We have been with Telstra for years.. No issues with their modern or service (NBN I should specify, their customer service is abhorrent) A couple of weeks ago suddenly our wifi would drop out from all devices. After it happened a couple of times, I checked the modem and noticed all the indicator lights on the back were off, although the front white light was on. After a few minutes, eventually all the lights come back on line and slowly all my devices would reconnect.
It started happening once a day. Then begun to happen 2 times a day. I called Telstra who after hearing of my issue, first task was to try to upsell me on my plan?! Wtf?
Eventually they decided to send out a new modem. This was a passion in the arse as I had to re set up dozens of devices including Smart globes, security cameras, Google assistants, etc which all took time.
By the next day, the new modem was doing it too.
I tried different cables and power points, but read a thread from 2019 that said this was a common issue caused by apple devices. We only have 2 iPads. All other devices are android. We removed our iPads but only half an hour later, it happened again.
I was also read to disable IPv6 and change to 506 hours or something which is. Still hasn't helped.
I'm at my wit's end. What the hell is going on? Please help

My 1998 A4 avant 2.4 (ALF engine? 30 v V6 anyway) has developed a problem.
I fueled up the day before yesterday. Did the classic mistake and drove off with the tank lid open - and lost the lid. Bought a cheap spare plastic tank lid.
yesterday we went to the next city 70 km away. On the way there, the car stuttered a little once, but i didn't think much of it.
During the drive home it lost power twice, cruising around 120-130 indicated ( 115 on the gps), just died and then came back after a few seconds. a couple minutes after losing power and coming back on, the fuel gage dropped to zero, and lit the "plz fill up" light, with a beep, and then popped up again to level after a minute. This happened 3 times, and then we turned off the motorway to check it out.
As we pull in to a burger place and get out, the car pissed a little puddle of blackish fuel on the ground, from a hose end under the threshold just behind the right hand front wheel. We decided to go directly home. When i started the engine, the fuel leak stopped, and we drove home across town. When we got home there was nothing leaking, so its now parked up here.
Where do I begin to understand and troubleshoot this?
Can someone point me to a drawing with all the hoses to see what goes where?

Hi all.
The Computer in question had a Ryzen 1700, which I replaced with a 5600x.
After upgrade, computer turns on, but won't post. the VGA light indicates there's a graphics card failure. After trying 3 different graphics cards, the computer recognized none of them.
To be honest. I got lazy, and did not take the motherboard out of the computer before trying to replace it. I may have done some damage to it.
The graphics card is an Evga GTX 1060 6gb. It worked fine before the upgrade.

I'm trying to reset dell precision t3500 completely, but I don't have the password. I got to the troubleshooting menu, but when I clicked the wipe button it didn't work and the screen went black. Occasionally when power is turned on it will show nothing and there will be solid 1-2-3 lights on the front. There is never a Dell logo on startup, and I can't enter bios. I don't need to keep windows on the computer, as I plan to run some form of Linux. I’ve tried resetting the pswd pin, and nvram pin, following dells guidelines, and also replaced on-board battery. Sometimes when starting up it will take a very long time, but will get to windows page where you login (can’t login because I got the computer from a company)

Hello guys, I just bought this RKh81. After days of use, the battery went low, I charged it on my pc, then after being fully charged, I used it again for days, but then I noticed that the battery indicator does not decrease. It just lights up 1 to 0 means it's still 100%. My RGB is off btw, I've been using it for like 4 days already from morning to evening but the battery indicator still displays 100%. I already tried to reset but still at 100%. Is this a bug or the battery is just really good

Browsing with lot of tabs and binge watching. Maybe light gaming. No video editing or AAA games like cyberpunk - If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want?

