There's nothing so wrong with “Victim/Suspect” that it should be avoided, but nothing—besides the appealing presence of Dwayne Johnson—that makes it worth rushing out to see. spectacles that have more or less taken over studio filmmaking, but it accumulates the genre's—and the business's—bad habits into a single two-hour-plus package, and only hints at the format's occasional pleasures. “Victim/Suspect” feels like a place-filler for a movie that's remaining to be made, but, in its bare and shrugged-off sufficiency, it does one positive thing that, if nothing else, at least accounts for its success: for all the churning action and elaborately jerry-rigged plot, there's little to distract from the movie's pedestal-like display of Johnson, its real-life superhero.

I've recently moved into an apartment that was previously occupied for years by someone who was apparently very dirty and never cleaned anything, according to the maintenance supervisor. The place has also sat unoccupied for the past 3.5 months before I moved in.
Upon moving in, I realized the garbage disposal had a layer of nasty black gunk and what looked like rust inside. It also smelled very badly like mold and maybe a bit rotten too. I've tried the various common tricks over the past week such as ice/salt, baking soda and vinegar, citrus peels, etc. At times it seems the smell has gotten better, but it usually comes back. And the layer of gunk is still there.
In this situation, is it worth trying to further take the disposal apart and clean it, or is this a situation where I should just replace the whole thing? Unfortunately, the management company has refused to do much about it themselves.

I am so confused right now about what to do with my 5 week old baby after feeds. We've been struggling with an uptick in spit up and gas, so we followed our pediatrician's initial advice to keep him upright for 20/30 minutes after a feed (among other things).
The problem is that he always falls asleep in that time. Today, during our follow-up appointment, the doctor said that his spit-up seems to be just standard baby stuff and that, if anything, letting the baby always fall asleep in our arms will build habits that are painful to break. So the doctor recommends we put him in the bassinet when he is drowsy immediately after trying to burp him.
I started trying to do that today but it feels so wrong. Inevitably the first 20 or so minutes in the bassinet are full of him spitting up while fussing in his sleep. I feel so bad about it, but I also don't want to send him down a path where there will be issues with sleep habits later.
So do I pick him up every time he starts to spit up, even if he is sleeping, and start the awake cycle again? Do I just say screw it and hold him like I have been? Is the laying down spit up not that dramatic and it's just my mom hormones making me feel like a monster?
Has anyone else dealt with this balance?

Hey so I started talking to this girl and she said she'd be interested in a date but that she's going out of state for two weeks, I feel like I've had scenarios similar to this before and it usually ends with one side losing interest so figured I'd ask the experts. Should I keep talking to her or just wait and message her after about two weeks or so?

Hi all,
We are a at a loss here and reaching out for the community's help and collective experiences. Our rabbit (2 years old, female holland lop, spayed) was healthy her entire life up until a couple months ago. Like most rabbits, she was a voracious eater - she would nibble on hay every hour and would never turn down vegetables or treats.
Two months ago, she started to show a lack of interest in vegetables and then did not eat as much hay as usual. We took her to our vet, that specializes in exotic animals, and they diagnosed her with overgrown teeth. Her teeth were jagged and apparently cutting into her gums and making it uncomfortable for her to eat. The vet trimmed her teeth, sent us on our way with some pain meds, and within three days she was seemingly back to normal.
Fast forward two weeks and the same issues begin to appear. Lack of interest in food, little to no interest in water. We put her on critical care and force fed her through a syringe. No improvement for a week. We took her back to the vet. They do X rays and bloodwork, and everything comes back fine. Their best guess was she was teetering on the edge of GI statis. They sent us home with the usual GI statis meds (we are very familiar with GI statis).
For the last three weeks, we have been administering the GI statis meds, giving her critical care and strongly encouraging her to eat. Some days are better than others, but in general she is somewhat lethargic, is generally uninterested in both food or water, and does not poop enough (50-100 at most). She doesn't appear to be in pain but I know rabbits will hide their pain. On most days, she still runs around, plays with the other bun and is alert. It really is different from day-to-day - a couple days ago she devoured lettuce, and then the next day she has no interest in vegetables and would only nibble o treats and some hay.
I've never heard of a rabbit taking weeks to recover from GI statis. At this point, my best guess is that the teeth are still causing her issues (the vet looked at her teeth during the second visit and said they looked fine) or there is some larger issue that is not showing up on the xrays.
Has anyone ever had a situation like this? If it's been three weeks and she's still not eating normally, can I rule out GI statis at this point? We've made a third appointment for later this week but hoping someone's personal experience can shed some light on what the issue may be.

