A few months ago, my partner and I booked a pair of multi-city flights on Turkish Airlines for this July from DUB-IST (with a 5-day stopover) and then IST-HKG on one itinerary. Keep in mind that I had never seen this 880 EUR charge when checking out to change my flight (from above), nor did my confirmation email mention anything about being charged an additional 880 EUR.While the flight change would have been convenient (leaving 13:30), I don't mind taking my original flight (leaving 10:50 the same morning). I asked the customer service agent if I could just revert back to my original itinerary (and cancel the hold), and she told me to submit a feedback request, refusing to help me further. She also mentioned that it seems I have no confirmed flights at all with Turkish (even though my credit card has been charged!) I've been waiting almost two weeks to hear back from their "feedback" system and have attempted [unsuccessfully] to speak with two other customer service agents. Is there any recourse that we have to get Turkish Airlines to revert our tickets to the current itinerary since we have paid the full price for those tickets? So I went and got approved for 2 credit cards. I wasn’t previously utilizing any of the credit. I know that utilizing under 30% is good and 10% is even better for a good score. So I decided I would start actually using my cards. I utilized 1% on one card and 7% on the other. Both were paid off in full and on time. I got an update today and it showed that my credit score had dropped 18 points. Is this because I don’t have much of a track record with the bureaus? Will my score bounce back better? Me and boyfriend have been together 4 1/2 years. We've talked about marriage and are hoping to get married in the next couple years. I love him very much and he's been a wonderful partner to be but the issue I keep coming back to is he has very little motivation to work towards being an "adult".
Before we started dating, he had already flunked and almost given up on school, but after we started dating he gave it another chance (after I encouraged and convinced him to). Even now, he's still working towards finishing, he's finally almost done but quite honestly he wasted so much tuition money (his grandmother's/mother's money) just out of pure laziness for not keeping up with his assignments and classes. One semester he lied to me about failing a class which I was upset about because he had been telling me he was keeping up with his homework when instead he was just constantly playing video games. After that is when I started keeping tabs on his assignments (I literally had him give me his school portal password) so that he couldn't lie to me again. During this time, I was in nursing school myself, so I was really upset that I was working and studying so hard (if you're a nurse you know, literally morning until night of studying) meanwhile he was happy getting Cs and playing xbox constantly.
Right now, he's working a just above minimum wage retail job. He's been there for about 3 years now. I applied to that job for him, along with fixing his resume. He still lives at home with his parents, which I do too to be fair, but last year I finally established my career as a nurse so now I'm working towards saving money for us to move in together. Now, since the beginning of 2023 I've been gently telling him that if we want to live together he quite honestly needs to upgrade his job (even just a couple dollars more) because unfortunately we live in an expensive area (near NYC). He agrees and knows he wants get a better paying job but getting him to apply is like pulling teeth. I quite literally have to sit him down and open a computer in front of him for him to do anything. He also has about $5000 in credit card debt, which I have been telling him to slowly pay off because once we start living together it'll be harder to do, but he has a difficult time making progress towards that because he will still spend money on "leisure" things like his hobbies or video games. Which I definitely don't want to control what he can and can't do with his money, but because I know how much debt he has it upsets me because I feel like he's stalling our future together as well.
Today, I finally couldn't take it anymore because I've been stressed out with my job lately, I came home and asked him if he had applied to any jobs like I had asked him, since it was his day off, he said he didn't because "he just wanted to relax." I was so angry, because I have been working so hard everyday trying to make money to eventually support our future family but from him there's no effort towards that goal. Especially because, hey, I'd love to just relax too but when I get home I immediately have to jump into schoolwork because I'm in school for my BSN right now.
It's so frustrating because I feel like if I don't constantly check up on him or tell him to do things he won't do it. And it's so frustrating because I feel like I've been working so hard through school and in my career to get to where I am now but he doesn't put in the same effort for himself. I'm at a loss because I love him and I'd love to marry him but it's difficult to imagine building a life together (like buying a house, supporting children, paying for bills?) with how lazy he is right now.

I've been using PayPal checkout for years. I have many cards linked. Never have I seen this issue before.
I'm trying to check out on Delta.com using PayPal (first time I've tried this on that site). And for some reason, none of my 4 Amex cards are showing up (my Chase & Capital One cards do show). No error message, just simply not there. They *do* show when I try checking out on other sites, like eBay. I've tried 2 laptops, 1 phone, & 3 browsers. I've contacted Delta & Amex, neither of them have any idea what is going on, nor any clue on what, if anything, they could possibly do to address it.
Normally, I wouldn't care. The issue is that I just got the Amex Delta Business Gold via the offer at the end of the Delta checkout process. I was not provided a virtual card number, but I was able to link it to PayPal. In order to actually get the $300 bonus credit, I need to charge the flight to that card...

Stayed at a Hilton Vacation Club Resort last fall. Followed letter of the law. I got a fully remote job. So I was gonna live the nomad life around the world for the next few years. Starting tomorrow on June 1st, my best friend and I were gonna travel for a month together while she's on summer break from college. Once July rolls around, she was gonna fly back to the US and I was gonna begin my life as a nomad.
48hr ago I was hospitalized with debilitating pain from my stomach. It was the worst pain I've ever felt, I damn near blacked out while they were admitting me. A bunch of morphine and imaging later, they found out I've got Diverticulitis, an infection in the colon. I've had stomach problems my whole life. I regularly see a stomach specialist for it. But nothing like this has ever happened. I'm in no condition to leave my bed, let alone go traveling for a month. It'll take about 10 days to be done with the treatment they prescribed.
My friend thought about continuing without me, but a lot of the stuff is under my name and credit card, and cannot be transferred. So I spent the day with her on the phone trying to cancel reservations, get things switched over to her, etc. A lot of this is non-refundable. She's in the middle of trying to change plans to do only half the trip by herself instead. I've told her I will cover everything that has been cancelled or price differenced 100%.
Physically, this is the most painful week of my entire life. Since I was admitted, each day has become more painful. I fainted on the toilet today during a particularly painful bowel movement and woke up covered in shit and halfway in the shower. Not to mention I got a ticket on the way home from the hospital for not using a turn signal. Have never heard of that happening.
I'm so disappointed in my body for doing this shit right before the flight. We've been planning this for over a year. What does the deck do?

This is an infinite combo deck that requires: Samwise Gamgee + Cauldron Familiar + Viscera Seer ^{or any other free sac} + a food token.
Each time a nontoken creature etb, while Sam is present, you get a food token. So, sac cat to the seer, then sac the token to bring cat back, which makes a food from sam.

Recent Notes:

Shockingly, Asmo feels very weak in the deck. She's a big engine, and this deck just doesn't synergize with her outside of making food tokens.
So I took Asmo out and put in 4 Grist, 2 Glissa, and some lands. Grist is a huge threat that can run away with the game. He also synergizes with Viscera Seer.
Glissa is what I call removal bait. She's a really good card that will accumulate card advantage in one way or another. Either the opponent uses a removal spell on her that they would normally have used on my combo piece, or I just kill my opponent because I gained so much card advantage by hitting them a bunch of times. (Or requiring them to chump block her, which is fine too)

What I want to experiment with next:

I want to bump Viscera Seer back to 4. I'm thinking of dropping 1 Fatal Push and 1 Marsh Flats to cover it.
I'm also looking for other possible cards that could help this deck be a bit faster or have more defense for the combo.