“Prosper in his light, heathentry outside his sight,” he prayed, feet kicking in a desperate search for better footing.
It was a stowaways’ stanza, a tenet meant to share wisdom in ways the thickest of Port Cardica’s orphan dockboys could understand but, like most doctrine, its religious meaning was lost in translation.
Instead, the impoverished boys interpreted it as a practical warning to keep their heads down. Everyone knew the city’s Nobles revered the Book and claimed their prosperity was proof of Gods’ favor. Of course, beggars knew better: one downward glance at them revealed the decay fueling Cardica’s burgeoning wealth. Still, the poor learned to philosophize quietly. Someone was to blame for the hoveltowns, bird droppings, and penetrating seafood stink, and it better not be you.
For his part, Jake blamed himself. If he’d scaled the cliff wall with just a bit more care and a bit less haste he’d never have slipped. Instead he’d been forced to violently slow his descent, bruising bones and trading skin for friction on the vertical slope. It wasn’t a graceful maneuver by any means, but it beat falling hundreds of feet into the freezing current below. Thankfully, years as a guttersnipe had honed his reflexes – his gangly arms lacked the strength of a Swordsquire or the coordination of a Majpupil, but his daily dance with starvation demanded nimble fingers and quick wit.
That experience wasn’t paying off. As Jake shuffled his feet around to find better purchase, his hands slipped on the accruing condensation from the ongoing manastorm. His grip flagged, then failed, and he had neither the magic nor the strength to escape the weight of gravity.

It was muffled by the wind, so it took him a moment to realize it was coming from directly above him. Jake craned his neck and peered up; to his horror he could see the silhouette of a guard's shadow on the cliff wall.
Petrified, Jake hugged his body to the cold granite, hoping the darkness of the windy night would hide his form. His entire plan hung on the simple thesis that in a world of magidetectors and magflight, no one would expect an unbound to scale the walls. Great in theory, but what if a guard just happened to look down?
“Is Foretold and Forbidden,” another voice chanted, completing the customary greeting. “All safe on the watch?”
“All is safe and silent, as usual,” the first man grunted.
“Don’t sound so upset,” the second laughed. ”We chose this job because it’s easy, remember? No more treading through the mud, no more war with those blasted barren beasts and their infernal warlocks.”

At the foot of the fountain rose a gold-leafed speaker's lectern, a pure white sculpture of the Sermon Book chiseled open upon it.

Without a doubt this artifact was a Magisma, an extremely expensive construct meant to amplify its controller’s magic. Leaving it outside was a casual display of wealth and power meant to shock and impress, but Jake didn’t have time for that.
Instead Jake blended into the shadows cast by the monument as he sneaked his way across the grounds. After passing the walkway the torchlight dimmed considerably, forcing him to hobble his way in the dark. A bright flash startled him, but the acid smell of tobacco that accompanied it indicated the guards he’d seen earlier were smoking to pass the time. Realizing they were distracted, Jake sped up and almost tripped on the jutting crystals of an emerald rock garden. Embarrassed, he paused to listen for anyone approaching.
Everything was quiet except for the constant pitter, patter and hiss of rain from the manastorm. It seemed his home-invasion had so far gone unnoticed, but the hair on Jake’s neck rose. An unsettling feeling of being watched set in and every few seconds he reflexively looked over his shoulder.
Finally, after what seemed like forever, he made it to the Manor wall. Keeping to the shadows, Jake hid behind the tallest thing he could find; a towering yellow flower with leaves the size of platters that he had never seen before. Staying low, he muddied his knees and toes on the damp ground, but thankfully the foliage protected him from the rain. As his eyes adjusted to less light, Jake noticed all sorts of exotic fruits surrounding him; blood red berries in the shape of teardrops levitated inches off the ground, while turquoise bubbles floated up from vibrant greenery, collapsing quickly into little orange stones that looked remarkably like candy. Jake’s belly growled at the idea of tasting these treats, but he dismissed his urges. Stanzas warned that “those who leave riches unread become starving men” but Jake knew hunger well. He would jeopardize his mission by eating something that might make him sick tonight.
Instead, he focused on gaining entry to the manor. Searching his surroundings, Jake located the iron front doors about 6 meters to his right. They were guarded by life-like statues on either side, one a Korai of the Poet, hand outstretched in greeting, the other a two headed wolf, with both snarling maws crying out to the moons. The door itself was blacked with age and inscribed by a massive oval spellwork that glinted in the light cast by a hanging lantern.
Listening closely, Jake groaned at the buzz of silverscripting coming from the insignia. Every thief knew that spellworks grew more powerful over time, and anything audible would be too powerful for any Unbound to lockpick.

