My (25F) boyfriend (26M) and i both work full time, but he earns more than me and comes from a middle class family, whereas i come from a low class one. My boyfriend is always asking me to pay for stuff and buy him things. Sometime these things can be very expensive. For example, he asked me to buy him a birthday gift that costs over $350 dollars. For me, thats a lot of money, but maybe to him it isn’t.
I don’t have much relationship experience so i don’t know if this is normal, but not once have i ever asked him to pay for or get me anything. I would feel uncomfortable doing that. He would also jokingly ask me to give him money and get “fake” mad when i wouldn’t. Maybe i’m not picking up on his sarcasm, but sometimes i really feel like he isn’t joking.

My wife and I are having our first child. We each have separate health insurance though our employers. She typically signs us up for an HSA but forgot to this year. She asked me to in order to cover medical expenses for her pregnancy. She instructed me to opt for the max contribution, which will be $10k.
I signed up for a Dependent Care FSA (HSA wasn’t an option for me) because she’s not on my insurance that that seemed to make sense. I didn’t do much research as she typically handles this stuff. I realized I flubbed when a few months after open enrollment I tried to pay some of her medical bills, and the card got rejected.
My company uses Gusto, so I contacted their support to ask for help. They said I could change the type of FSA once the child is born because it will be a qualifying life event. We’ve been letting medical bills pile up in anticipation of being able to pay them eventually with FSA dollars, but I’m getting worried about my ability to do that.
At the time of birth, can I change my dependent care FSA to a Health Care FSA in order to pay my wife’s medical bills?
Would her medical bills even be covered by a health care FSA?
If not, how can I be sure not to just waste the $10k I’ve put into the FSA? Kinda freaking out. Seems like a somewhat simple mistake that has the potential to cost us a lot of money.

My building sold & new landlord has a new lease with some language I want to be sure that I understand. He is notorious here for not being a great person, pushing off anything he can & basically a slumlord, so I just want to be clear what I am signing. Located in the USVI & the local gov't site regarding tenant/landlord equates to 6 bullet points... not helpful.
I called multiple attorneys in the area & of those that replied, they only represent Landlords - not Tenants, so I am still trying to find a local attorney to advise.
Can someone explain it like I'm 5, please?

• The Tenant hereby subordinates this Lease to any mortgage(s) or encumbrance(s) which the Landlord may have placed, or which may hereafter be placed, upon the premises; and the Tenant hereby agrees to execute, on demand, any instrument which may be deemed necessary or desirable to fulfill Landlord's obligations under any such mortgage(s) or encumbrance(s), whenever made or recorded, in order to make said mortgage(s) or encumbrance(s) superior to this Lease.

Does this mean that he could have taken a 10 year variable APR mortgage on the building and he could increase our rent mid-lease?

• In the event the Tenant shall become in default in the payment of the monthly rental provided for herein, or if Tenant shall fail to cure within three (3) days after written notice from Landlord of any nonrent default hereunder, the Landlord shall have the option to terminate this Lease, or any extension thereof. In the event of termination by Landlord for either a failure to pay rent or to cure a non-rent default, no notice other than the minimum required by Virgin Islands law shall be given. The termination notice required for a failure to pay rent shall be three (3) days. Upon receipt of such notice, the Tenant will forthwith peaceably and quietly vacate the premises and return possession thereof to the Landlord. Should the Landlord be compelled to commence or sustain an action at law or equity to recover possession of said premises, the Tenant shall pay for all costs in connection therewith, including a reasonable fee for the attorney of the Landlord. If Tenant Fails to perform any other obligation under this Lease, or declares bankruptcy, the Landlord may terminate the Lease in the Landlord's sole discretion.

Is this even legal to ask us to take out a policy naming him?? So, he doesn't have to hold insurance if someone gets injured, but all of the tenants have to get a policy naming him?

Hey guys! I need validation right now lol. I’ve been playing Halo for almost all my life, and something I’ve always done is make up backgrounds for my MP characters.
For example, Halo Infinite is the first game I’ve actually really tried hard at, so I’ve been playing a lot of MP. I like to think my guy used to be a Falcon pilot back during the fall of Reach/New Alexandria and became a Spartan wearing the Mark V [B] armor as tribute to my Reach spartan. (Falcons are still my favorite video game vehicle of all time haha)
So I wear falcon/pilot themed things like the emblem and banners, and slap on the air assault helmet and anything lore wise that would make a Spartan more aerodynamic, like the jump jet shoulders (if they didn’t cost 14 damn dollars to buy).
I’m not sure if I’m weird as fuck, so I need some reassurance that I’m not insane. Or maybe I am insane, in which case feel free to bully the hell out of me.

