I have believed in the theories of alternate universes forever...I mean literally, for as long as I can remember, and I have good reason.
I am a woman, almost 50 y.o, who has always had these "dreams". In my dreams, I am someplace else, but with full memories of ever part of my life when in the dream. I wake up at least 5x's/night, with full memories of the dream I had just had. I tried keeping dream logs, but, with the amount of dreams I have a night, along with the details remembered in each dream, I don't have the time to write down each dream. If i were to write them, they would be complete stories, not dreams. I almost wish I had someone who could write them for me.
The majority of my dreams are all in the same world. I call this world "The Land Of Nod", Don't ask me why I call it that, I started calling it that when I was about 15 and it just stuck.
My earliest memory of having repetitive dreams and dreams of this other world, was about when I was either 4 or 5, but I am sure I have had them my whole life, unfortunately, our brains don't start storing memories until about that age. My earliest memory of this life, was when I was approx. 3-4 y/o. My parents tell me that as a baby, I had colic until I was 9-months old, that's pretty late for colic, considering it usually subsides by the time a baby id 3-4 months old, I truly believe that it was not colic that kept me awake all night instead of sleeping, I believe I was having these dreams even then. At that young age, and I believe i was so confused, about what to believe and what not to believe, kept me up, crying, trying to stay in in world. Now, I know this is just a guess, but if you had experienced the things I have experienced thru-out the past 49 years of my life, you would understand why I feel this way. My friends and co-workers ask me everyday about my dreams the night before. Sometimes I tell them, sometimes I don't and sometimes i can't, because in "The Land Of Nod", there are creatures that don't exist here. There are everyday animals sold in their pet shops that don't exist here, on this plane, and most importantly, there are colors that don't exist here. They are impossible for me to describe, and although I will vividly remember the colors I see for several days after the dream, the memories slowly fade with time. But one thing I am sure of, they were there.
I compare it to how different animals, can see different colors due to the cones in their eyes. They say dogs only see in black and white, yet some insects can see different colors on the color spectrum, like ultraviolet,that our human eyes can't even imagine. Well, you can think I'm insane all you want, but it's true. There are amazing, marvelous, beautiful colors, both light and dark, shimmery, yet not opaque, indistinct, yet comprehensible, all at the same time.
When i say I wake up 5x/night,I am not exaggerating, in fact, I am lowering the bar. There have been times when i have woken up 9-10x/night due to these dreams.
Like I said, the majority of the time, I go to the same world when i dream. I know the whole town so well, I could draw a map. I know where the movie theater is,the mall, the train stations and the houses.
While some of you are probably thinking that I have taken bits and pieces of the real world and introduced them to create "The Land of Nod", i assure you, that is not the case. These are places, I know I have never seen, with people, most of who I have never met. Sometimes different people in my family will be there, and other times, someone entirely different would be my mother or father. On these occasions, I remember that whole entire life, clear as day. All the memories are intact, Sometimes, I am me, but younger, or older and other times, I am someone completely different. I have been a black woman in my dreams (I am a white woman in this dimension). I have been a Chinese male, and a Chinese female. For some reason, I have been Chinese more than any other ethnicity,
Now don't go getting up in arms over race and sex....I have no control over my dreams in the past, or even who I will be tonight.
A common theme with most of my dreams is the world ending. I have dreamt about this more times than I could begin to explain. 9 out of 10 times, in my dreams, the world ends due to floods and tsunami's. On occasion, I have been in the thick of it, trying to save people and get them on boats. But most of the time, it's after the fact. The damage and destruction. The haunting shapes of twisted metal from where skyscrapers use to be. I will say this: all of the dreams about the tsunami catastrophes appear to be far in the future. I can tell by what has been left over. The remnants, even of the twisted skyscrapers, are nothing that even remotely looks like this century.
I have not only had dreams of the end times, I have had dreams where I have lived a whole lifetime, grown up, fell in love, got married, grew old and relaxed with my old, true love, on a raft, in a makeshift lake that was inside a giant spaceship, where we could look up and see the clear dome, at least a 100 feet above us, showing all the stars. I remember the peace I felt in that moment.The peace of knowing I had a good life, with a man I love and being ready to accept death.
I have had movies that were complete movies. I( watched them fro beginning to end. They don't exist here in this dimension...believe me, I have searched. I have dreamt of musicals, one I remember i call "Stomp", because it was a horror, comical musical, of this band of gypsies, that floated from town to town, killing people, by stomping their heads while circling around them singing. I remember all these and more, vividly.
I have seen giant insects like 4 feet long spiders and 12 inch bees, whose abdomens were completely transparent, so much so, that I could see the intestines, both blue and green, inside the liquid sac of their abdomen.
I don't know why, after all these years I am talking about this.
I believe, honestly in my heart, that these are different dimensions that are out there, but we are unable to see or touch them, at least I can't when I'm awake,.
One more thing I would like to mention. When i crawl into bed and drift off to "The Land of Nod", i almost always find myself waking up there. I go to sleep here and wake up, still drowsy, in a different bed, but knowing where I am and who I am.
This was just a quick synopsis of my dream world and how i believe it relates to parallel dimensions. If anyone is interested, I have dreams and stories from the other side that could last for days. Do the math: between 4- 10 dreams a night, every night. Almost always remembering every detail. I have a lot written down, but more in my memory, stored, hoping someday to possibly write a book, or one of the movies or musicals I saw in the other world.
I would like to do a sleep study someday, but I wouldn't know what to say as to why. It's not really a medical reason, so insurance wouldn't cover it. I wish there was a scientist out there, studying dreams and other dimensions. If there was, I would be the perfect candidate.

