Hey guys about a month ago I made a post sharing my Toxrill deck that I've been playing. I have made a number of changes to it as I've realized some short comings and the meta seems to have shifted. This version of the deck is weaker to control decks which I don't mind as they are a lot less common than creature decks are right now. Toxrill by its nature is better against creature decks compared to control decks although if Cavern of souls existed in historic brawl things would be a little bit better.
Some of the new cards in my deck are
Snapcaster mage
Sheoldred// The True Scriptures
Invasion of Fiora
Realmbreaker
Pull From Tomorrow
Snapcaster is just a good card and works with well with many of the spells I have in here.
Sheoldred- I've been playing a Sheoldred deck and really liking Sheoldred herself as she can just be a huge win condition on her own or she can draw out removal so that one of my other finishers can get the job done. Sheoldred also works really well with Realmbreaker
Invasion of Fiora- I had very much discounted the battles as not being very good until I started playing with them. Invasion of Fiora is very good against creatures decks and the creature side is really good against decks that are looking to put +1/+1 counters on creatures like Atraxa.
Realmbreaker- Never that much of this card until I started playing Sheoldred and saw how far ahead it go me in the SHeoldred deck- Anytime I did get it down on turn 3 and got a 2-3 activations out of it I felt like I couldn't lose. I'm excited to try this out as it gives me land ramp in a deck that otherwise wouldn't have it.
Pull From Tomorrow- This card is just great at refilling your hand and being slightly easier to cast compared to Blue Sun's Zenith.
Previous suggestions
Somebody had suggested Howling mine and I did consider it as it's a consistent draw engine but ultimately I didn't put it in because I don't get to utilize it first. If my opponents get their 2 draws and then kill it then it was a waste of my turn. Faerie mastermind is just a better version and has worked out much better comparativel.
Cards I'm considering
Gadwick, the Wizened- Gadwick has a similar problem to Blue Sun's Zenith in that it's triple blue which isn't the end of the world and doesn't make it that much more difficult to cast. Outside of the card draw I do love the board control I would get from his second ability.
Academy Loremaster- This card seems great for me as I'm hardly ever casting spells on my own turn anyway. If my opponent takes advantage of the draw it slows them down significantly and that definitely works to my favour.
Archmage's Charm- I don't like the triple blue but I do like the effects. I probably won't put this in but I am considering it
As Foretold- This just gives me a ton of flexibility that I don't always have. Also makes casting my win conditions on my own turn much easier so that I can leave mana up for my opponents turn
Nezahal- is a hard creature to deal with and is a draw engine and is also good against control decks.
Hullbreaker Horror- great against creature decks and control decks if it resolves.
I get a lot of concessions once people realize what kind of game it's going to be but unlike other control decks I can end the game very quickly with big alpha strikes from Toxrill and some slugs or from one of my other big creatures.
When I do get to play the game out my biggest hinderance can be lands and sometimes just not having enough cards. I do win a fair amount more than I lose.
Good matchups are creature decks for the most part. I play so much one for one removal and counterspells that it can be hard for them to get going if they don't have a lightning fast start. I do have a hard time against decks that stack +1/+1 counters on creatures if they can get going as it makes Toxrill's life a lot harder.

