Virtual Boy with Mario's Tennis - please read this description, I will try to include as much information as possible here. Please note that Wario Land and its manual, along with Galatic Pinball and anything related to that, are sold; the pictures were taken when I had those items.This console has everything you need to play it. The unit, power cable, controller, stand, and visor are included. Everything works, I'm just selling this all because honestly I didn't use it very much. There is wear on the items, which you can see. The visor has some fraying (which you can see in the pictures) and the stand has a crack in the center part. The latter is common in these stands, from what I've read, and you can still use it just fine. Virtual Boy prices seem to be all over the place, so I did my best with consulting Pricecharting and Ebay to come up with a fair value. If something seems really far off, please let me know. While not a lot is know about the many production of yugioh I want to shine a light on Zexal production exclusively.
Writing: let’s start off with the writing, the main writer for Zexal Shin Yoshida. Who also worked on 5ds from episode 27 to the end of 5ds. But Shin also worked on the manga which happened to came out before the anime unlike gx and 5ds allowing for Yoshida to map out the beginning of the series as you may notice that the two series are almost exactly the same till Yuma defeat to Kite. This planned out beginning path helped the future writing process amazingly as Zexal never feel lost on what to do next. People may say that not true due to “filler” but said filler isn’t really filler but rather a break for the audience and character to enjoy the fun of the game.
Director: the director of Zexal is Satoshi Kuwahara who worked series like black jack, the quintessential quintuple, girlfriend girlfriend and a few other decently well known series. And while one may think that those series are big to even talk about, compare that to Katsumi Ono only decently well know series he directed being Symphogear. But if you want another example of a well directed yugioh product from Satoshi look no further than Dark side of the dimension. A movie that despite all its shortcomings came out amazingly. Ono on the other hand was the main story board and director of the original yugioh series and as an adaptation of the manga you see how heavily flawed and how much Ono misunderstood the original series. This isn’t to say that the original anime is complete trash but a lot of weird decisions that you may feel weirdly structured you can point out when you read the manga. Art and animation: Despite what many people will tell you yugioh 5ds is not the last anime series Kazuki Takahashi to have any involvement in. He in fact did the original character drafts and may have had more involvement than credited considering that Zexal itself can be seen as a different interpretation of the original series yet hold it same values. Funny enough Takahashi animated his own scene in dark side of the dimension which was also directed by Satoshi. You also have art director Takashi Nakamura who was a background director for Akira, did art for Lupin the 3rd:green vs red and was art director for arc v and dsod. They also actually got a mecha designer Mitsuru Owa to help design certain monsters like Utopia and all its evolutions. Zexal would also do something no other series would do when it came to outsourcing, they gave the outsource company time. Look at an episode by mighty max in Zexal compare to an episode by mighty max in Vrain and you see the difference. There also were many talented animators used back to back like Kenichi Hara, Akemi Yokota and Noh Gil Bo to name a few and using great animators back to was a outlier when it come to yugioh series hence why there always good animation in Zexal. The answer time slots for children media. 5ds was directed for an older audience but had a weekday time slot for kids around 9 year old, kids rather watch Pokémon than watch 5ds because they didn’t like it downer setting and stoic protagonist, not to even mention the huge complaints that duels were hard to follow in 5ds and how said complaints got send in by parents who would sometime have to play with their kids. Meanwhile went with a simple duel style and explain thing with little expectation that the viewer already know how to play yugioh.

So, I'm an older, much more basic player who enjoys the odd Yugioh video game now and then (sidenote: please make DotR 2). Recently I've found myself with that itch once again. However, I don't think I'm in the mood for the ones that I currently have (DotR, Worldwide Edition: Stairway to the Destined Duel, WC 2007, and WC 2009 Stardust Accelerator).
Now, since this is essentially me except that I'm a bit more familiar with Synchro summon (XYZ summon? You mean the robot dragon cannon thing?), I don't want anything too recent either. Of you want a pro wrestling analogy, think of me as one of those older guys just dumbfounded at all these newfangled flips and kicks. I'm also big on the game having a story mode with a player character.
So I was looking up older games, and I've narrowed my next game to 3: Nightmare Troubadour, Spirit Caller, and Reverse of Arcadia. When it comes to plots, I love the Battle City concept, I didn't watch as much GX but I do like the concept of Duel Academy (and Pharoah knows we could use one now), and I don't know much about the 5Ds story except for what was in Stardust Accelerator, but I kinda liked what I saw then (and it's card games on motorcycles, which is such an insane concept that it loops back around to... well, no, it's still insane, but sometimes fun).