My natural hair color is very dark brown, a month ago I dyed my hair with permanent silver metallic color. Now the color is faded and the top of my head is a very light brown and the sides are the natural color. I want to remove the dye but everything I’ve seen talks about lightening the hair and this would be the opposite of what I want.

First off this is the code I am using on the HTML and CSS sides:

For my problem the scheme setting changes nothing and the accent only effects the loading progress color.

My loading bar currently looks round with a blue progress bar and black background when what I want is a light grey background, but when I try to specify a background color the bar changes to green with a grey background and rectangular shape even when I try something else like a blue background. We called it humanity's worst disaster. History named it The Great Blinding. What that doesn't entail is that it was our own damn fault. The world was wrought into chaos after several months of warnings and we simply elected to ignore them, feigning assurance - "Oh that'll go away once we start on it."
"That's no problem for the government. They'll take care of us."
"Don't get involved, you'll just get in the way of the experts."
Ultimately, no one did anything about it because they thought others were on top of the problem. Indeed, this led to a fading away of layers of ozone that prevented the full wrath of the sun. The ozone wasn't fully gone, no but enough that the light truly lit up the earth. When it was day, we were all doomed. No corner of darkness could hide us. It took mere seconds and we were caught.
There were legends of a group of roamers traveling eternally into the night, never letting the day come upon them.
It's been 2 years since... The night doesn't last very long. We don't walk by sight anymore. We walk by faith. In faith, we sense the heat. We developed patterns of excursions into the dark. The already blind, we called them Ushers of Darkness, led us. They knew the world unlike us. We fell into line. We worshiped them. They walked the world, took us places with cool air, cold water, taught us to feel the world around us.
Then it happened. Colors poured into my periphery, filling my vision. At first, I was confused. Dreaming? Tripping? Then everything settled in place. The world stood in plain view. I was astonished at what I saw... Scribblings everywhere, didn't matter how far I went, even on the people themselves, myself included - "Don't tell them you can see." Granted, it was all dim since we were hiding in the dark but there was enough.
I wasn't sure what would happen if I did tell them despite the warning so I played along. I saw where the Ushers of Darkness led us. They led us through dangerous places but on safe paths, balancing on a thin rope death and life... I nearly got caught myself veering off the path because of my insatiable curiosity.
As time went on, I got better at keeping up the act. It became dreary... I wish I could be blind again. We couldn't do much anyway. We were holed up from the sun's wrath.
Then I started feeling something was off... No one was talking. It was pure silence. Yet we kept doing the same things again and again, our excursions in the dark to scavenge, then back to our darkly caves with oases. But silence.
I tried to talk but was afraid I'd slip up and show I could see. After all, what we talk about tend to be what we feel or see. The risks simply weren't worth it. Then I thought a thought...

Factory blade, and it’s still sharp. Fires hard, and have never had a single misfire. I am first owner. SV: $180
Spyderco Paramilitary 2 S110V https://imgur.com/a/QjirMt6 Bought this over Black Friday (or maybe it was Christmas?) when Spyderco did their factory seconds sale. I can’t find a single flaw with this EXCEPT lock stick. I don’t mind the lock stick on the compression lock, and hopefully you won’t either. Carried maybe 4-5 times, cut MAYBE once. Wicked sharp factory edge. I bought a used deep carry clip off here for it, it’ll come with that. It’s a great clip functionally, but it’s ugly as hell. Centering is spot on. SV: $120
M4 BHQ Shaman https://imgur.com/a/DWoIE09 Up next is my M4 BladeHQ exclusive Shaman. This thing is a beautiful beast. Carried this one a fair bit, and put it to work on a fair amount of cardboard. The blade is still factory, and still sharp. Makes me appreciate M4. Comes with an MXG deep carry clip that took me forever to track down. I rubbed some mineral oil on the micarta to expedite the patina. Looks beautiful. Centering is great. Only issue I see is that the micarta is very close to the blade. I emailed BHQ about it and they said it was nothing to worry about. I am the first owner. SV: $200

