Global central bank gold holdings saw their first decline in over a year in April, with Turkey selling over 80 tonnes of gold, according to the World Gold Council. Total central bank gold reserves decreased by 71 tonnes, primarily due to Turkey's selling. The Central Bank of Turkey sold 81 tonnes, following a 15-tonne sale in March, reducing its gold holdings to 491 tonnes. This was a response to local dynamics and strong domestic demand. While other banks made smaller sales, only four central banks made gold purchases in April, indicating a slowdown in central bank gold acquisitions.

Most notable is LBC's Mocoa Porphyry Copper-Molybdenum deposit in Colombia which consists of over 2 million tonnes of copper and is an integral part of the success of Colombia's Green Route Alliance given the surging demand for copper in the renewable energy and electric vehicle industries.
LBC has partnered with Anglo Asian Mining, LBC's largest shareholder, for the initial design, engineering, and financial modelling of the Mocoa deposit.
Anglo is an experienced project developer, mine builder, operator, and explorer bringing a proven team with expertise in mine design, planning, metallurgy, geology, environmental management, and social engagement.
With a focus on low-impact mining methods and other innovations to minimize the project's environmental footprint, "A key objective of the design is maximizing production chain development in Putumayo through a secure, long-term supply of copper for national green industries, in line with the Colombian government's commitment to industrialization, tackling climate change, and transitioning toward sustainable industries,"
The design of Mocoa is focused on value creation for the project by ensuring a reliable and sustainable supply of locally produced copper-based components for Colombia's green industries.

Here are the rules for the Main Event:

• Each entry will consist of 3 (three) ozt of .999 silver OR $4.20 of 90% American coinage. Maximum 5 (five) entries per person unless more needed to fill a board.
• Entries must be in the form of physical silver only, mailed to me. I am not taking cash/Paypal/etc payments. I am also not responsible for any entries mailed that do not make it to me – it is your responsibility to ensure they are packed well. If you wish to enter but via Paypal/Zelle/crypto/anything else, you have the option of making a WTB on pmsforsale and having the package mailed to me, or making a purchase via a retailer and having it shipped to me. This is entirely acceptable!
• Please give some consideration to your entry – silver that is overly scratched, holed, burned or damaged may be deemed unacceptable. Would you want to win something like that? Normal toning, wear, spotting, etc is okay. If you’re not sure, PM me a pic before you send it to me!
• Please if possible include a note with your entry with your username and provide me tracking - it makes it easier to manage the flood!
• All entries will be Sigma verified to ensure they're good to go.
• Each entry will purchase your entry into two separate boards with separate prize pots – there will be one 200ozt prize pot and one 100ozt prize pot. This will double your chance of winning, as different numbers will be drawn for each board!
• Spot price will be determined at market close (5:15pm EST) on Monday July 3 2023. The reference will be https://www.kitco.com/charts/livesilver.html . I reference the BID price in the large blue box above the charts, in U.S. Dollars per ounce.
• On the prize board the grid will be marked with tenths and hundredths for the rows and columns respectively. The grid will be drawn after all entries received and will be publicly available before market close. Different numbers will be drawn for each board, effectively doubling your chance of a win!
• If your square matches the cents, you win!
• There will also be reverse winners. What’s that? Say spot is $20.50 at close. The 50 square is the main winner. The 05 square is the reverse winner. If you have a double number that’s a winner (say spot is $20.55 and you have the 55 square) you win it all!
• Prize structure. For the 200oz board: Main winner wins 150ozt, reverse winner wins 50ozt. For the 100oz board, winner gets 75ozt, reverse winner gets 25ozt.

Same basic idea of the boards. 100 squares, with an entry fee of $10 a square. Max five squares unless more needed to fill out the board. Hello folks,
I think I am ready to give up. I have been stacking for 15 years, and I am now at a stage where I have broken even. A percent or two gain in 15 years, far from even covering the inflation. I will not even mention my gold miner stocks.
In the meantime, my friends have enjoyed 4x in the most basic investments like s&p 500, 100x on TSLA, or 1000x on Bitcoin. They have great lives.
I just feel like a fool. I am not young anymore, but 15 years ago I was. I was so hopeful. I remember listening to Chris Duane (greatest truth never told), and the crash of death & debt paradigm was always just around the corner - you better invest now because you never know when it happens. Same with Mike Maloney promising triple digits. At least Schiff gives better advice to also invest into foreign stocks. Wish I would have listened. Talking heads at Kitco always promising 10x by the next summer. Which of course never comes.
This is Chris Duane twitter (silvershield76@), he is twetting every hour, and sounds like an axe that has totally flown out of the handle. These are not posts of a man who is mentally stable. I don't want to personally attack him, but he has misled me a lot. I also heard he deleted the youtube channel because he was so frustrated with the performance of silver.
Even this group has promised short squeeze 1.0, short squeeze 2.0 and some law change I don't even remember the name anymore. I miss the days when this sub was full of people making stickers, posters and bilboards, and posting the silver they have bought. These days, it's just a sub with right wing memes.
Then all these people who talk about silver price manipulation. Whether they are right, or not right, it's bad. If they are not right, there is something very wrong on the supply side, if they are right, then why would manipulation just end all out of the sudden. I don't believe silver is manipulated, so I hope we stop with these bedtime stories.
Please talk some sense into me. I am thinking of selling all my silver, and putting it into 1/3 VT, 1/3 IEMG and 1/3 QQQM. And then I will be back to this group in 10 years (as a man well into his fifties), and we will compare the results.
