Hey everyone, I've been getting WHEA uncorrectable error occasionally for a while now. It got really bad in october last year, where I ended up swapping my CPU and that did the trick for a little while. But now it's back to daily BSODs, sometimes (like today) twice or even three times.
It's always WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR and sometimes there will be partial images from what I was doing stuck on the BSOD, such as a video I was watching, part of my desktop etc. Here's all I've done so far:
Replace CPU (October) Reinstall Windows (October) Reseat RAM Check RAM using Windows Memory Diagnostic Check disks using chkdsk Updated Drivers Updated GPU drivers Removed overclock settings Repaired system files Checked CPU temperature using Core Temp (didn't get an alert on the last crash)

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, I'm at my wits end and I've just started taking the BSODs as something I just have to deal with. Thank you for your time!

(1) Did a practice essay session this morning offered by my school. It was hosted in person starting at 8am local time (in Florida) and offered remotely via Zoom meaning for me, it was 6am (since I am freeloading off the family in mountain time zone ((anyone else in Montana?)) for summer while studying). Today was Torts and Contracts, I completely missed the contract issue and had to consistently refer to my notes for rule statements. Also, I discussed issues that apparently weren’t there.
I know there is still plenty of time before the July bar but I am feeling so woefully unprepared and incapable of success on the essay portion. Not worried about studying the MCQ but just…. Overwhelmed with the volume of rules required for the essays.
(2) An environmental law case is going to trial (Held v. Montana) June 10 - June 23. The trial is four (4) hours away in Helena and I would like to adjust my study schedule to attend the trial. I have been following the case since Environmental Law Clinic back in 2020-2021. Is attending this a bad idea? Is it justifiable if I make up the study time?

I don’t think the extra rest is gonna hurt Florida like some think I trust they’ll come out on fire and while Vegas is a good team obviously, a deep team..I also feel like they’ve been hellah inconsistent these playoffs at least in the Edmonton and Dallas series. I’m just trying to see if I could change how things be on my social life. I’m out in Florida but It’s a little difficult for me to make friends because I’m always working. So I never go out. Becoming an adult kinda freaks me out because Idk how my life is going to look in the next few years and this makes me put in all the work just to be better everyday this makes my social life really lonely and I want to change that..

Looking for some advice here, which I may take to an accountant later.
TLDR: my wife and I have money lying about, and are saving to buy another property in 2 or 3 years - but are wondering what to do with the existing savings? Buy-to-let, and sell up in two or three years? Investments? etc.
Context:
Currently, my wife (27) and I (32) own a flat where we pay £300 a month for the mortgage currently. We have around £60,000 total left to pay. We also rent a room in our flat out, bringing in £350 - so we're making £50 a month over the mortgage payment.
We have no car at the moment (we live in a city and don't really need it), no kids (nor any planned), and low expenses (we spent a year travelling, but are back now and saving rapidly).
Some figures:

• I earn around £80,000 on average per year (this can vary YTY, as I do a lot of short-term consulting)
• Wife earns £38,000 per year (salaried)
• I currently have £25,000 in my personal account, and £52,000 in a business account (for the consulting role, built up over 3 years, some of which I take as PAYE)
• Wife has around £18,000 in a personal account
• We have £13,000 currently invested in Vanguard index funds
• I'm earning a small amount of extra money (~£3,000 per year) from a side-project that I'm hoping to keep building up.
• We have maxed out the yearly overpayment threshold for our current mortgage

What would people here advise in this position? We would like to get a bigger house after 2 or 3 more years, and I know we need cash for that, but is there a better option in the meantime for the money we have in the bank (and coming in month-to-month)?

• Is buy-to-let a viable option for a short time, and then sold on later? I hear mixed opinions about this.
• I would invest lots more into the index funds, but we do want to use the money to buy a house in the future (and hopefully not sell the existing property). So we might not be in it for the long-haul, and who knows what could happen in a few years in the market.
• I'm work in tech, but I'm not interested in crypto - zero interest in getting involved in this.
• We have a few holidays planned, but will still have a lot left over after these are paid.

Any woman above like a 5.5 could go on Facebook’s dating site (not a hook up site like tinder or bumble) and only swipe right on stable looking men with middle class careers and have a couple thousand options to choose from , in almost any location in the US and have a dozen who are willing to pay their bills. So why would they choose sex work????
Men are not like women… we are far more analytical and most don’t like the chase or playing the “will she or won’t she “ game. A woman could literally, just straight up offer, “ I’ll be monogamous, you get sex 2–4 times a week, keep the house clean and run any work hour errands that need doing and you pay the bills, provide a car and a 300$ a week allowance. Let’s see if we can make it work” and the vast majority of single men would be down. Without anyone feeling the need to play a single game.
So why would that option be better that being a street prostitute??
1) Is it an mistaken fear of rejection, because even if they face a little rejection they would still have dozens of options to choose from.
2) just a legitimate desire to do street level sex work? (Doubtful in any numbers)?
3) a POS pimp who has then manipulated? (Obviously this fits some, but I’m my experience the majority are independent)?
4) They don’t want to have to play by the rules of a 9-5 or required to make a relationship work? (In my experience this is the majority, but that is anecdotal.)
5) being raised to be independent, but unable to make that work financially?
6) do to trauma is assuming the average man is predatory, when it is really just a minority, but that doesn’t totally add up considering they are putting themselves in a vulnerable place with random men more likely to be predatory than the average.
Obviously trauma and drug use is prevalent, but won’t prohibit an attractive woman from getting wifed if she is willing to work on it..
It just seems nonsensical to me be considering if I were an attractive woman it would take me zero time to land a good husband/provider.

Hey all. I’m a 20 year old college student on a big campus, I ride my bike and I’m physically active. I’m 140 lbs at 5’4. I’m not on any major medications, never suffered from anything serious medically. Pretty average person.
Last summer, I volunteered at a Zoo. My work wasn’t extremely labor intensive but I would stand in the heat often. I noticed I would get frequent side pain right above my hip. Eventually I went to the doctor and he was no help, said maybe endometriosis and sent me on my way but I really didn’t feel like that was it because I’m sure that’d be more of a never ending pain.
Summer ended, my internship ended, I went back home pain stopped. Throughout the semesters until this summer, I was painless. No matter if I was cycling, running, walking campus, lifting, nothing.
Come this Summer the pain is back again. I’m an intern at this horse boarding facility and I’m telling you guys, it’s not that labor intense. Like I do more at the gym/ cycling on campus than I did at the Zoo or boarding facility.
Anyway the pain is back and it genuinely comes when I do very little work. And most of what I found was running stitch pain but I truthfully don’t think it’s that either.
I know what that pain feels like, it’ll have me holding right below my ribs after a nice run. But this pain is right above my hip bone. I’ve been checked for appendicitis but was good. I feel like it comes when I’m hardly doing work but I’m outside in the heat.
Any ideas what it might be? Or how I can better explain to doctors to help them diagnose me? It really refrains me from doing my best work. Thank you.