Centering is insane. I believe edge is factory and if it’s not, I’ve only ever stropped it. If you can’t tell by now, I barely cut anything more than tape with my knives, so edge on this is also in good condition. The clip is scratched up, but everything else is clean. I’m the first owner. Meditating on the onset of LSD, it is clear now that each individual sense is increased expontentially. Sight. Touch. Smell. Taste. Hearing. This may be the truth behind the object/subject.
You look at a flower.
You see it's color, it's shape.
You see this from the light reflected back into your eyes.
The backs of your eyes turn these signals from the light into electromagnetic pulses that travel to the brain.
The brain then inteprets these electromagnetic pulses as to having some type of shape, color, and being out in the world as a separate thing from what is perceiving it.
Light connects us all.
We are light and light is god.
Light is consciousness.
The light literally shines through everything and works tirelessly and endlessly, infinitely for all time connecting everything together.
I honestly have tears forming as I write this even if it is a delusion there is something beautiful to it.
To us the light must move, it takes time. It must travel through space to reach us and to us that seems to take time… but to light it has never been anything other than an instant.
Light is the moment.
Light is consciousness.
It has faded now and I do not know what I saw or experienced but, false or not the vision was of nothing but pure unconditional love. There is no doubt because I felt it and it brings me to tears. This is the only proof of whatever experience it was, a fleeting moment of 5-10 minutes of light.
And I wonder now if light exists in the darkness.
And I reflect on this.

Dear people from the internet, I searched the Discord yesterday, there were some people with the same problem that the old NZXT Hue+ Hub does not work with Signal RGB. There is a simple bypass to connect NZXT LED Strips from the set back then directly to the motherboard so you can use SignalRGB. Even if the plug from the post looks different, it has the same pinout(you can also read the exact pinout on the led strip itself). The arrow on the old male plug means 5V, just follow that cable to the female, becouse the cables are not marked/labeled like in the other post. So i thought i share to help others so they dont have to search alot.

I also read that there is no support for it because the mods didn't get any device IDs from the people? I didn't get any ids on my machine either.
I don't know if that helps, but it looks like it worked for openRGB see gitlab.

In this tutorial I am using the LED strip that comes with the NZXT 510i PC Case and an MSI MPG x570 GAMING EDGE WIFI Motherboard. Keep in mind this will likely void your NZXT warranty so proceed with caution.
Recently I decided to get a new computer case and was sold on the NZXT 510i. This case is just the right size for my needs and comes with some fancy RGB light strips to highlight all my fancy components. These LEDs connect to a NZXT Control Hub that requires sata power, a USB port. and NZXT CAM Software. I didn't like that, mostly because between the CPU pump and RGB Corsair Fan Hub, I was out of USB ports on the MB. Needed another USB port, another sata power, and another piece of software to manage the LED colors........so I took a chance and, with modification, you can plug the LED strip directly into a 5v "JRAINBOW" port on the motherboard, which was already managing my MSI MB lights with Mystic Light. DO NOT USE THE JRGB PORTS. THESE ARE 12V AND WILL FRY YOUR LED STRIP . This is a port that is 3 prongs with the 3rd from the left pin empty. Most will be labeled appropriately. See here:

JRAINBOW EXAMPLE
The orientation of the JRAINBOW plug on the MB from left to right is +5v Data BLANK Ground. The NZXT LED strip is proprietary (go figure) and is +5v Data Ground Wire S. With a modification to the NZXT LED strip plug, you can connect directly to the JRAINBOW plug on the MB. As you can see, Ground and Wire S. on the NZXT plug need to be flipped in order for this to work and line up Ground with the JRAINBOW port. The wires can be pulled out and easily switched. In the image below 5v white stripe is on the left.

In order to pull the wires, flip the plug over and the 5v wire will be on the right side. You can use a pointed object (I used a bread tie with the paper stripped off of it) and push on the metal tab holding the wire in and pull at the same time. This can be tricky and takes practice and patience. Once the metal clips are out you can easily switch them and push them back in and they should click into place.

Once the wires are switched you can line up the 5v white wire with the 5v JRAINBOW pin on the MB. Fire up your PC and watch them glow :) With MSI Mystic Light through Dragon Center, I was able to specify the RGB colors for this specific JRAINBOW port. Boom! works perfect.
