The first day really sucked, of course and some of the following days after I could barely do anything. After two weeks, it completely calmed down and I was able to do more stuff but that only lasted another 2 weeks until sudden intense pain would come and go every now and then again. I brushed it off longer just thinking it's normal for some of us but now I am getting sick and tired of it. It's been 2 months since being put under for the opporation and everyone I know have been telling me it is NOT normal to experience as much pain as I get when it creeps up on me. I have a check-up appointment on Thursday to see if it's out of place or that my body just refuses to accept the mirena. If my body is rejecting it, I'll have to get it removed. It's a shame because it's helped my hormones a lot but the pain isn't worth it and it's affecting my sex life. I was put on an 8 month waiting list for this thing, thinking I will finally have the right birth control for me. I need to know what kind of pain is normal for some people with this device. Before birth control, I usually had a painless and healthy cycle every month so I assumed this pain was what many woman experienced and I was just sensitive

I just moved into a brand new basement apartment, and it's been built to code (that's a shocker around where I live!).
Everything is great except for one really stinky issue. To the left of my bedroom closet sits a sump pump. I'm assuming this house has it as it sits near a lake; I've never lived in a home with a sump pump before.
I don't know why or what causes it, but I've noticed that sometimes, seemingly out of nowhere, a very strong smell of rotten eggs emenates through my bedroom. After the rotten egg smell goes away it smells even worse. I can't even describe it other than It is so bad that it's distracting and incredibly uncomfortable to breathe in.
The smell lasts for maybe 5 minutes and then it's completely gone. Like after that point, I can go right up to it and I don't smell anything.
Anyone know what can cause a smell like that? Is that just how sump pumps work?
If this is normal, is there anything I can do to make it more bearable? Or is this a problem that I need to tell my landlord about?

He is a felon, manslaughter x2 and DUI. We are worried about two things: 1) out of state kidnapping: we are worried his ex will try to take the kids out of state to where the felon is from. They have perfect 50/50 custody with no child support from either end. Kids are heavily rooted in hometown with support systems from both families. 2) ex wife is going to move the felon into the childrenās home immediately. As in same month he got out of prison: he has no job, no way to support himself, and cannot ever get a drivers license again. Permanent revocation. He hasnāt had a chance to rehabilitate and adjust to life outside prison. She hasnāt known him to be a safe person outside of 4 walls. We cannot trust he is safe around the kids.
What are the options? We are in California and we want to know what steps to take that donāt involve an attorney yet because of how much the fees cost.

I am just in need of some advice as my brain is driving me nuts at this moment.
My fiance and I have been together for 13 years. We want to get married but finances and the fact that we just immigrated has put us back a little.
So just so you understand, my fiance is that one in a million type of people. Sheās very attractive, kind, funny, friendly, great heart, always putting other people before herself and the list goes on and on.
Not to blow my own whistle here, but I would also consider myself a good and genuine guy. Have never cheated / flirted with other people, will always care for her needs. I cook, clean, open the door for her, work my ass off to give her a great life, love her the way she wants to be loved, am EXTREMELY patient, never lift my voice at her, etc etc.
Weāre generally a great team.
Weāve NEVER had any trust broken between each other and both of us are not the type of people to 1) put ourself in a situation where weāll cheat, 2) actually cheat!
Sheās always been in a female dominant career but because weāve immigrated , she changed up her career and going a bit more corporate now.
And here comes my current problem.
So let me start off with this. I KNOW Iām in the wrong for thinking these things and for not trusting that itās not going to turn out the way my (fucked up) brain is thinking. The worst part is, Iām insecure about myself as a person, and Iām an over thinker (yay!).
Sheās going to be a personal assistant to a man that is the same age as us, is a director of the company, is single, is attractive and probably ticks all the insecurities I have about myself.
But please give me advice on how I let my insecurities leave my head and actually switch off these thoughts running WILD through my head.
I am struggling with sleeping because my thoughts are literally consumed by the worst things that might happen.
Iām not even going to explain my thoughts, you know what they are.
TLDR; my fiance is started a career as a personal assistant and my insecurities are getting the best of me.

I have to be the dumbest MFer on this thread. I need someone to be able to walk me through the 'fixes' because I have tried all the fixes that many (if not all) other posts have claimed to work and well.... it's not working for me. Frostfall will not let me change the coverage/warmth values on any gear and says I have no coverage at all outside of the menu. Which really sucks, because I won't play Skyrim without the mod anymore.
