Trying to source the original designer
What it says in the title; I've seen these pants on the likes of aliexpress and wish too. Even on etsy. I tried digging for an original designer but can't find it on my own, if they exist (was hoping to check out their collection... It's entirely possible there is no designer and that these were part of a shoot typical of overseas fast fashion). This might be a long shot, but does anyone have a lead? Everywhere they're posted they're listed as MODERN HAKAMA or STREET HAKAMA, or similar.
Thanks!

Help finding leak
Our water district came by and it seems our home is using an excessive amount of water. Turned off all spigots inside and outside the home, including the supply to the toilets and this is what we have ( pictured). 1.2 gallons per minute going somewhere.
Walked around inside and outside the home and did not see any evidence of leaking water.
Dropped into the crawlspace under the home, and could not find any moisture or leaks.
The guy who runs our water district, says it may be a leak in the line between the home and the street.
Hopefully, Reddit can give me some options other than digging up the water supply line from the street to our home. This would require i dig up or gravel driveway which I expect will be a lot of work.

2023.06.03 00:59 Wisdomseeker773 Is it appropriate to ask a family member about their 401k and retirement situation?

Would it be considered rude to ask a family member if they have a 401k and make sure they are thinking ahead OR just drop it and leaving it alone?!
My husband and I we do pretty well..we both make over 6 figures, have a nice house, nice cars, etc. Well his sister, let’s call her Sarah, she is a piece of work šŸ˜… in her 30’s but acts like she is 21. She drinks and goes out alot, travels all the time and in general just a very entitled human being. She lives waaay beyond her means, maxed out credit cards in the past to the point of she couldn’t pay so she doesn’t have a credit card anymore, her credit is horrible and her car was repossessed. Her parents bail her out of these problem ALL THE TIME. She jokes to me about how low her balance is all the time (which idk why that’s even funny it’s seriously embarrassing). We don’t travel with her often, maybe only a few times total in our 7 year relationship on just their family vacations, but when we have in the past she makes her brother (my husband) pay for her because she thinks he’s obligated to ā€œsince he makes more than herā€. Then only other trip was my bachelorette as she invited herself and i didn’t want to deal with drama that would come if i said no so i let her come (that was a disaster since she showed up like 6 hours late since she stopped at the bar on the way from airport to the Airbnb and got drunk with way older men but that is a whole other story).
Honestly I would cut her off completely in one second if it was up to me buut at the end of the day it’s his sister so my husband won’t…at least not ever 100% and doesn’t see a reason to since we only see her probably 2-3 times a year. We see her way less after having our son as we don’t like road trips with him and she doesn’t come visit often.
Anyways, I try to keep her at arms length buut since we aren’t cutting her off there’s only so many times i can say no before i need to say yes and plan something with her because boy does she try to insert herself into our lives. If we ignore her it starts a whole thing and she plays the victim. She LOVES to play a victim. Since her parents are the ones to always bail her out of all her financial mistakes right now I’m already starting to think okay what’s gunna happen when they aren’t here one day?!!? Are we just going to be the ones to pull her out whenever she has financial trouble and can’t afford her life? Is going to end up on the streets? I mean one would hope she meet a guy eventually but that hasn’t gone so well for her yet. (She scares every guy away cause she is just a lot.) she jokes she is too selfish for kids and doesn’t want any and just wants to be a stay at home wife who does yoga. So i don’t have high hopes for her meeting anyone.
I almost want to have a convo with her but idk if it’s appropriate and where to begin. I want to make sure she’s got a savings and a 401k and thinking to the future. I mean she most definitely doesn’t have a savings but hopefully a 401k through work. But i can see her also not setting one up and get screwed later! I know she makes in the $40k’s but she’s also got no drive to move up and make more money. But i guess bottom line is she just spends above her means. Anyone in this situation before? Do i say anything to her or keep my mouth shut? My husband says he won’t be the one to help later on but like i almost feel like she should know that and plan better right now. Because i don’t believe she knows that. Her parents are so passive and don’t do tough love. Like i don’t understand why no one tries to actually solve the issue?!?? My husband keeps saying just ignore her but idk i don’t feel like that’s a good idea!!!! OR i mean there IS such a swing in our salaries SHOULD WE be obligated to help her a little bit and im just a ahole? Lol!! For a little bit we considered buying a rental property (condo) and renting it to her but my husband wanted to rent it LOWER than the actual mortgage by $200 to help her out thinking at least it would always be backed by his parents to pay if she couldn’t and his thought was it would be a long term renter as she could never afford a house so benefit to us with no turnover in tenants. I finally convinced him this was the worst idea ever and i don’t want to be tied to her at all to be honest in any sort of financial capacity.
Okay sorry this was long. Anyways back to the original question - should i say something or keep my mouth shut?! Advice for me?!? :)

