I’ve been with Home Depot for a year and a couple of months, worked Lot for a year absolutely hated it then recently switch to Garden after having to not stop ask the managers to switch me. So when I first switched I took a part time position but within a few weeks there was a opening full time position which you need your license for that which I didn’t have at the time so it was me and this other person(lets call her Karen) that signed up for the position she was licensed and everything so I already knew she was gonna get it so it didn’t bother me. Not even a week into her working that position she complains that she can’t do it anymore it’s too much but even through her complaining she still stayed… through out my time of being here me and Karen had a little altercation to keep it short she asked me to go across the store to get a cart for her and I said No so from that day on she ignored, never made eye contact with me, stuck her tongue out at me when I wasn’t paying attention and always talked shit about me. About 2 months ago we were cool we made it up from then on we are like close buddies. Keep in mind I’m 19 and Karen is in her mid 40s. So about 2 days ago I had to get a riding lawnmower for a customer the sign that was in front of the lawnmower was priced wrong from what was popping up it was about a $200 difference so im up at customer service getting all the stuff the customer needs having no problems and Karen walks up asking “what’s going on?” I replied “nothing to worry about someone just priced the lawnmower outside wrong and idk who did it.” Lol she goes “ What the fuck do you know about pricing and tagging shit, why do you need to know who tagged it wrong what are you a detective?”
I’m sitting there just amazed how defensive she got so I have a feeling she did it. I started laughing so hard when she walked away. Also I usually don’t take those type of comments seriously so it doesn’t effect me at all.
Let me get to the main point of this whole post.
Karen likes to complain alot saying that no one does anything in garden and she has to do all the work so she is constantly always pissed. There are only a select few that don’t really do anything and I know damn well I ain’t one.
So yesterday I come in at 7am Karen came in at 5am with another coworker. I checked alot of the duties that need to be done as an opener, nothing is done so I had to do the SRC, Sweep Log, Sidekick, and me and the electrical supervisor were outside in the rain bringing pallets of pavers, rocks, mulch and soil cause she didn’t do a single thing. She decided to sit inside all day and “pack down”. Later on im coming back from my first break after 5 hours and me and the electrical supervisor were walking to go finish her work and Karen walks passed us looking all pissed. Then had the audacity to turn around and say to the electrical supervisor “make sure he does some work because he never does anything” usually I never respond cause I try to be nice but nah I replied “ me? Do nothin? Your the one that does jack shit all day” she says “repeat that” of course sweetie so I repeated it, lmao by the time I did she was turned around walking away that mf turned around quick asf acting like she was gonna do something. Went right back to what it was like before lmao.

HD is running a few promos on the red stuff and I've been looking to go higher grade after using mixed match set. Seems like a great deal but it is a large investment for me. I haven't been on top of the sales that go on so I'd appreciate any input on what some of yall who do think.

TL,DR; Tell me what printed quick reference guide for plumbing I should be using. (Construction primarily done in Utah United States)
I like to think that i have good instincts, but in a recent project that requires adding a in ground sewer line, internet searches revealed multiple "Plumber" voices saying "bigger is better" and "smaller sewer lines have fewer clogs", and I was left confused, so i tried to look up the code, and didnt really find it without a paywall.
I recently bought a "wiring simplified" book from Home Depot for $10 to help me be safe and "to code" in electrical. Is there any similar book for plumbing, or do i have to fork out 120$ for a "Plumbing International Code Textbook"?
Edit: My initial searches found a few "DIY PLUMBING" books on Amazon, and I was immediately suspicious based on the title. Additionally my initial searches found some outdated Dewalt plumbing books that are a collectors item (for 1k?) a piece. I really don't know what I don't know here, so any help finding a reference guide would be appreciated.

This is what I am looking into: Buy land, nothing big, I'm stuck in a city, so probably a lot. Buy trailer beds, put them on the land. Buy 'tiny homes' such as those 2 story sheds from home depot. That sort of thing. Put said shed homes on the trailers so they aren't permanent buildings.
Basically have a little group of sheds on trailers for different aspects of life. Bathroom in one, living space and bedroom in another, kitchen in another. That sorta deal.
Use the land to homestead as much as I can given the city laws. I'm assuming mostly gardening, maybe fish pond, doubt I can do chickens but maybe.
Is this a 'cheaper' way to go about owning my own home and also homesteading? I'm poor but want to be as self sufficient as possible and while I currently make the most money I ever did at a job, I'm pretty sure I'm still at the poverty line... atleast I am now thanks to inflation.
So, while I know a lot of this is dependent on laws, assuming I don't need to ask for permission to own sheds (like an HoA) and am free to garden as I please, and can put up a fence (maybe a privacy one) as I please, is this feasible? Is this possible? I don't have many options but atleast this way I can start small then build up more trailers and living spaces. Can save while I'm renting now and purchase the land and starting trailer and shed and make it livable then go from there.

Hello Plumbing Pros,
I'm hoping to clarify if there are any real differences between a Kohler faucet purchased through Home Depot versus the same type purchased direct. The rep said that the Home Depot faucets were less expensive because of the interior mechanisms (more plastic, less craftsmanship). When would issues start to develop? What would they be?

I already coated all my wood board for my raised bed in boiled linseed oil from home Depot, it has cobalt manganese salt in the ingredients. I'm wondering if I should scrap the wood and use untreated or if boiled linseed oil will be safe for my veggies and herbs.
