So I'm re-listening to the episode 'Synchronicity', and towards the end of the episode when they're talking about the hive mind and how that might look, I was kind of trying to piece together my own idea of how that might look, and suddenly I remembered that The Evil Within games took this exact prompt and ran with it. A corporation connecting minds? That whole scenario is very cool to think about, like would an atypical mind break the whole thing (like in the games), or would they just be absorbed in without much hassle? It might have been a super obvious connection, but it hit me like a train and I just wanted to rant about it for a moment.

I'm trying my best to interpret my blood test results and my doctor has already ordered another test.
My cortisol was 111 n/mol which I believe is quite low but my appointment got bumped to lunch time instead of early in the day so my doctor wants it done again at 9am. I also know from this subreddit that the plain blood tests for Cushings aren't reliable on their own and I have nearly all the symptoms (especially the buffalo hump and moon face, purple stretch marks etc) so I won't let the doctor dismiss me on this.
However my thyroid levels were abnormal, as were nearly all my FBC results - white blood cell count off, red blood cell count and size off, etc. Can any of these indicate anything relevant to Cushings?
Google said some of the results are indicative of diabetes which I guess would be in line with Cushings?
I can post the specific results when I get them I'm working from memory from the call and the only one I wrote down was the cortisol.

The title says it all pretty much, (first post i think). Thought about teks involving recrystalization of pfed.hcl and wondered if the product might get oxidized or maybe polymerize to form as an exemple a gooey-reddish mass of actual pretty crystals but caged in goo bs.
Is it possible the pfed is ok but byproducts decomposed to form this ? Would acetone / mineral spirits washes get rid of the oily gooey aspects of the crystals ?
I know the best is ion exchange but currently don't have the setup rn.
Has anyone experienced a loss of product due to overdrying pfed ? The drying conditions were mild, not above 40°C (most of the time left by itself at 4°C to 10°C with a fan blowing over).
Any input from someone more knowledgable would be greatly appreciated.

Most days I cross all my T’s and dot all my i’s. And other days, I fuck everything up.
My day starts with a plan. 10am, clean out returned car. 1pm, pick up returned car from airport. 5pm pick up kids from school.
9:30am, about to leave to clean out my 10am car. I get a call and surprise, my 4 year old is sick. Okay. Whatever. I’ll do my best to take care of the days tasks with them. I wash car the car before receiving my child. Then I get a same day booking for 2:30pm. While I have my child, I clean the interior.
11:30am, I am getting ready to Uber to the airport to pick up my 1pm return. Surprise, school calls and my 7 year old is sick. I take my 4 year old, drop off my car for the 2:30pm pick up, then go to pick up sick kid #2.
12:30pm. I got 2 sick kids with me. I ask my 7 year old if they felt like throwing up and don’t want to go anywhere. They say they are fine. I call the Uber. I’m worried about my 4 year old throwing up but I forget to bring a bag. Surprise, 7 year old throws up in Uber. I apologize to the driver and ask them to take us back home. Nicest driver in the world. I pay $38 for the Uber, I give them $140 (all the cash I had on me) so they can hire a professional cleaner, and I help them wet vac their car.
Several days later, my 2:30pm last minute booking is returned. Car is full of pet hair and smells like dog. Tank is also less than 1/4 full. I go to check my pretrip photos and I have none. In all my shit going on during the day with my 2 kids, I forgot to take photos.
Luckily, the renter took 3 interior pre trip photos, so I got my $150 for the dog. But the $66 for their gas, I am shit out of luck. At least the pet fee covered the gas.
Let’s add that up. $38 Uber to nowhere. $34 airport parking fee because I let it sit overnight. $140 for Uber throw up. $66 for guest gas. $278 in expenses.
Most days I do okay. Some days I just fuck everything up.
Bright side is, at least my car was not involved in an accident. Otherwise I’d be fucked.

But I lack guidance and I only have a little amount of knowledge. When should I start preparing for the exam? I researched a bit and the most common response I got was to start in my 3rd year.
