So I got a bunch of these elite slim LED potlights similar to this one:

They are installed at various locations in my 100 year old house. And mated to KASA dimmer switches made by TP Link
The house has had all of its wiring replaced from knob and tubing at various stages of its life.
The issue I'm having is that they have this very gentle pulsating to their light at most dim settings. In fact its so gentle that no on notices it until I bring it up them, but its been driving me absolutely bonkers.
I must add that some of the switch locations did not have a neutral wire available so the electrician used the ground wire instead - apparently this is a no-no bit however after further research into electrical code I found out about NEC section 404.2 (c):
*It requires a neutral wire be installed at every new switch location for the ourpose of powering the switch itself (ie the small current required to keep the smart functions going when the switch is off)
*Provides an exception to old installs where installing a neutral wire is not an easy task ask long as "The number of electronic lighting control switches on a branch circuit shall not exceed five, and the number connected to any feeder on the load side of a system or main bonding jumper shall not exceed 25"
My question is what could be the reason for the pulsating and also if I'm interpreting the NEC section I cited correctly.
Also, I can't really show you the pulsating in video as the camera will not pick it up.

Hi, we’re renting our first home, it’s a brick house (built in the 50’s maybe 40’s, I wanna say?). We’ve been here for two years and for the last 18 months, I’ve kept the fan on for 60-75% of every single day. Just to mainly block out noise when my kid sleeps. Within the last 6 months, our bathrooms have started recently growing mold on the ceiling. I used peroxide 3 months ago to try and clean it off some but it didn’t work as well as I’d hoped, and it’s back again. I was thinking maybe the fan in the ceiling needed to be cleaned? or is there a filter in those that needs to be changed? Thanks for any information you can give!

Joe Chiccarelli is great, and the camaraderie between the two hosts and Joe is enjoyable and the interview is both informative and inspiring. Joe is lovable similar to Andrew Scheps, where you can hear the love for his craft in his voice even after decades of experience, and it's somehow relatable.

I’ve probably submitted 15 different applications paying all those unwanted applications fees only to get rejected? Me and my room mates all have great credit scores and history as well as a combined income of over 150k and we are STILL being rejected. I will say some of us are still in college and need to be closer to western, yet the requirements for housing are way out of any college kids reach (ex. 700+ credit/no co-signer). Hello! im an incoming freshman in Computer Science but Ill be living in the Yak dorms because of the Scholars program (I think) and have two questions if you guys could help me out :)
1) What is housing as an individual like? What are some experiences yall had? Any regrets or expectations I should have going in? ill admit that It was dumb of me to not look for a group :(
2) I chose the cultural wow option but im sort of regretting that I did. It seems like that fewer reservations are available compared to normal wow. What are some of the pros/cons? Should I change it? can I? (For context I only chose this option since i live in an area thats composed of mainly hispanic/latino people so I wanted to slow the cultural shock feeling but now im feeling that I was exaggerating it and sort of scaring myself)

So I didn't get a pre-nup. And I had to get creative. I found out she was cheating, and it hurt and I was angry, but I could feel much of the love I had for her just kinda drain away. So I started planning my divorce and how to handle my assets. I sold everything to my brother. The house, the cars, everything that was in my name (which was everything) went to my brother. Each individual bill of sale was notarized and I waited two weeks after that, and I sold the house to my brother for 1 dollar (and put in a stipulation that after 30 days, everything in the house that had not been removed would belong to the new owner, everything in there was bought with my money anyways). Each car for 1 dollar. Each asset sold to my brother for 1 dollar. I waited 2 weeks getting the divorce papers drawn up by a friend of mine, and that's about when I had her served. She was AAANNNGGGRRRYYY. She sent texts at first begging me to come back, talk, counseling, figure it out, etc. Then when a date was set for arbitration, and things started to get moving in the courts (which took forever), it kinda switched to her saying she was going after everything. So glad we didn't get around to having kids. Anyways, in arbitration we finally got to the part of discussing splitting assets and I got to reveal that I had none. She called me a liar, and I pulled out the bill of sale to everything, at which point we also gave her notice to return the cars, return the key to the house, all that jazz. Steaming, she said she wanted half of the money. My friend (acting as my lawyer) pulled out a calculator and added it all up. It was less than 15 dollars, showed it to me, and I said "that looks right". My lawyefriend says "We'll give you half". She talked it up to 2/3 and I said ok, I just want this over with. Then she saw the amount and lost her shit. The courts took a while to verify everything and what not, but she ended up getting about 10 dollars and my frequent flyer miles, which I was a little upset about, but still could be worse. Just waiting for the divorce to finalize, and I can pay my brother back a dollar for each item and get it back in my name. I gave the ex a 10 dollar bill where on the sides I had written "enjoy, hope it was worth it".

We had such a great time, great sex, everything. A month ago he texted me that since he is starting a business, he cannot emotionally commit, but that he wants to continue spending quality time with me because he likes it and likes the tenderness. We decided to talk about this in person some day.

My friends say he had his own issues because the things he didn’t like me were actually present in him: he was the one to make self-deprecating jokes all the time and he was the one with a dirty room living in a shared house that kind of sucked.
I am suffering so much, have barely eaten for the past week.