2023.06.03 00:59 letmechangee What do you think of this? Chatgpt 4 ai. I asked it to write a story where the French Revolution failed.

Once upon a time, in an alternate universe, the year was 1789, and the French Revolution, a pivotal moment in history, was on the brink of igniting. The people of France were tired of the oppression and inequality they faced daily, and in this world, their efforts would not prevail.
In the heart of Paris, the Bastille, a symbol of tyranny, stood tall and fortified. The revolutionaries, driven by their desire for liberty, equality, and fraternity, planned to storm the prison and free the prisoners held within. They believed that by doing so, they would be able to rally the public and ignite the flame of revolution across the country.
As the day of the planned attack approached, French authorities caught wind of the plot and decided to take preemptive measures. They quietly moved the prisoners to another location, leaving the Bastille empty of all but its guards. The king, Louis XVI, also increased the number of soldiers patrolling Paris, ensuring that any signs of unrest would be quickly quashed.
On the morning of July 14th, the revolutionaries gathered in the streets, filled with determination and hope for a better future. As they approached the Bastille, they were met by a formidable force of royal soldiers, prepared to defend the prison at all costs. The revolutionaries, undeterred, charged forward, only to find that their efforts were no match for the well-trained and heavily armed troops.
The battle raged for hours, blood staining the cobblestone streets of Paris as the revolutionaries desperately tried to break through the soldiers' ranks. However, the king's forces were relentless, and as the sun began to set, the revolutionaries realized that their efforts were in vain. Disheartened and demoralized, they retreated, leaving behind the bodies of their fallen comrades.
Word of the failed attack spread quickly throughout France, and the people's morale plummeted. The revolutionaries had been their last hope, and now it seemed that change would never come. The king, seizing the opportunity to strengthen his grasp on the country, cracked down on any remaining dissenters, imprisoning or executing those who dared to question his authority.
As the years passed, the monarchy continued to rule with an iron fist, and the people of France sank deeper into despair. The failures of the French Revolution had far-reaching consequences, not only for the people of France but for the entire world. In this alternate timeline, the ideals of democracy and human rights that emerged from the revolution never took root, and the course of history was forever altered.
Countries that had once looked to France as a beacon of hope and inspiration now turned away, disillusioned by the failed revolution. The spark of change that had been ignited in the hearts of the oppressed was extinguished, and the world remained trapped in a cycle of inequality and suffering.
And so, in this alternate universe, the French Revolution failed, leaving behind a world that never knew the profound impact it could have had on the course of history. The people of France, and the world, were left to wonder what might have been, had the revolutionaries succeeded in their quest for liberty, equality, and fraternity.