Hi everyone! After exhausting all my options with doctors and gynaecologists, I am now turning to reddit and other women who may be able to help. I’ve been a sufferer of frequent UTIs for most of my adult life, and it’s definitely getting a bit old. Every time I have a period, or am about to have a period, I develop a UTI, there seems to be no rhyme or reason on whether it’ll happen just before or just after, but without fail, I’ll always get one. I have a long term partner and I take the steps necessary to avoid infection, (going to the toilet, showering and drinking water after) but that also doesn’t seem to help. I’ve also started taking a D-mannos supplement for bladder and urinary tract health, and that also hasn’t really changed anything. The doctor suggested that I continue to skip my period to avoid infection, and while that works, I just really think that’s poor advice. I’m just at my wits end and I’m open to any suggestion that may help stop or even limit the amount of infections I get each year. Thankyou to anyone who is able to help in anyway 🙏🏻

Baby girl is now 9 weeks old and is refusing to take a bottle. I admit this is my fault as I introduced a bottle at around week 2 and she had no problems taking it. I didn’t keep up with giving her bottles though. Now 7 weeks later, she vehemently REFUSES it. We have made some progress. My husband will turn on the TV to distract her and bounce up and down. She will now play with the nipple in her mouth but will not suckle at all. My pediatrician just told us to keep trying new bottles which isn’t working. Does anyone have any tips or have been through this? I’m scared I’m going to lose my job because I can’t go back till we have this fixed.

We are looking to start some raised beds this year and would like to use our duck coop bedding as a base. Over the last year or so we would clean the straw and poop from their shed and have been piling it up along with grass clippings from the yard. I would turn the pile to get to the more broken down material at the bottom to use for the project.
Would this mix make a good base for the raised beds? Should I mix that in with the top soil or put the duck mix in first then put the top soil on top?

31(M) warehouse worker here I bought myself a Drone 2 years ago and fell in love with the whole Film/video/editing/photography lifestyle, and realized it’s what I want to do for my career and I want to make a change. I’m no pro obviously but I know I’m a great drone pilot, I’ve been told I’ve got a great eye for angles/lighting/framing and I’m a pretty decent editor so far (learning more every day). I haven’t had a chance to work with “expensive gear” yet but I’m sure it wouldn’t take me long to pick it up if given a chance. I’m just curious where I would go from here, seeing as I haven’t had the experience of working on a film set yet or anything to do with the industry. Would a great reel of my drone work be enough to get my foot in the door or what should my next steps be? Thank you for taking the time to read/answer!

Some backstory here:
Before I met my current partner I had been with an individual for many years who ended up having an affair, totaling my car and all around destroying my life lol. I was completely uninterested in being in a relationship after ending it and spent 2 years just being on my own and starting over with a new apartment, a new job and new friends (he recruited our mutual to help hide his secret girlfriend for 8 months). After settling into this life I decided that I didn't want to deprive myself the opportunity of potentially finding a happy healthy relationship with someone so when I met my current partner it was so exciting to feel like I had found someone who made me feel safe and behaved as reciprocal for all the effort I was putting into the relationship. He continues to this day to be consistent in showing me how much he loves and cares for me verbally and physically. And it's not just the fact that he is a good romantic partner, he's also cooperative when it comes to housework and managing our finances. We are almost always on the same page and I feel we are very compatible. For these reasons we decided to move in together as our relationship progressed. There's just one problem. My partner has a habit of liking thirst traps on instagram and following a lot of instagram models. When I say Instagram models I don't mean the ones with millions of followers. I mean local women who live on our island (we are residents of puerto rico) who are somewhat accessible that post sexually suggestive content. On top of this my partner still has lots of pictures of his exes saved onto his phone and laptop (some of which are semi pornographic). I discovered this because we both use the laptop and it's not necessarily safely hidden in some folder either. Anyone could easily stumble on it and that causes me a lot of concern 1. For the ex partners who I'm sure wouldnt feel comfortable with him having this content still and 2. For our relationship because this shit isn't something I condone or am comfortable with him having still. He is also still in touch with women he has had sexual relationships with and while he does not reach out to them regularly, when they post pictures on their stories sometimes he will respond telling them they look beautiful, etc. He tells me about it which is supposed to make me feel like he is being transparent but also like....what?? I don't understand it. It's been a solid 4 months since I asked for him to kindly delete the pictures and stop constantly liking photos of half naked women on social media since it makes me feel really shitty but after him promising he would get to it nothing has changed. He said he feels uncomfortable with deleting pictures from his past which is understandable in it of itself, but also I cannot wrap my head around why he would need the memory of a sexual act with a former partner in the first place. He also says he likes the pictures out of habit because his feed is full of that kind of content and that he does it absent-mindedly. Personally I think that's bullshit and it makes me feel like he is essentially asking me to play dumb. I went through this with my ex partner and I'm feeling like he is leaving me no choice but to leave the relationship because I refuse to go through that again. I'm starting to feel like I cannot trust him anymore and he is demonstrating to me that he doesn't care about my feelings or my boundaries when it coems to this. It hurts and confuses me a lot because outisde of this we have an excellent dynamic and its ashame to have to let this go. While I do believe my requests are reasonable I also question whether this is simultaneously indicative of my being somewhat controlling. I would never budge when it comes to the pictures of his exes but in regards to the social media, what do you guys think?

I've so far applied to 40 plus jobs and am still looking. I have an interview next week and I've basically accepted another job offer and am going to meet with HR in a couple days. I'm moving in 2 days and am just keeping my options open. Is it unethical to continue to apply and interview after accepting a job offer already? The thing is that the job offer is not in the field I just recently graduated in, I just need the money and can't afford to not work for too long.