Hi i been seeing this girl for a week everything was going good and smooth it was beautiful and going in a good direction for a great relationship,after that she invited me to go with her to her friend’s birthday it was a private rave in house in a open space the whole trip we were very cool kissing loving and everything eventually we got there party started we took lsd together and shit slowly got weird with her we miss matched the vibrations and ended up on a way different frequency at first she was my safe place in the trip so i kept her around more frequently but she wanted to dance and move a lot… so she started shifting little by little away and there is this guy who kinda matched her energy in that time so she kept hanging around him while i was anxious and started to have a bad trip before i let her go i remember we went to the bathroom i asked her if she okay she told me u too controlling so i was like okay and i let her flows the way she wants all that time i sensed something wrong about them dancing and staying together i didn’t want ro believe and thought my mind fucking with me until i found out that she did cheat. things went so wrong i over reacted while she was like another girl i never seen before trip was very harsh and i wanted to kill that guy but i let him go in the end all though the trip was interesting and i found help from others there it was very lonely and dark i almost did a catastrophe its been 3 days now i don’t know what to do with her or how to communicate about what happend im not expecting anything from her but still it was very shocking and confusing till now Anyone have some advices on how to deal with this with sanity am calmness without over reacting again?

Can't post pictures just yet but will do later. So I made a sim called Saoirse Langston. She's a curvy, ginger beauty who lives in Newcrest. Tom Peeping appeared as a glitch since I turned window peeping off so she romanced him and I gave him a glow-up. She inherited money after marrying him which was the only reason they tied the knot. They couldn't have kids on their own so they made a science baby called Felicia Peeping. She cheated a few days into giving birth with a young Hawaiian heartthrob several times, actually. Tom just arrived home and caught them in the act. They got divorced on the spot and Tom took Felicia with himself. Tom was so in love, now he's got his heart ripped apart. He even got wasted the day they got divorced. He changed for the better for his only daughter, his little miracle. Tom and Felicia live in a rather dark home but it's decorated and cluttered with girly baby toys and accessories. It's on every corner in the house, because he loves his baby wholeheartedly and is willing to raise her into a happy, carefree woman. In the meantime, Saoirse is expecting another baby with her new love but it happened naturally, and they planned it. So, although both Saoirse and her boyfriend abandoned their kids, they're expecting one together. All in all, every gets to be happy in the end.

Hi! I have a 7 month old mini golden doodle. I live in a studio apartment and I work from home. She sleeps through the night in her crate and settles when it is just me in the house. I typically enforce naps in the crate while I work during the day and for short periods of time when I have to leave the house.
When I have visitors, she is unable to settle in her crate. If my partner sleeps over, she will bark all night and wants to be with us. I tried to ignore it the other night but she was howling and barking with no stopping in sight (ignored it over 45min) and I had to let her out. She ended up peeing/pooping around the apartment and chewing through a pillow. Any advice on how to mitigate this? It’s really hard to have any company over as she is unable to settle and then if crated, is barking her head off.

So I grew some balls today and took my bike around the island, I am located in Hawaii. Went from Kaneohe down to schofield, took 83 all the way around. I was probably doing 35-40 mph. I got to one of my friends house, chilled for a lil bit, and after that took H2 to H1 to H3. Total trip was 70 miles.
So my question for you guys,

1. How tf do I keep my legs cool? I swear doing 35mph on the “back roads” with traffic I thought I would make a stew out of my thighs.
   
2. If you are local to Oahu, any recommendations for food trucks? I passed a few small restaurants and Huli huli chicken smelled good.
   
3. What shoes do y’all wear ? If you are in the states what websites do y’all use to buy gear ? Or do you buy from local shops ?

This post might be messy due to brain fog. I'm chronically ill and in my mid-30s. I'm actually homebound. I'm not an American. I've been searching for awhile for an apartment and every fiber of my being is basically screaming at me to stop.
I get disability payments, but I still am financially supported by my elderly abusive parents. I won't be able to afford an apartment without the support. Currently I am dealing with an apartment that I can't really be in, but I don't have anywhere to go. That also hindered the process of finding a place. I understood that I am on my own. While I get money, my family won't pull me out of the street, if that happens.
I saw an apartment yesterday. The neighbourhood is meh and will get worse. The cost of living will continue to rise. And well as rent prices. It's okay, it's too big, but I don't have to use all of it. But it's in the upper range of my ability to pay. I won't be able to save or even maybe get nice things. But I will have an apartment. I'm tired, I can't control the future. I can't work. My father might stop working any day anyway. I have savings, but that's all. No pension or anything.
I asked for a discount and the landlord isn't about that. I never paid such high rent for an apartment but hey, it's 2023. I'm afraid that if I wait another day, it will be snatched. There's a lot of people that are looking to rent and don't need a discount. Should I just take it? These are the prices. And I am just torn. I'm so traumatised from whatever happened to me this year that I need to hide in a safe place.
Yeah, I am afraid. But even if I find something cheaper, it'll still be expensive, just more affordable. I'm just rambling at this point. I already lost some apartments to other people and I need a contract. My nerves are shot. Thank you.

I (18M) am a freshman and college and just came from a life of online classes in high school. Now that COVID is settling, I feel that this is my time to explore and enjoy that typical “college life”. My girlfriend (18F) has been with me for a little over a year now and we got together during the pandemic. We were doing okay then but now that I’m a college student, she hates it every time I leave the house to go out with friends, or even if we come from classes and just want to go out for dinner before we go home. But now she tells me every time that happens she overthinks and feels weird about it. Should go out less to help ease her overthinking but miss out on that college life? Or continue going out even though my girlfriend finds it uncomfortable?