"So you're the two Muck Marchers that we had in the healing ward?" James asked with only mild disbelief. "On all... furry now?"
"Deep Sea Assault Force operatives." Driscoll corrected as the three of them stood in the castle's entryway. The battle was effectively over, and all that was left was recovering the injured or dead while also resettling the displaced civilians to temporary housing. James and the two were-folk were somewhat unnecessary as the royal army operated like a well oiled machine.
"Not anymore we're not." Five said in response. "And come on Driz. Even we called ourselves Muck Marchers some times."
James waved his hand dismissively. He didn't really care what they called their former unit. "And you're...." He gestured at the two of them. ".... members of the folk?" He asked uncertainly.
They both nodded.
"I was almost dead." Five said, her large squirrel eyes looking down for a moment as she remembered the drugged out haze she'd been in as a matter of comfort and survival. "Weren't a lot of other options."
"And I was only a few steps behind her." Driscoll added.
"Right." James said. He'd been aware of both of their states when he and Amina had left. ""Fair. And now you're not only were's... but also armed and dressed like ninjas."
Driscoll shrugged. "Only went for the change so that I could get back at the Agency." He said with a nod at the stream of injured soldiers and civilians being brought in on stretchers. "This is a start."
"This is a shit show." James said softly. "What the hell happened? How'd all of-" He gestured at the same scene. "How'd all this get kicked off?"
"Believe it or not, that part was Vickers too." Five answered. "He smelled the golems without even seeing them. Said you fought one kinda like what was out there. He remembered the scent even though he'd still been human back then. Investigated it."
"And caught the Agency off foot." James realized. "Nice."
James smiled and nodded as he saw Veliry enter the castle next to what at first appeared to be a walking door. Then the door turned and James saw Alixan carrying it in both hands. Veliry waved him over to them as Alixan leaned the large slab of wood up against a wall.
James turned back to the two former Muck Marchers.
"Look um... I don't know what you two and Vickers worked out with the King. But get those weapons turned in with Werner and the.... well, I guess it's an armory now if we're arming our soldiers too. Then just.... I don't know, help out. Or go zonk or something. Just don't make any trouble until I know what's going on."
"We can do that." Driscoll replied. "But what's zonk?"
"Is he gonna be okay?" Five asked uncertainly. "The chief I mean. He looked pretty bad. I've never seen anyone burned like that."
James thought about it for a second. "I don't know." He admitted. "Vickers is a tough old bastard. But elemental fire is one of the few things that can do lingering damage to you guys. Depends on what the healers say." Then he shrugged. "Gonna have to get him a can of tuna or something if he makes it though." He said softly, though with their heightened senses both of the Muck Marchers heard him anyways. "Behave." He said with a pointed finger as he moved away and towards the two mages.
-------------------------------
Amina was still going over the casualty list from the "battle" when her father finally returned to the command room.
The royal guard took assassination attempts seriously, King Farrick's own grandfather had been assassinated nearly two centuries earlier and so their protocols for defending against an attempt were intense. Even with the battle over, getting him out of his bunker was an affair of frustrating checks, double checks, and triple checks. And that was before they even took into consideration the fact that the current threat was from "people" who were being puppeted by an enemy through magic. And the fact that the Guardian herself was one of the people who was supposed to be part of the process only made matters worse.
"I understand that its over." He said as he laid a hand on her shoulder, startling her out of her reading and reminding her of how tired she was. Her feet hurt, and she was reminded of what James had said about them only a few days before in a different part of the world. "Such as it can be." Her father finished.
"Yes." She replied as she placed the scroll on the table in front of her and then stepped aside so he could resume his rightful place. Then softly she said. "I don't know how many more of these we can take." She pointed at a crudely drawn map of the affected area of the city. "Our people I mean."
King Farrick nodded, then tilted his head a bit as he noticed the jar sitting on the table. Normally only water or tea, and occasionally light snack foods if a situation took long enough, were the only foods allowed in the command room. The rule was in place to prevent vital documents form getting damaged, and to ensure that nobody was intoxicated during a time of crisis.
"Are those... onions?" He asked as he pulled one out. His eyes narrowed as he smelled the, surprisingly spicy, pickling brine on them. Then he pulled one out and took a bite. He himself hadn't eaten since he'd been spirited away. Yet another protocol in case the would be assassins were also trying to poison him. "Mmmm. Bit hotter than I like. But tasty."
Amina let out a low chuckle.
"You're not surprised to see me back?" She asked.
"Of course I am dear." He said as he swallowed the bite he'd taken. "And happy. And also curious as to why."
She nodded. Then she pointed at the pickles.
