Foreword.

TS!Batman's behaviour is the same as it was in Batman (2011) #9, a comic where he never uses stealth, he is primarily a melee fighter, and according to the TS page, will never fully disengage into stealth. At most Batman will use light differentials to try and approach. Against a ranged piercing pick, he will use agility to try and close the distance, and will either block with his gauntlets, or try to avoid the blades entirely.
There is no universe where TSBatman uses stealth before attempting melee. There is no universe where Batman disengages so entirely Jack wont know where he is. Batman attempting to block the blades gets him killed, and Verlux has claimed dodging the blades is impossible.

Piercing.

Batman does not have the piercing resistance to survive an encounter with Jack.

• Verlux argues that each knife Jack throws is sharper than the cloak Jack uses to cut a building in half, and imparts more force onto a smaller point than Jacks pebble feat.

Batman's best piercing resistance feat is blocking a sword from an opponent as strong as he is. Cutting a building in half is self evidently above this level of piercing, and again Verlux argues the knives are more powerful than this.
Even if we ignore the piercing aspect of this feat, the pebble flick is directly comparable to a feat in the "Stagger" section of the Batman Tier setter page.
Jack hitting Batman with a knife immediately pierces straight through him, and as an added bonus staggers Batman.

The knives will hit.

• Verlux argues that Jack throws "dozens and dozens" of knives with each movement of his arm, and can throw hundreds per second.
  
  • Verlux also claims that Jack moves his arms fast enough to catch a bullet with a cats cradle.
• Verlux claims that someone with reactions and combat speed above Jacks is kept on the back foot the entire fight, and needs to sacrifice an arm to close the distance.
  
• Verlux claims Jack can manipulate the trajectory of the knives, making them curve a foot or 2, and evasion of their trajectory is all but impossible.
  

All of this combined makes it impossible for Batman to avoid all of Jacks knives, and as shown above any single hit from a knife either maims or kills Batman outright.

It's hard to hit Jack.

• Verlux claims that Jack will immediately retreat, and start spamming knives.
  
• Even if Batman were to close the distance between him and Jack, Jack would just retreat again and re-establish range.
  
• Jack is super smart, and very skilled, allowing him to see several minutes ahead in a fight, and set it up exactly as he wants.
  
• Even if Batman did hit Jack, he could roll with the punch to mitigate force.
  
  • Even if Batman gets a few lucky hits in, Jack can move his organs to mitigate damage.

Batman primarily fights in melee, the amount of hoops Batman would need to jump through to even get into melee distance with Jack is untenable, from there Batman landing a single hit allows Jack to roll with the punch, and then immediately gain more distance essentially making Batman jump through those hoops again.

Jack is comparable to Batman in speed.

• Catches a bullet in a cat's cradle
  
• Dodges a sniper shot.
  
  • Does it again.
• Again someone with reaction and combat speed above his own, is unable to blitz him, and must give up an arm to engage.
  

Jack is comparable with Batman in speed, Batman cannot blitz him at the beginning of the fight. Jack has enough time to throw out his knives before Batman is on him. The knives will kill Batman immediately.

Bulgaria’s National Centre for Infectious and Parasitic Diseases (NCIPD) has announced the results of sequencing the latest group of samples taken from Covid-19 patients in the country and said that it found the Omicron coronavirus strain in all 92 samples.

So as the above title suggests I am trying to find out whether the above tax's would apply to me?
I'm 21, my partner 20, my brother 25 and sister 19.
So my Dad passed away in 2021, by around early 2022 grant of probate was processed and my Brother, Sister and I inherited our Fathers home - None of us have ever lived anywhere else.
Now it's 2023, My partner and I are planning on buying our first home. Due to me already owning 1/3 of my family home I need to pay 5,600 in Land Transaction Tax, which is quite a bit out of savings.
If we are accepted for a mortgage on our new home, I am then planning a Transfer of Equity for my family home, giving my sister and brother my 3rd for free.
This then means that there is a chance I'll have to pay further tax, as mentioned above.
If anyone has any experience with a situation like this or is able to offer advice then please do!
It would cost another £600 to used a Solicitor to help with the process, so I want to see if it's worth doing Transfer of Equity myself before that.