I just want to share for 6 years I have not talk to my JHS classmates and teachers, back then in JHS isa ako sa mga weakest link sa klase yung tipong pag-tinanong mo sila what do they think of ang isasagot nila is either mabait daw ako or ayos lang, pero buti sana hindi nila ako pinapahiya kasi kapag may mga tasks noon like may mga reporting ako lagi yung may maikling part kasi nga ako nga yung weakest link, and hindi lang mga classmates ko kahit mga teachers ko noon lagi nilang pinaparamdam sa akin na akong yung pinaka-mahina sa klase, well after 2 years I left that school and transfer to andifferent school for SHS, during my time in SHS mas naging ok yung environment, mas na feel ko yug camaraderie ng mga classmates ko and from there unting-unti nabuo yung confidence ko na to realize na hindi naman pala ako weakest link, I was just surrounded by people na holding me back so after graduating With Honors in SHS it was time for college.
So nung I was to enroll in college, I said to my mom na I will be taking Electrical Engineering, she was against it at first kasi she remembers how much I struggle during my JHS years pero sabi ko if bumagsak ako sa Differential Calculus, magshishift ako ng course but luckily I passed my Differential Calculus and from then on after a few years I was able to graduate on time, so a few weeks after ng graduation I started my review for the livensure exam for REE medyo kabado ang batch namin since nung 2021 mababa ang naging passing rate ng school namin so malaki ang pressure na mataas ang lassing rate namin so months of reviewing dumating din ang araw ng licensure exam and to be honest mahirap yung isang part ng board exam and dahil dun naging anxious ako sa magiging resulta so after a few days lumabas na ang results and finally pumasa ako sa REE licensure exam at naging isang ganap na Engr. , so of course tuwang-tuwa ang family ko and friends so a few days after ng release ng results I remembered yung JHS ko, kasi after I transfer to a different school for SHS I unfriended all of them, so after passing my licensure exam naisipan ko na to add some of my demeaning teachers and classmates na nang-maliit sa kakayahan ko noon, yung ibang teachers congratulated me pero I can imagine yung mukha na nila na tameme kasi I just proved them wrong na yung batang inaakala na nila na mahina ay isang ng Engr., kahit yung mga classmates ko na mapag-mataas naungusan ko na sila, not to be mayabang pero kasi some of them sobrang mapag-mataas nung JHS na iniisip nila sila lang ang magaling so heto ngayon yung dating mahina at tingin niyo na bobo ay isang ng Engr., kaya I realize na wag tayong mang-mamaliit ng kapwa kasi hindi natin masasabi ang panahon.

Ordered an i9-13900k processor from Newegg (roughly $600) and after a month of troubleshooting, found out it was bad out of the box. I contacted Newegg about a return/refund/exchange or even in-store credit and wouldn’t honor anything because it wasn’t in its original packaging..
Over the past month or so, I’ve been in contact with numerous manufactures (NVIDIA, NZXT, ASUS, etc) to figure out the issue I was having with my computer. All of them were great. Their customer service was extremely helpful and everyone I ran into was willing to help. I had bought my MoBo from Amazon and NZXT suggested it was a bad MoBo. So I contacted Amazon, told them I didn’t have the original packaging and they said “no worries! Here’s your shipping label just drop it off at UPS and we’ll refund you once we receive the item”. Easy.
A $600 processor and Newegg won’t do a dam thing to help out. Nothing at all but a “yeah we can’t take it back because it’s not in its original packaging.”
The funny thing is, I contacted Intel about the issue and they said “oh it’s not in its original packaging? Yeah no worries! I’ll forward this to the warranty team so we can work on an exchange or a refund! Need the serial number found on the processor and the batch number as well. ” Lmao
Newegg is GARBAGE. I’ll never use them again and if you happen to buy from them, buyer beware.

Sometimes you just meet people in your life na gusto mo lang pasayahin without any strings attached. Kahit hindi maging kayo, parang ok lang sayo. You do little things to make her day better, do thoughtful things and you hear her problems. You just want to see her happy because she deserves it. Especially people and friends na alam ko medyo mabigat ang buhay, I cant help but exert some effort to lighten up their day because thats what friends do.
But I realized it always ends up in disaster. Before it was just something minor like naghihintay ligawan ko sila but it doesnt happen so they date someone else. Siguro nagka wake up call lang ako when a friend broke up with her boyfriend because she realized a someone na hindi naman nanliligaw is treating her better than her boyfriend.
Should I just stop being nice to people of the opposite sex na wala akong intention of dating? I guess nasanay lang ako to also be nice to them because I grew up having a lot of female friends too.