"James and I have some good news." She said as she sat down in one of the chairs and began loosening her boots. She decided then and their to stop wearing boots for the foreseeable future.
"Oh?" The King wondered as he turned his chair to face her. He had known from a glance as he entered the room that the situation was, for all intents and purposes, handled for now. "And what's that?" He asked as he took her hand in his. "What could possibly cause MY eldest daughter to set aside decorum and snub those damnable southern zealots by cutting her trip off early?"
Amina smiled. Then kissed his hand.
"You're going to be a grandfather." She said softly.
King Farrick looked down at the spicy pickled onion in his hand, suddenly realizing why she had them. Then he smiled warmly.
"Well then." He said as he offered it to her. "At least one good thing happened on this most terrible night."
Amina took the onion happily and took a bite of her own. Then she watched as a drop of brine dripped off and down onto one of her boots. It landed next to some of the dried brown blood that she'd stepped in earlier, and the smile faded from her face.
King Farrick saw what she looked at and glanced over to where a few of the castle staff were scrubbing at the stones near the door.
He couldn't let his daughter stay down like that.
"Your mother...." He began as he gave her hand a squeeze. Amina looked up at him curiously. "Also liked spicy things when she was carrying you and your siblings." Then he nodded as the memory came back to him. "But in her case it was cheese. Spicy food and cheese. She'd literally wrap peppers in that creamy cheese that they make over in the Nedari peninsula"
Amina smiled again. "That actually sounds fantastic." She admitted.
The King smiled and laughed gently. Then he gestured at the room around them, and all the people bustling within it.
"Go rest now daughter." He said. "You were not even supposed to be here tonight. I'll see to the rest of this." Amina was too tired and sore to argue it, even if her soldierly instincts told her to stay and see it through.
And as she stood up her father embraced her in a hug. The room quieted for a moment, then everyone made the determination NOT to interrupt what was clearly a moment with the royals, and resumed as they were.
"I think you're going to have to go fetch cheese next. Onion boy." One of the junior officers whispered to the one that had procured the onions earlier. They said it as quiet as was possible given the room's noise level. Even as juniors they knew not to let on that they had been listening.
---------------------------
Nguyen paused to drink from the canteen he'd been given from their new supply room as he took a moment to rest. He'd spent the last few hours helping the other Earth personnel as they did the most menial of tasks needed right now, moving supplies from one spot to the other. This of course only began AFTER several of the royal guards had ensured that their weapons had been returned to storage, and that all of them had been accounted for.
When it had become clear that they'd missed the action, albeit only by minutes, Nguyen and the new ACTING first sergeant had put their people to task helping move the injured and later getting supplies distributed to wherever the Petravians needed them. In this case they were helping move and unpack large tents. A past time that any soldier who'd spent any amount of time in the field knew how to do.
What had surprised him, wasn't that they were setting up tents. It was WHO they set the tents up for.
He had expected them to be used for the wounded, or the Petravian soldiers who had been called away from their homes so they could have a place to rack out for a bit. And he wasn't wrong about that. A few of the tents were being used for those purposes. But most of the tents were being used for the displaced citizens of the city. Those tired, confused, and scared people who had already been refugees in the buildings they'd been living in. Nguyen was surprised to learn that those buildings had been hastily built for them after their previous homes had been destroyed less than a year before. For many of them this was the second time the King had needed to temporarily house them on his own castle grounds with their military tents. Though the few he managed to talk to HAD mentioned that at least this time it was summer, and that for the most part not many of their houses had been outright destroyed.
He was reminded of a humanitarian mission he'd done after the War on Earth had ended. He'd been helping displaced Floridians set up a series of conex houses in one of the resettlement camps that had been needed after much of the Florida coast had been made unlivable. If anything, he thought these tents might have been the better option.
This is what we should have been doing over here. He thought as he saw Perkesse and another soldier lifting up the central support pole for one of the tents while others kept the lines taut. We should have been helping.
"Watch out top." Someone said as they trundled along. They and one of the marines were carrying one of the large red crimson bundles between them.
"I'm not top anymore." He corrected them as he moved out of the way. "Now it's just Sergeant. Williams is First now."
"Uh huh." The Marine said as she passed, clearly not buying it.
And just like that Nguyen was snapped out of his thoughts and moving to get the next bit of work done.
There was gonna be a lot of it to do if they wanted to make up for what they'd done.
What he'd LET them do.

