के लिए नबी ( Prophets ) शब्द का प्रयोग किया गया है ,लेकिन मुसलमानों ने नबियों में भेद करके "रसूल " शब्द का प्रयोग कर दिया जो इथोपिया का शब्द है .फिर मुहम्मदरसूल को नबियों से श्रेष्ठ बता दिया .नबी -ऐसा व्यक्ति जिसे अल्लाह ने प्रेरणा या सूचना देकर अपना दूत नियुक्त किया हो ,और जो लोगों को भविष्य कि बाते बताता हो .लोगों को सचेत करता हो ,और रहस्य की बातों सा का खुलासा करके भविष्यवाणी करता हो रसूल -अल्लाह का प्रतिनिधि (Ambassador ) होता है .जो फरिश्तों के माध्यम से या सीधे अल्लाह से संपर्क में रहता है .जिसे अल्लाह ने किसी विशेष प्रयोजन के लिए नियुक्त किया हो .और कोई कताब भी दी हो . रसूल का दर्जा नबी से बड़ा होता है .हरेक रसूल नबी होता है .लेकिन हरेक नबी रसूल नहीं हो सकता .6-क्या मुहम्मद अंतिम रसूल है ?अबतक पढ़ने के बाद आपको नबी और रसूल के अंतर का पता चल गया होगा .मुस्लिम विद्वान् बड़ी चालाकी से मुहम्मद को अंतिम रसूल साबित करना चाहते हैं .वह मुहम्मद को अंतिम नबी नहीं कहते .जैसा की कुरान में कहा गया है ,"वह अल्लाह के रसूल लेकिन नबियों के समापक ( Seal of Prophets ) हैं "सूरा -अहजाब 33 :40 ( व लाकिन्ना रसूलिल्लाह खातमन नाबिय्यीन)"وَلَٰكِنْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَخَاتَمَ النَّبِيِّينَ" कुरान की इस आयत के अनुसार मुहम्मद को अंतिम नबी कहा जा सकता है ,लेकिन आखिरी रसूल कहना गलत होगा ,क्योंकि हदीसों के अनुसार अंतिम रसूल भविष्य आने वाला है .जो इन हदीसों से साबित होता है .7-अंतिम नबी है अंतिंम रसूल नहीं अंतिम नबी और अंतिम रसूल का खुलासा इन हदीसों से हो जाता है कि अंतिम कौन है देखिये "कतदा ने कहा की इस आयत का तात्पर्य आखिरी नबी है ,आखिरी रसूल नहीं है ."عن قتادة ، في قوله تعالى : ( وخاتم النبيين) قال : آخر النبيين It is narrated from Qatadah that he said about the word of Allah, “Wa Khātam al-Nabiyyin”: “[It means] Last of the Prophets.” (Qatada (d. circa 100 A.H.): Tafsir Abdul Razzaq al-San’ani, Narration 2270) इब्ने कसीर ने कुरान कि इस आयत कि तफ़सीर में विशेष रूप से कहा कि एस का अर्थ सिर्फ आखिरी नबी ही है ,इसला मतलब यह नहीं है कि भविष्य में कोई रसूल नहीं होगा فهذه الآية نص في أنه لا نبي بعده، وإذا كان لا نبي بعده فلا رسول [بعده] بطريق الأولى والأحرى؛ لأن مقام الرسالة أخص من مقام النبوة، فإن كل رسول نبي، ولا ينعكس “This verse categorically states that there will be no Prophet [Nabi] after him. If there will be no Prophet [Nabi] after him .” (Tafsir Ibn Kathir) Ibn Kathir (d. 774 A.H.): 8-अंतिम रसूल ईसा मसीह होंगे इस्लाम के विद्वान अल जमाख्शारी के साथ दिए विद्वानों ने इस बात का खंडन किया है कि मुहम्मद आखिरी रसूल है ,"तुम कैसे कह सकते हो कि मुहम्मद आखिरी रसूल हैं ? जबकि माना गया है कि दुनिया के अंत के समय पुनरुत्थान से पहले ईसा मसीह निचे उतर कर आएंगे "فإن قلت : كيف كان آخر الأنبياء وعيسى ينزل في آخر الزمان؟ قلت : معنى كونه آخر الأنبياء أنه لا ينبأ أحد بعده ، وعيسى ممن نبىء قبله ، وحين ينزل ينزل عاملاً على شريعة محمد صلى الله عايه وسلم ، مصلياً إلى قبلته ، كأنه بعض أمته “If you ask; how can the Holy Prophet be the last of the Prophets when there is the belief that ‘Eisa will come down near the End of the Times before Resurrection? Hi I wanted to try out Shorts and made an Account that has only shorts with compilations. I wanted to get some Videos going so I posted 3 Videos a day. The Videos are posted in the evening every 30 min. I got pretty good results but noticed that only 1 Video per day gets picked up by the algorithem and the other 2 are ignored. They have the same if not better quality. Got 11 subs in the first 3 days.