Hello! I am supposed to move out in two weeks. Back in February we called the leasing office to confirm our date and ensure that there was nothing additional that we needed to do. The employee at the time said no, we were good to go. They have had so many employees go in and out and management has changed no joke 4 times. Now, two weeks from moving out they are letting us know that we have to pay rent for an additional month because we didn’t give them written notice which is apparently part of our agreement. They said that if we don’t pay we will have to pay a $100 dollar fine every week we don’t pay. The reason we are leaving the apartment is because we can’t afford it anymore and now I don’t know what to do. Any advice?

I started to mine when the new 30 series gpus came out and it was great I was making up to 10 dollars a day, I mined for about a year then I stopped because btc dropped a lot. Now i come back to give it a try and Im only making 8 cents a day. I don't know why it went down. Im using Quick Miner with a 3080. It worked really well, i put the mining on medium like before yet still it is only very little. If anyone can help me i would be most grateful.

Currently I have literally no case whatsoever on my current build and I have a budget of a case of under 100 dollars.
There are 3 cases that interests me, the Corsair 4000D Airflow, Phanteks Eclipse P400A and the NZXT H5 Flow.
They all seem to be focused on airflow and that's where I'm kind of stuck on which one to choose. I currently have a QICK319 6700 XT as my gpu, a Arctic Freezer 34 Duo and I already have like 6 Arctic P12 fans so the answers based on the amount of case fans in a case is out of the ordinary.
So out of the 3, which one is a good case for the price? They're all seem to be at the same or close price on Amazon.

Today, we were talking and my boyfriend was a bit upset with me and he basically said that he would make more of an effort to come visit me if I was making the effort because I have the financial possibility to visit him at the moment and I've traveled to his country before. However, this hurt me because I told him that it was a matter of safety because I would feel safer if he came to see me.
I've been to his country, yes, but not to his city and I also haven't travelled alone before. I realize now, though, that I have to take the step and see him. We are planning on finally meeting the end of next month/early August. I've already requested the time off of work and I'm very excited but definitely a bit nervous. He was talking about a future with me and such and I mentioned to him that I worry about our future due to the current situation. I didn't outright mention his finances because I just can't do it, I don't have that capability because I feel that would be mean. It's not his fault he's in this situation, I know it's hard to find jobs in his country and such.
He told me that we should still meet despite the situation but I question how the trip is even going to go. He only gets 20 euros (maybe a little more) from his parents here and there and can't afford much at the moment. I don't even know what we'll do (although just being with him certainly will make me happy). I'm not looking for him to buy me anything, truly, I will happily pay my way on this trip but I worry for our future. He didn't mention that I would have to pay for everything (so I probably should talk about this with him first).

Kia sent my husband a letter offering a no cost anti theft upgrade due to a social media theft issue and kia is offering a free upgrade to the anti theft that normally costs 500+ dollars and wondering if they will still do it if a car has more then 60k miles it has 75k miles and is a 2018 so its out of the warranty and also it does not have 100k warranty due to it being a used car bought at a non Kia dealer (Ford).

So May 1 I was involved in an accident where another driver hit the side of my truck. After contact she ran over the curb, over a real estate sign and then ran into a concrete business sign. We were only going about 20 mph, but she must have panicked and stepped on the gas instead of the brake. She ended up breaking her arm, admitted to the police that it was completely her fault and was taken away in an ambulance. My dash cam showed it was her fault and she was issued a citation by the officer.
Her Insurance company initially wanted to pay for a small compact car. I told them I needed a truck to tow a trailer for work (self employed) and I rented a truck capable of towing a trailer. The insurance company said that they stopped paying on Friday even though my truck just finished being repaired today, about a week later. I just turned in the rental truck and they said that the insurance company is only paying the car rate which is leaving me with about $1000 in rental charges to pay for. The damage to the truck was more extensive and about $1300 more than they wrote the check for.
The insurance adjuster texted me and said that there may not be enough money for my vehicle damage and rental car coverage because it is at the max of her coverage limitations since the commercial sign cost so much to repair.
I definitely don’t want to be left with a $2300 bill for something that was not my fault. I don’t want to use my insurance company so my rates don’t go up either. I’m thinking that my only option if her insurance company doesn’t pay, is to sue her for these two amounts plus court costs. I hate to do this to the elderly woman, but I don’t feel that I should be out a couple thousand dollars either for something that wasn’t my fault.