Reliq Health Technologies Inc. (RHT:TSXV) (OTCPK:RQHTF) Q3 2023 Earnings Call May 31, 2023 12:00 PM ET
Company Participants
Lisa Crossley - Chief Executive Officer
Lisa Crossley
Thank you for joining us. Today is May 31, 2023. Its 12 noon Eastern Time and 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time. This is Reliq Health Technologies’ Corporate Update. I am Lisa Crossley, the CEO. And, this will be an overview of our Q3 financials as well as outlook forward.
Please review the forward-looking statements disclaimer at your leisure and interpret any remarks from today's presentation in that context. For today's webinar, I'm going to provide a brief overview of the Q3 fiscal year 2023 financials, for the period ending March 31, 2023. I'll provide an outlook for the remainder of the calendar year, and then go through some very quick shareholder FAQs and the upcoming webinar dates subsequent to this one.
Overall, what I except to cover during this webinar is fairly brief. As you all know, we made some substantive changes to our business model beginning in January of this year, and the quarter that we're reporting on here, which was two months ago, it ended was really the quarter where we first started to implement those changes. So, not a lot of the progress that we made is reflected in these financials, but will certainly be reflected in future financials.
Let's jump into the Q3 results. So, the highlights for the quarter ending March 31, were an increase in revenue of over 88% to roughly $4.7 million. We also increased our revenue from the higher margin software and services sales by 69% to about $1.8 million. You will definitely see much more significant increases in software sales going forward. This quarter, we were a little bit hampered by the hardware orders that we'll talk about a little more in a little more detail in subsequent slides, but because we had some large hardware orders that were deferred, the software revenues associated with those hardware orders, were also deferred.
As I've disclosed before. And, but you will certainly begin to see much more significant growth on the software side over the rest of this year and beyond. This was our first profitable quarter, and I think that definitely does reflect some of the changes that we've made to the business model. We had a net gain of $731,000 and our adjusted EBITDA has improved by over 2000% relative to the same period last year, and that's primarily just adjusting for non-cash expenses. They're very small, non-recurring expenses in that adjustment.
During the last three months, we certainly made some significant progress on the business development front. We continue to expand the skilled nursing facility space, adding over a 120 new skilled nursing facilities over the last five months, actually, the quarter ending March 31 and subsequent. And we also signed new contracts with some very significant large healthcare organizations, one of which was a large U.S. Healthcare System that operates over 1,200 care centers across seven U.S. states, including the skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, home health agencies, hospice agencies, and primary care clinics. And they have over 10 million patient encounters a year across their network, and they and the other large clients we've signed, do very extensive due diligence before they select a company to be their partner for remote patient monitoring, behavioral health integration, chronic care management, transitional care management, etcetera.
So, it is really a testament to our unique value proposition in this space and to the future potential for this Company. We’ve also signed a new contract with a large U.S. Health Plan that operates accountable care organizations in five U.S. states with over 3,000 doctors and more than a million patients, and this client, in particular, it's our first health plan, but they are also subsidiary of one of the nation's largest providers of hospital and healthcare services, who is also a Fortune 500 company.
So, we really are getting into some of the blue chip clients. And I think it's important to remember that with these very large clients, they like to start out with a phase deployment, I’ve talked about that a lot over the years, and that's very typical in healthcare for healthcare software deployments that they will start small rollout to a specific geography or a specific type of facility or even to a subset of patients from a given facility, and then expand from there.
So, the initial deployments that we've announced with these large clients are relatively small compared to their patient population overall, but they are the first step in phase deployments. So as we have more details, more established implementation plans with these larger clients, we’ll be able to provide updates, but certainly our expectation is that we will see significant growth from these new clients beyond the initial phase. So, what we've announced today is really effectively the tip of the iceberg.
The outlook for the remainder of the year and beyond, as you all know, historically, the Company has been very focused on new business development and capturing market share that real estate grab that we talk about. But as of the beginning of this year, we really expanded our focus to include real significant efforts towards improving profitability and cash flows. I think you can see the improvement in profitability very clearly in these financials.
The cash flows are going to come as collections pickup and certainly so are the topline revenues associated with improved adherence, but I'll discuss that a little bit further in subsequent slides.
As we've disclosed on previous webinars, the Company has $15 million in contracted hardware sales. So we've received orders from clients for $15 million worth of hardware, and we've started shipping the hardware, which is the point at which we can recognize revenue, but the majority of the orders are expected to be fulfilled by the end of the fiscal year. So we'd started shipping in the quarter ending March 31, but the bulk of that revenue will land in the current quarter, which ends June 30.
As you know, hardware sold on 12 month to 24 month payment plans, so we've had some of the initial scheduled payments for the hardware that's already been shipped come in, but we'll see those payments ramp up significantly in the second half of the calendar year, once we've been able to ship all of that hardware in the current fiscal year. And then all of those hardware orders will translate to subsequent software revenue. So, it is a very meaningful order for the Company not just in terms of the hardware revenue, but in terms of the software and services revenue that will follow behind.
Since January 1, Company has been very focused on improving patient adherence by taking over adherence management from clients. And I want to address this particular topic in some detail, because I think there's an expectation in some quarters that when we say we're taking over managing adherence, that we flip a switch and that happens overnight. And that's certainly not the case. We made some good progress in Q1 getting percentage of our patient’s population or client population moved over to Reliq handling the adherence management. But even once we get those patients, it does take a month or two, but most three for us to get those patients on-boarded and, well they're already on-boarded, but comfortable with us managing the adherence and actually start to improve.
