Make beds. 9:30am We try to leave the house every morning. Park, library, dance class, play date, grocery store. Transfer laundry before we go. 11:30/12pm we come back home, have lunch if we didn’t already eat 12:30/1pm I put on a movie for older girls and I put baby down for a nap. I rest. Fold laundry. 2/2:30pm read some books if baby is still down 3:30pm Start dinner, girls do crafts at table 4:30pm Husband gets off work (he works from home) 5pm Eat dinner 5:30 I go to gym or go for a walk 6pm I give girls bath, husband goes for a walk 7pm Husband reads to girls, I put down baby. 7:30pm I sing songs to girls, Husband cleans kitchen and runs dishwasher 8pm kids are asleep and husband and I collapse on the couch for an hr before we go to bed.
We’re exhausted but it mostly works 🤪 I try to do as much as I can in the morning.

I know Tempest was a bit polarizing the last time around, but I like it. If one accepts the lack of control over set timing with a bit of zen, it can be a great workout and a lot of fun.
That said, I continue to dislike the bodyweight reel at the beginning. Just make the pod AMRAPs 8 minutes instead of 7. In addition, including burpees in the regular warmup, the opening bodyweight reel, and at one of the target stations seems to betray a lack of creativity. Too many burpees—let’s have more variety.
The unexpectedly hard move of the day for me was the bar hang. I assumed it would be a “break” station, but coming to it right after the rower, my heart just kept racing.

I had found out a few days later through the grapevine that she had just gotten out of a very bad relationship and had gotten tied up in heroin with the guy. She was still addicted, but being a 20 year old working in camp and the connection we had from before everything I kept seeing her when I was on my off shift.
Turns out when you fuck someone 12 times a day for 7 days straight who has a less than perfect routine with birth control, they can and will get pregnant. We were 20 and more or less FWB and she was still doing drugs so I asked if she would get an abortion. She said no. I couldn't stand the thought of leaving a child with a drug addict, even if she was young with good parents and on track to clean up, so I stayed.
Over the years we ended up having a great relationship. looking back on it 12 years later and it was amazing. She cleaned up while pregnant, we rented a big house in a rural suburb, we had our daughter and we had our perfect little family. She ended up starting college to be a nurse when our first child was about 18 months old .Were then making good money and were getting set up pretty well in life at this point, so we decided to have another child.
We ended up buying a house in the same area later on near some friends of ours. At the time I thought it would be great being so close to good friends, later it turned out this was not the case.
Over the years of living in our own house my ex would drink with her friends more and more. To the point it got really bad, she would drink every day, wake up at noon or later on every weekend leaving me to do things with the kids alone. She gained alot of weight and started smoking cigarettes too. She was getting depressed and would not make any changes to her lifestyle saying it's not that bad. All of this was a huge strain financially and emotionally on our relationship. We got abusive and toxic with each other and our perfect life and family was turning into hell.
I ended up leaving the house 6 months ago. I took our travel trailer and lived in it at my aunt's. I kept paying the mortgage and car payments as we were going through our separation, I was offering her a buyout over 100k below market to keep her and the kids in their home, this would give me just enough to start over and her mortgage payment after child support would be very easy to deal with. She was not taking the separation well, she believed I would come back but I told her over and over that we were finished.
My mother in law called me a couple days ago and told me she found B dead in her bed with family photos around her. She overdosed herself. I'm going to say right now that B is one of the strongest ppl I know, she overcame that terrible drug for aver 10 years and we had the picture perfect life that would not have been possible with her hard work and determination. I had no idea I still loved her so much still. I've been crying for 2 days straight. My heart is breaking for my kids, they are destroyed by this.
I feel like a peice of shit. I should have helped my best friend when she was on a downward slide, yet I just left. Now she's gone because of me leaving. Everyone is saying it's not my fault but it is, we were holding each other up. She would have never touched that stuff if I hadn't left and now my children's beautiful mother is dead and I have to try and raise my 2 beautiful children by myself.
Look around you and your life, remember how short it is and dont take for granted those you love.