I got tired of looking for potential dates and relationships. At first, I was genuinely looking pero habang tumatagal parang peer pressure na lang yata yung nararamdaman ko or siguro may part lang, kasi my circle of friends are all in a relationship except sa akin, yung mga pinsan ko na same age ko and my batchmates during highschool are also in a long-term relationship na rin, nakikita ko sa socmed.
I was actively looking since last year pero hindi ko alam why walang nagwo-work. Ready to commit naman ako. Maybe because mataas masyado standards ko? Or masyado na akong sanay sa pagiging single, sobrang independent ko na and I'm not used to updating someone about something o kaya naman hindi lang talaga conventionally attractive yung physical appearance ko kaya whenever we exchange pics, they say pass na agad. I tried my best naman and I am confident with my looks pero medyo nakakababa rin ng self-esteem kapag they goodbye na after that part. But I try my best din to brush it off kasi we all have our types/preferences naman.
Tapos ayon nga, after several months of actively looking for a partner, nawawalan na lang ako ng gana ngayon. Nawawalan na rin ako ng gana makipag-interact sa mga kaibigan ko kasi nagiging personality na nila ang pagiging may jowa. Or baka bitter lang ako? Pero everytime na lang na bubukas ang gc, almost 85% of the time na ang ib-bring up nila na usapan ay tungkol sa jowa nila. And supportive naman ako sa kanila, I cheer for their relationship, I'm genuinely happy for them, and nakikikulitan pa ako before pero hindi ko talaga kaya ngayon. Sobrang bitter ko na ba? We're like a group of 9 tapos 8 yung taken and I've been single for years now.
Sabi dati hindi mahuhulog sa harap ko basta ang jowa, dapat maghanap pero atp, yung future jowa ko na lang ang maghanap sa akin. Baka busy pa siya magpakashunga sa current partner niya kaya di ko siya mahanap. Pagod na ako beh, pasok na lang muna ako ulit sa character development arc ko. Pero sana pag time na natin beh, oks ka kasi tapos na ako sa "I can fix you" personality ko. Good luck beh, sana mahanap mo na ako hahahahaha

I don’t remember but does it show anyone staying at the motel or anything about the motel? Are there any other houses or buildings they do t show people in?