TW: SA, Eating Disorders, substance use?
I (f19) have struggled with mental health issues for a long time. Mainly Anorexia, different anxiety disorders and depression. My childhood was sexualized and I was later a victim of sexual exploitation and abuse when I was 8. I missed a lot of school but the next year in the fifth grade, it was easy to catch up with a little bit of hard work.
Backstory Grade 6 (age 12) is when the disordered thoughts around food became noticeable to me. Maybe grace five actually (10-11) because I had a fixation on needing my lunches to be healthy. Grade 7, it slowly gets worse in my thinking but not actions. It’s not bad yet and my psychiatrist dismisses me when I bring up my concerns around it.
Summer going into grade 8, I lose double digits in weight with restriction and exercise. I lost most of my friends this summer (albeit not good ones looking back but part of that was on me originally). I keep restricting periodically. I drop out of swim team because I feel like I’m not good enough anymore and my dad refuses to pay for it if I’m not able to get myself into the pool each practice. A part of me is lost.
My once A average in school drops significantly to just passing. I get the flu for three weeks and miss crucial concepts at school that I still don’t understand even when I’m putting in the effort to learn them.
Grade 9 (14-15)rolls around. High school. One friend I share no classes with. A phobia of going to school and major social anxiety disorder that probably started the year before. Chronic pain flares up and my doctor cannot give me proper pain management so I miss school (this continues until pregnancy). I get raped multiple times over two months. Afraid to be in my own home. Sleep during the day and stay up at night to protect myself. I worry about pregnancy but ultimately don’t get pregnant. Start counting calories and doing an exercises before bed obsessively. I don’t pass any courses.
Grade 10, same problems as the previous year but COVID 19 starts and I’m able to pass my first class. I move in with my dad. I get a summer job but I still restrict and exercise often. I thought about dying every summer since the eighth grade.
Grade 11 (16-17) I stopped experiencing nightmares associated with the rapes and do not fear sleeping anymore. When things get really hard, I take a little under the lethal dose of my prescription ssri just to feel numb (a little better than before). I stop taking my prescription. I get a few more high school credits online. I restrict a crazy amount where I’m almost hospitalized. I’m hospitalized a few weeks later. I start treatment for anorexia but the hospital is lacking resources. I get a different summer job. I meet my boyfriend at the end of the summer. Things seem to be turning up. My eating disorder therapist retires and has no replacement. I do okay anyways.
Grade 12, boyfriend starts sneaking me over to his bedroom at night regularly. I love being able to sleep with him and feel that intimacy. I get pregnant four months into our relationship. School takes a backseat as I try to work out more immediate concerns.
What it feels like
When I see people my age finishing up year one of university it hurts. I wanted that more than anything. I still haven’t graduated high school. I’m trying to work on that while raising a baby also while pregnant. I have so many things I want to learn and skill sets I want to acquire and there they are just doing it. I feel like I went through a lot more than most teenagers but I was supposed to graduate early to get into university sooner. I wanted to study abroad but I’ve had to give up that idea (which is the thing I’m the most okay with because I love my baby so much). I just feel like I missed out. I wanted to be a normal teenager so badly. I wanted to be further ahead already. It feels like it hurts for no reason sometimes. I wonder if I’m ever going to be able to fulfill my ambitions.

Okay here’s the deal, I’m part of a volunteer program for under 18’s working with animals (not massively important to the situation) and I’m the only guy there to 9 girls. There is one girl in particular who I’m interested in and I want to talk to her more. Problem with this is that I only have maybe 6 weeks left and it’s one day a week. And since we get split off it means that if I get put with her I have to make an impression fast enough to get her number. It also doesn’t help being the only guy cause as you can imagine you get somewhat isolated. I’ve only ever asked out two girls and was turned down both times so my confidence and ability is quite low in this. I don’t really partake in many social things so this is one of my best and probably will remain to have been my best opportunity. So what do you recommend because I’m serious about doing this.

I am unable to stretch without half sizes so I am buying a pack of 4.5mm-9.5mm and it’s costing me £43. Shipping is free luckily but is this too much? I spent £45 on initial stretching set but that had a couple more sizes in it plus tapers (did not use).