Does anyone have a logical answer as to why Veeam B&R requires a minimum of 7 days retention on an Immutable Storage Repository? I only want 2 days.
I can set backup jobs to 6 days. I can set copy jobs to 2 retention points.

Hello, i recently bought a Ryzen 7 7800X3D paired with a MSI Pro B650-P Wifi and Corsair Vengeance DDR5 5600MHz 32GB 2x16GB CL36.
I assembled the entire computer, it turned on correctly the first time without any issues, everything was fine. I entered the MSI BIOS and enabled the EXPO profile.
The RAM clock speed went up to 5600MHz, and I entered Windows. I could see in the task manager that it was running at the correct 5600MHz. I restarted, but it didn't start up. The screen remained blank with the PC turned on, and the RAM light on the motherboard was orange/yellow.
I turned it off, cleared the CMOS, and started again at the default 4800MHz. I set it back to 5600MHz, and it started up correctly again. I used the PC for a while and went to sleep.
This morning, the PC wouldn't turn on, and the CPU light was red. I got quite scared. I removed the RAM, turned it off, restarted, cleared the CMOS again, but nothing worked. I removed the heatsink, took out the CPU, and reassembled everything.
It worked, but now every time I set the RAM to 5600MHz, the CPU light comes on, and I have to remove and reinsert the CPU. I know that RAM frequencies can be tricky with the 7000 series, but the CPU light has me worried.
The PC works fine with the RAM at 4800MHz, but I paid for 5600MHz, and I'm completely unable to make it work. I don't know what to change in the MSI BIOS or what to try next.

Jumped into the process very late and am now drinking from the firehose. Lucky to get admitted to multiple schools with some substantial scholarship and stipend offers. I get it, these schools aren't M7 or T25, but they will allow me to make a career pivot successfully. I'm a grinder, I appreciated the lower cost of these programs, the somewhat smaller cohorts, the big school alumni networks, and the opportunity to truly excel to excel amongst my cohort. I'm looking for some input into how to proceed as I move to make my final choice.
Brief summary of my post-graduation profile. I am location agnostic for post-MBA, with a preference to work in management consulting, with a secondary interest in tech. MBB might be a stretch goal despite their (small) recruiting on some of these campuses. I'm very comfortable chasing an offer from a Tier 2 firm. While at school, I also want to work on entrepreneurial aspirations as a side project which I think can benefit from 1. keeping more capital in my bank account 2. Being in an environment that will put me in touch with the best collaborators 3. In a location with a great incubator setting offered by their entrepreneurial center or community.
Trying to weigh up the offers, some of my thinking points:
1) Scholarship/ Cost

• Carlson- Small Scholarship $84K remaining tuition balance - They are open to scholarship reconsideration, but it would come after my initial deposit. The amount of potential movement is murky, and I like the adage a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
• Terry- Full Tuition Waiver with the condition of 13H of graduate assistant (GA) work weekly plus 20K stipend, 7.5K year scholarship, that converts to a stipend if I continue my tuition waiver work. 2K international experience scholarship. $500 Business networking travel.
• Wisconsin- Full tuition waiver Y1. Tuition waiver Y2 with the condition of 13H graduate assistant role secure Y2 plus a $17K stipend.
• Eccles- Full Tuition Waiver

2) Culture
I can see myself thriving in all of these environments. The support staff has been great at all four of these programs. They've answered my questions promptly and worked to resolve any concerns I've had to date. Anyone I've connected with has been open and welcoming of conversations, and I've talked to students and faculty from all four programs. I would be happy with any of them in this regard.
3) Location
I am always open to an adventure. Currently located in Minneapolis. I get these programs can result in regional gating, at least in the first few years out of the program. I targeted and identified these universities and the markets they feed into. I feel confident about being happy living in any of those environments, both in and out of school.
4) Compensation post-MBA
I've built a comp chart for all four programs. Obviously, it should be taken with a grain of salt because of yearly variance, program outcome range, and the unique factors/differences you might find between the cost of living in one city vs. the next. I'll include both medians from the programs and median for consulting. Note that Wisconsin has very low consulting placement, so the tech would be the obvious right there.