So, we do see dramatic improvements in adherence in these patients, once we've taken over managing that piece from their clinicians, but it's not an instantaneous or overnight change. So you aren't going to see much of an impact on topline revenues in the quarter ending March 31, that our results of improving the adherence. You will start to see the impact of the improvements in adherence management in the quarter ending June 30, but where you'll really start to see the significant increases, and the impact on revenues will be in the second half of the year.
So, certainly, it'll be a much more significant impact. It'll have much more significant impact on the quarter that will report or that is ending June 30, but it will continue to improve beyond that. So, the average adherence is expected to exceed 70% by the end of the calendar year.
Adherence levels interestingly appear to be consistently higher with the patients from the larger healthcare organizations than from the individual physician practices. So historically, we have had a customer base that was primarily individual physician practices and home health agencies beginning late last year 2022, we started to acquire more and more of these larger healthcare clients, skilled nursing facilities, accountable care organizations, and other health plans, etcetera. And we find with those groups that they have resources, for example, with the skilled nursing facility, where they will have these patients trained in using the system before they even are discharged, which really helps with adherence levels, but also their performance metrics are so well aligned with what we do as a business that we see more, I'll call it motivation from the larger clients to really work with patients and to commit whatever is necessary in order to ensure that their patient population is adherent.
It's a little bit different from the way that the individual physician practices in the home health agencies approach, RPM and CCM. So, that's to our benefit because going forward, we expect that the majority of our clients will be these larger health care organizations, certainly the majority of patients that we have on our platform will come from the large clients. So, that's going to make it easier for us to improve adherence levels even beyond the 70% level as we move into 2024 and beyond.
Collections, again, I want to emphasize it's something that we put a lot of effort into and that is improving dramatically, but we really didn't start to see the impact of our efforts, the account manager's efforts, until March. So, there's not a lot of collections that are reflected in the financials ending March 31, but you will certainly see a significant impact of our efforts in accelerating collections in the quarter ending June 30. And by the time we get to the end of June, we should have all of our clients caught up on all of their receivable, all of our receivables, their payables. And then going forward, we will be able to keep all of our clients on a regular payment schedule so that they, we don't have that same issue where we have these aging receivables.
Remind everyone that there will always be a portion of our receivables that will relate to hardware that's on 12 month to 24 month payment plans. So, there will always be a fairly large receivable number on our books, but there will be essentially no stale receivables, and/or these very aging receivables that we see around the software and services revenue where clients have needed a little bit of nagging in order pay. And because we are going to be receiving or collecting or have started to collect all of the receivables that are expected by the end of June. We will be in a much better cash position going forward, for the second half of the year and beyond.
Just some very brief shareholder FAQs, we have been getting a lot of questions about Accountable Care Organizations, with ACOs. These are groups of physicians and sometimes other healthcare providers, who aren't necessarily located in the same facility or even in the same city, but they've effectively banded together on a back office basis, to form Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services approved entity that is compensated based on value.
Now for CMS, value means patients have better health outcomes, and therefore lower health care costs. So, CMS financially incents the ACOs to reduce health care costs by using a shared savings model. So, the ACO members will receive a portion of the cost savings that they achieve for patients. And the best way to reduce costs for these patients is by reducing hospitalizations. That's really where the bulk of the costs for the chronic disease patients come from, these exacerbations that translate to a hospital stay.
Our platform, iUGO Care platform has been proven to reduce hospitalizations and the associated health care costs by over 80%. So, our solutions are perfectly aligned with the ACO's performance metrics, as they are also very well aligned with skilled nursing facilities and many of these other large healthcare organizations.
So, we expect that we will start to see increasing traction with the ACOs now that we've landed our first really very large and multistate ACO. This is not raised. This next point has a question, but it is something that we are asked consistently. So I just want to repeat that we don't expect to need to raise capital or take on debt to fund operations. And we expect to initiate a share buyback program later this year. So, soon as we have sufficient free cash flow, we will pull the trigger on that, because obviously we want to initiate the share buyback at a compelling price point for the Company.
Upcoming webinar, so as I've said repeatedly, I think there will be a lot more meaningful data that will demonstrate the improvements in adherence and collections, but when we close out the quarter that ends June 30, now obviously that's our fiscal yearend. So, we will be issuing the Annual Audited Financials or filing them in October of this year, but we will hold an interim webinar on well, in the middle of July, the exact date will be determined in June, and we'll announce that date in probably early July.
And at that point, I think we'll be able to get a lot more granular with our reporting and sharing the various metrics with all of you, so that it's easier to build your models. I know it's been a bit frustrating, but the Company has been very focused on making the necessary changes, so that the business model going forward really supports and not just the really strong revenue growth, but profitability and strong cash flows.
So, we've needed do that work, and I think we'll be at a point where we have all of the clients moved over to us managing adherence and that will allow us, I think, going forward to provide more details in our reporting [interim] (ph), probably help some of you construct the models that you, I know, like to work on.
And so as I say, we are filing the Annual Audited Financials in October, we'll do this interim progress update webinar in July, but we'll also do a second update webinar in early September, and again exact date is to be determined, but that will provide another touch point between now and when we do file the Annual Audited Financials, so that we can share the meaningful progress that we'll be able to show from here going forward and without having to wait months, and months, and months to file that those Annual Audited Statements.
Thank you very much for joining us. We greatly appreciate your time. The webinar will be available on our website later today, as soon as we are able to get it up which is sometimes in our control and sometimes not depending on the webinar provider, but we will get that up as soon as we can.
So, again, thank you very much for joining us.