I'm trying to reset dell precision t3500 completely, but I don't have the password. I got to the troubleshooting menu, but when I clicked the wipe button it didn't work and the screen went black. Occasionally when power is turned on it will show nothing and there will be solid 1-2-3 lights on the front. There is never a Dell logo on startup, and I can't enter bios. I don't need to keep windows on the computer, as I plan to run some form of Linux. I’ve tried resetting the pswd pin, and nvram pin, following dells guidelines, and also replaced on-board battery. Sometimes when starting up it will take a very long time, but will get to windows page where you login (can’t login because I got the computer from a company)

2023.06.04 08:06 FriskyDingos Cooler Master CK351 Keyboard interfering with startup on HP EliteDesk 800?
Well, this is a real head scratcher and one of the most unusual problems I have ever come across. I picked up CK351 keyboard to use with an HP EliteDesk 800 G5 at my business. If I have the CK351 plugged in, whenever I startup the HP it enters the "Entering 3rd Party Option ROM Management" screen which is usually triggered by pressing the F3 key at startup.
However, there is no indication the F3 key / switch is broken on this keyboard. If I plugin the crappy old microsoft membrane keyboard, no issues at all.
Once booted up I've plugged it back in and everything is fine and even if I use the MasterPlus software to set the LED lighting to reactive so that I can see the LED light change colours when it's activated it seems fine. So if I set the reactive to Blue and Red, when I depress the F3 it turns red and when I release it reverts to blue. This would seem to indicate that the switch is fine and is not stuck.
Anyone ever heard of such a thing?

Given all these messages I performed an OBD scan, and received the following report (No codes were reset)***: (Report Dated: May 28) From a bit of research I concluded that the a combination of the following actions could be performed to resolve these issues: • Replace the Steering wheel position/angle sensor. • Followed up by an alignment since the steering wheel is at an angle when driving it straight • Replace the wheel hub and bearing bearing in case the magnetic ring is cracked or broken. • The car makes a growling noise that worsens with an increase in speed. Given the amount of miles the car has, it probably needs a new set of wheel bearings. • Replace the Wheel speed sensor(s) • It's only $12/piece • Fill up the Brake Fluid When we usually have a car problem, I brute force it and replace all the components, but an attempy has been made to narrow the problem down before pulling the trigger and spending money on all these parts. In an attempt to narrow down the problems, I maxed out the brake fluid and checked the speed sensor in question. After disconnecting the speed sensor, a visible inspection of the harness and connector was performed to rule out oxidation or other visible damage. After reconnecting the speed sensor, all of the indication lights ceased to appear. Confused and skeptic to believe that all of these issues were resolved, I performed another OBD Scan and received the following report: (Report Dated: May 29) This was strange as all the indication lights and messages were no longer showing up. Also, bear in mind***, that I did not reset the codes. Shooting-the-shit with a friend, they proposed that I drove the car for a while to see if the codes would disappear (very optimistic approach, I know), or the Indicator lights would reappear. After filling up the tank and driving the vehicle throught varying conditions (25 mph, 35 mph, and 65mph zones) across 40 miles. The "service stabilitrak" light came back on. With the light coming back on, I did another OBD Scan, yet again, here is that latest report: (Report Dated: June 3) Now, I am stumped, what I know for certain is that it needs new wheel bearings because of that growling noise it makes at high speeds, it seems that the steering wheel position sensor needs to be replaced, but now I get a recommendation to replace the EBCM and the wheel speed sensor stop showing up. Any advice on how to move forward? Has anybody experienced or seen this before in a 2005-2009 Chevy Equinox (1st Gen)? If so, what took care of these problems? tl;dr: Bought a 2008 Chevy Equinox for dirt cheap, dash looked like a Christmas tree display, performed OBD to narrow down issue. Christmas display turned off after disconnecting and reconnecting a sensor (no codes were reset). Performed another OBD, different code(s) showed up. Drove car, one light came back.
