Switching from tresiba 100 to 200

Looking for suggestions for a new (affordable) face moisturizer that is kind to EDS skin.
Don't need anything fancy, but advice on what to stay away from (damage or bad reactions you've had) would also be helpful.
I currently use regular NIVEA cream, and it's fine but doesn't have a great smell, so looking to switch.

I'm working on a mix for a project that has terrible tempo fluctuations. I have been using beat mapping and group quantize to even it out, but on one of the songs the vocals are sounding very distorted after evening out the tempo. I've been doing some research and I switched from slicing to monophonic, but it still sounds bad.
Is there anything else I should try? I would really like to even out the tempo fluctuations but the vocals are just sounding awful.

When I started playing Synth Riders I learned from a previous thread that the EXP songs, which cost about 2 dollars each (the same price as non-EXP songs?!) had custom light shows/animations to go with the song. These EXP tracks are all excellent as others can attest, the Lindsey Sterling song, the Muse songs, the trippy swing song, each easily worth an extra 2 dollars.
But there is one experience that shines above them all in my opinion. That experience is called ‘Legends Never Die’ from the League of Legends music pack. There are dragons and knights and wild tripped out shit and you are dancing through it all because YOU are the legend and you will overcome any obstacle that life has to throw at you. I play through this track nearly every day and I am unquestionably a better human for it.
Dancing through this song before school in the morning will pretty much guarantee that you become class president/valedictorian/prom royalty. Play this before a job interview or asking for a raise at work and they will promote you to company president. It will, without question, 100% absolutely cure your depression (Disclaimer: I am not a doctor and should never be taken seriously when it comes to how to cure any disease). The whole thing is incredibly corny, but once you learn to let the corniness and dragons feed your dance skills, you will never be the same.
I am an unbiased reviewer—Sony, Synth Riders, and/or the artists behind the song ‘Legends Never Die’ did not ask me to write this review nor is anyone giving me any money for it. I am just some nobody, or at least I was before I started dancing to this song every day…now I don’t know what I am…probably closer to some sort of god.
I wrote this because interpretive dancing with glowing orbs to this song in EXP mode fucking rules and everyone should experience it. I, without any exaggeration, believe that most if not all of the problems that the world is facing would be solved if everyone experienced it.

Rakuten Mobile has started offering a new plan “Rakuten strongest plan” from June 1, 2023 today. What are the sort of factors that (in modern times) leads to someone converting to a religion, or losing faith in a religion that they grew up with or had previously converted to? Both from your personal experience or from academic/public sources?
Religious switching, including deconversion from a religion, has become more common from the twentieth century onward as people have more autonomy in matters of belief and practice.

This is more of a vent than an advice request, I know the only real advice is to suck it up and wait it out. I love singing and I have it on good authority, from adults at least, that I'm very good at singing. From 0 to about 1.5 years old, I sang my girl to sleep every single day multiple times a day. Eventually she started to say "no singing" and that switched to a playlist, then to bedtime stories.
She's 2.5yo now and I'm still not allowed to sing to her at bedtime, or most other times either. Not while Im driving, not while Im playing an instrument, she just doesn't like it and if I start she runs over and says "No dada no singing! Please don't sing." I can get away woth it sometimes if its a song from Frozen (which tbf I don't mind because that soundtrack slaps), but otherwise it's a no go.
I know I'm gonna have to get used to her not sharing my interests eventually, but I didn't think it'd be something as natural or ubiquitous as singing. It's an important part of my family, my parents were musical theater actors, my mom does choir and teaches vocal theory, I sang acapella in college and write music. To make things even more frustrating, she's a pretty damned good singer for a todler herself. I know I'm doomcasting but the thought of her growing up to be a fantastic singer with active disinterest in singing together with me sucks.
And now, literally as I wrote that last sentence, I got hit by another wave of emotion realizing that I basically did the same thing to my parents as a kid. Oh boysie. I guess that's as good a place to end a vent as any

Last time I posted this community was really helpful. I'm very close to finishing an Associates degree in General studies. I paid close attention to make sure I also salified the state requirements to transfer to a university. I have more options with an Associates than I would if I just completed the requirements to transfer within my state. It's time to start seriously thinking where I'll finish a bachelors and what I will major in. I don't want to go to graduate school. I know that much.
Last time someone asked for advice here someone asked if data really did fascinate me. It does. I also have a certificate in Graphic Design. I chose not to focus on fine arts because I didn't want to be limited to that field. I saw a fakebook advertisement about a Masters in data visualization. I'm not planning on graduate school. Data visualization is one thing I "geek out" over though.
I feel data science is flat math and science that meets the social sciences on even ground. Psychology has the same quality. I don't want to be a psychologist. The insight that studying large sets of data can provide fascinates me. The farther the purpose the data was collected for from the insight that can be gathered the more fascinating.
It's not like humans have never collected data. It's not like humans have never compared data. This day and age is different though. We have tools that allow us to collect and compare data that we have never had. One person is capable of doing things that were once thought impossible because of how much actual work would have to go into creating and comparing databases. How things trend and go viral on social media. Patterns too; like, we knew that we were due for a pandemic before covid because that usually happens every 100 years. How often the Yellowstone volcano erupts. How often the geyser called old faithful erupts and how much water erupts each time. This amazes me. Statistics too. I would be an atheist if the statistical possibility of our existence was not so small.
The one reason I'm hesitant is that I am not a math person. I could be with a lot of work. I would feel more accomplished for having completed a degree that required intensive math skills. This adds more risk. I'm used to the social sciences. A couple of the other choices I'm thinking about are challenging; but, they are within a skill set I already have developed. Sometimes I feel burnt out on the social sciences too. I've got almost 90 college credits (above a 2.0). Most of them are in the social sciences. Maybe focusing on something else is exactly what I need to do.