Ever had a guy who decided not to tell you the details of the girl he's flirting with/having sex with but he tells you almost everything?
Happened weeks ago and I suddenly remembered it and I still don't get why it had to be a problem.
So, there's this guy whom I usually talk to at night before (we stopped talking soon after I got pissed off).
He has a pretty busy schedule since he's sorta "famous". Known creative, and he's within my network of fellow creatives.
We used to talk right before he goes to sleep, and we did talk about the most random stuff. Including our likes and dislikes, our sex lives, how our days went, and everything else we could talk about.
After quite some time, we've had this understanding that we could never be more than friends. And that's completely fine with me because he's emotionally unavailable, and that I am not his type.
So, there are times we could get "flirty" but we know it's all for fun.
Fast forward to a few weeks ago, he recently informed me that it was his birthday. And he casually told me, "Sorry, I just had my birthday."
I was happy for him but I wondered why he wouldn't tell me. Knowing him, he'd say it's no big deal.
A few days after, he had the time to talk to me.
So, he was sharing what had happened the past few days and how busy he was. And I was just listening to his stories.
So, I asked him a question about my ex who had a girlfriend who left him with their two kids to pursue her "career".
I was simply asking for his opinion on the matter and then he said,
"I don't wanna say it, but baka may problema yung ex mo."
"And she would leave him their kids as a punishment? What kind of mom would do that?" I said.
"Alam mo, I honestly don't care about this. Bakit ka ba sakin nagtatanong n'yan e wala naman akong pake."
"I'm just trying to get a different perspective on the matter because my ex is threatening to kill himself and he's about to snap."
"Just don't ask me stuff about your ex or any of that kasi wala kang makukuhang matinong sagot sa'kin." I could hear him grinning on the phone.
"Okay. Fine."
That was such a pretty tense start.
I was holding my other phone while we were talking, and I scrolled through my stories just to check them and I didn't expect that it was quite loud.
"What's that sound? IG story ba yun?" he asked as if I was being disrespectful to him while he was talking.
I told him it was and I accidentally tapped on it, skipped, and it was loud.
"Ah okay. I thought you're watching stories.:
So he continued talking and then I asked him, like we normally would, "so, may nagregalo sa'yo ng birthday bleep? Hahaha."
"I won't answer that question." he answered it in a serious tone.
I was weirded out coz he usually shares those kinds of stuff because we're THAT comfortable with each other.
"Uh... okay?" as I replied, I got my phone and I started autoplaying stories on my Instagram and left it on my side as I talk to him.
"Manood ka na lang kaya ng stories mo?"
"I am not watching, I'm just letting them play."
"So, may nagregalo nga? LOL"
"Yes, meron." and then he goes on sharing what happened and all that.
"Nice. Bakit di mo sinabi kanina when I asked you meron pala?"
I was actually happy for him. He seemed happy.
But for some reason he didn't wanna tell me.
I got annoyed. I don't know why he thinks he's walking on eggshells about it. I felt bad. I was annoyed.
"Usap na lang tayo next time. Inantok na ko. Night." and I hung up.
I felt bad because I thought we were friends and having a "thing" was already behind us that's why we could get into details of the stuff we have.
But he chose to not tell me. And then he eventually did.
For what reason?
The delay was unnecessary and I took offense because it was as if he thinks I'd be jealous, well in fact, I was happy.
We even argued before about him being allergic to "I love you's".
Had to explain to him that it doesn't mean anything.
"Let's not make this complicated." he said.
Make WHAT COMPLICATED? We were just friends. Nothing more.
He apologized but that got me confused.
But this time, I didn't really feel that we were truly friends.
I felt betrayed. He didn't even bother to tell me his birthday. He just casually informed me that it was done.
To be blunt, kahit pa sobrang liit na bagay napaguusapan namin before.
So, I don't get the omissions.
I hurt me coz I thought we were friends. Heck, we were comfy enough we even do phonesex.
I dunno. Did I miss something? Did I not step back far enough to see the bigger picture?
We haven't talked for weeks. He was a good friend, for me.
But was I even a friend to him?

Last year (July2022), I got a new job (Company A) and decided to live(rent) on my own here in Makati have enough money and was able to save since pandemic nga so sobrang taas and saya ng feeling ko and excited syempre kasi new life. After few months sa work i found that it was so stressful and di ko kinakaya and anxiety is real tlga then nakilala ko ang online gambling then ayun grabe dahil sa sobrang stress and lungkot na din ksi nga I live on my own napasugal ako and now I lost my savings including EF (6 digits) totoo to hays sobrang tanga ko oo alam ko kaya please lang stop gambling and dont be like me. Sobrang pressure na din ksi sa family ksi ako nlng may work and my dad is ex ofw isa na din factor kaya napasugal to earn some money but it become worst pa. I cant talk this to my parents kasi alam ko madidismaya sila sa akin. sobrang stress ako araw araw and parang zombie na wala ng paki sa lahat ng bagay ganyan pakiramdam ko ngayon. Then I decided to resign from (Company A) and luckily got new work and now I am turning 27 this june btw, and then alam mo ba last week nanakaw pa Iphone ko sa MRT sobrang grabe eto nlng ung natira halos sakin nawala pa. Bakit ganito pinagdadaanan ko sobrang grabe ano napakamalas ko namang tao. Financial status: I still have 50k only left and expecting final pay from previous job( Company A) siguro ranging (30-50k). I've read somewhere that at this early into the game, resources are so scarce, that it's better to invest in a team so strong, so that it could basically carries the other team (in MoC, of course). I have a strong feeling that him and his LC can carry me for a long time until I'll get to have another 'strong' unit for 2nd team. Plus, the rate is quite forgiving, and the 4 stars LC are pretty good, raising it to a higher value for JY's team. I need 2nd opinions from you guys. Thanks! (I'm f2p for the record)