2023.06.03 00:57 Beekatiebee Worth moving for moderate tax savings?

Basically title.
I currently live in Oregon, with income tax but no sales tax. The city is on the state line with Washington, that has sales tax but no income tax.
My job (trucking) is based in Oregon, but operates in Washington, California, and Idaho. It's one of the very few jobs that would qualify to be exempt from Oregon income taxes (even as a Washington resident working for an Oregon employer) due to my schedule taking me out of state on a weekly basis.
I make approximately $85,000/year. I will likely make more, thats the low end. If I moved across the state line, I would save roughly $450-$500 per month in taxes.
However, this would require adding a decent commute. My current commute is 5 minutes, and comes out to about 7 miles a day. Moving would increase that to 20 minutes and 15 miles, at the least. Short commute is residential streets, long commute is highways.
My car is not the lowest maintenance, nor the most efficient. It is a 2016 Audi TT.
Additionally, the price floor for rental units is $100-$200/mo higher than the Oregon side. Washington also is less renter friendly, and most units have a stack of additional nonrefundable fees.
I admit I'm not the most life experienced nor financially savvy. I wanted to see if there was anything I was missing? Has anyone made a similar move, and was it worth the extra few hundred a month?

2023.06.03 00:56 ItsBarvazi After perhaps 12 years, I am no longer "anarcho" capitalist neither libertarian.

I want complete devistation of social illnesses, I want a dictatorship for me and in my favour, I want to see the red bastards bleed in the streets and I wish everyone would laugh at them while it happens. All I wanted was to have a normal life and keep my value to my own but now I am incentivised to burn public places that allow the sexual abuse of children, degredation of past builders of modern society and promote racial/sexual inequality in the disguise of equality. The none-violence principal has failed, its time for the "fuck around, find out" principal.

2023.06.03 00:56 SnooCupcakes731 Lost wallet

At around 2:30 today after work I caught the red line ctrain from Brentwood station to 3rd street south station. It was a crowded train, I was in the first car on the left side 5 seats up.
I must have somehow dropped my faux leather black card wallet with a red and green stripe down the middle on the train. My sons and my ID along with other important cards are in there. I’ve cancelled all my cards, but please whoever finds my wallet I would really appreciate having my ID, as well as my sons and cards.
I know this is a long shot in a big city, but you have no idea how much stress this would alleviate for me. Thanks folks.
Also I let the police department know I lost my wallet ,incase someone is kind enough to return it there.