I have been looking to upgrade from a point and shoot, and found these two local listings.

• Canon AV-1 with Canon Speedlite 133A Flash, Canon FD 50mm lens, & Canon FD 70-210mm lens for $100

I understand the differences between the two, such as the AV-1 being aperture priority. My goal is to learn more about analog photography, and would like a decent camera to do so with. I have been using a Kodak Star 335, so either would be an upgrade. However, I am willing to wait longer if neither of these are a good deal/fit.

my Wife has an issue from time to time where the app gets about half way loading and then will stop. and no matter what (restarting phone/reinstalling app) she it will never load for her. normally we would just switch to her account on my phone and load it up and collect all the stuff she was making and then switch back to her phone and it would load fine. but last night it wont even open on my phone and now both of us are just stuck at the loading screen when we start the app.
has anyone found a solution to this? she plays on samsung galaxy note, and use a Iphone 12

I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction regarding PPFD requirements of variegated aroids. Right now I’m using a mars hydro SP150 and I estimate that my monstera Thai con is getting around 800-1000 umol. I figured light amount is usually the limiting reactant when it comes to growing plants indoors, and the variegation is taking away from the light collecting potential of the plant so I wanted to give it as much light as I can. Looking online though gave me a lot of different values for ideal PPFD such as 200, 400 and 1000. Just wondering if someone knows a reliable resource for finding ideal PPFD requirements for these plants. I also have a ton of cacti getting 1000 umol. They look ok now but as they get bigger im not sure what to do.

This is a continuation of my last post, where I got a run around trying to reschedule my appointment due to a conflict. That conflict ended up clearing, unfortunately, but ultimately it should have all been fine. I'll still get a MY, eventually.
Fast forward to 5/24. My conflict is now gone, so I removed the hold from my account in the hopes of still getting a car quickly. I had no VIN assigned, but the EDD became Jun-Jul 2023. 5/25, I got a new VIN assigned, so I figured things would be looking up! EDD switched to Jun 02-14, which seemed pretty nice to me. About a day or two later, it switched to Jun 13-22, which while still not terrible, is causing me to put more and more miles on my trade in, reducing its value. I was becoming weary of all this, but still determined to get this car I've been saving up for, for nearly a decade.
In the meantime, until the car arrives, I've been digging through threads on the various Tesla subreddits for info on the Model Ys coming out, any noticeable issues or changes, and things to look for when mine arrives. I notice a lot of speculation around HW4, and how many LR models coming out of Fremont are beginning to ship with it. I got a Standard Range AWD, so I figured I'd be out of luck, but someone checking VINs in a thread found a HW4 model out of Austin. I figured what the hell, and decided to toss my hat in the ring, too. To my surprise, my typically awful luck had changed, and I HAD A HW4 Model Y out of Austin! Incredible! I was so elated, I texted my wife, and told her the exciting news. I couldn't believe I had managed to snag one, and had I not relinquished my VIN for my prior conflict, it wouldn't have happened.
As you may guess, I haven't come here to gloat, but rather to share my pain. A mere 4 minutes after discovering I had a HW4 model out of Austin, I get a text message from Tesla, stating the following:
"Hi Corgi, we've just received an update that the Model Y assigned to your order will not make it to your delivery center. We are actively working with our factory team to build you a new Model Y as soon as possible. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and will provide you with an update once we have a new Model Y assigned to your order."
This was the swiftest kick in the head I had taken in a while. I had a whopping 4 minutes of joy before it was stolen from me. While a voice in the back of my head told me "it's fine, perhaps the new build will have HW4...", I know in my heart that someone who knows somebody at Tesla probably snatched my unicorn of a car because of its HW4, as a favor or something. It just sucks so much to have not only an additional wait, but a very high likelihood of getting a HW3 model instead, as they work to deplete the old stock towards existing orders.
As of this post, I have no VIN assigned, an EDD of Jun 13-22, and a sense of defeat. May all of your outstanding orders arrive with HW4. Thanks for reading!
